IMPORTANT:
When operating an ozone generator, please remember to remove people, pets,
and plants from the area. Be sure to leave the area being treated immediately and
only return once the ozone has dissipated. Under most conditions, the treated
area should be safe to return to in 2-4 hours after the unit stops producing ozone.
Ozone has a half life of 30 minutes. Treated spaces or buildings should be well-
ventilated prior to re-entry. Do not use around ammable substances or solvents.
This unit is designed to remove pet odor, smoke odor, cooking odor and skunk odor. Do not use this unit
for odor caused by ammable items or solvents.

Important Safety Information
READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS
• Before using this product, read the instruction manual carefully.
• Do not cover the air inlets/outlets of the unit. Improper ventilation while operating will
result in mechanical failure.
• Store the ozone generator in a cool and dry area
• Do not take the ozone generator apart. Even though the power supply is 110V, this unit
creates a very high voltage. If mechanical failure occurs, return the unit directly to the
manufacturer for repair
• Do NOT breathe in ozone directly.
• Breathing in ozone may cause shortness of breath, headaches or lead to long term
respiratory issues.
• DO NOT open the protective casing. There is a risk of electric shock. If there is a problem,
contact the manufacturer immediately.
• DO NOT run generator in an occupied room.
• DO NOT enter the unoccupied room until 2-4 hours after the machine has turned off. Make
sure the room is properly ventilated (for example: opening windows) after the appropriate
amount of time.
• Be sure to remove all oils, gasoline or other flammable chemicals from the treatment area
as they are an extreme fire hazard.
• Do not use this unit to remove odor that comes from flammable fluids or solvents. This is
an extreme health hazard.
• Be sure to remove all people, pets and plants from any area being treated. Exposure to
ozone may cause lung damage.

the light will remain a solid red.

Operating Instructions
• Plug ozone generator into an AC outlet
• Set the timer and leave the area immediately.
• Come back at least 2-4 hours after the ozone generator stops.
• Be sure to ventilate the room very well after the A-7000 has stopped producing ozone and
the appropriate amount of time has passed.
For Best Results
• Before beginning ozone treatment, make sure the room is sealed completely, including
vents.
• Place the unit in the center of the room to ensure ozone is dispersed evenly.
• As room size increases, treatment time should also increase.
• Once the cycle is completed, allow 2-4 hours for ozone to dissipate before reentering.
• Ozone half-life is 30 minutes, meaning half of the ozone will dissipate after this amount
of time has passed.
• For example, if running a 4-hour cycle, returning 6 to 8 hours later will ensure most of
the ozone has reverted back to oxygen.
• Do not ozonate a freshly painted room as it can have an adverse reaction with chemicals
in the paint.
• Ozone plates should be replaced after 2 years or 2000 hours of use or as needed.
• DO NOT USE near any oils or ammable uids or solvents. This is a re hazard.
• DO NOT USE to treat any odors caused by ammable uids or solvents. This is a health
hazard.

Timer Functions
Follow the guidelines below for shock treating rooms with the A-7000:
Once the treatment is completed, allow the room to sit for at least 2 - 4 hours before
entering.
• Keep in mind, ozone half-life is 30 minutes.
• If the smell of ozone is too strong when you return, be sure to open windows to air out the
building.
NOTE: Be sure to only use your ozone generator in an unoccupied area. Be sure to remove
any valuable items, people, pets, and plants before use.
• The A-7000 have timer function options from 15 minutes to 4 hours.
• Turn the timer knob clockwise to set the unit’s timer.
• Keep in mind, this unit does not have a repeat timer option.
• Be sure to allow the room to sit for at least 2-4 hours before entering.

Fuse Change
Fuses are located on the back left side. The A-7000 uses a 3 AMP glass fuse.

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause What To Do
No Ozone
Fan Malfunction
If the fan has decreased in speed you
will have less ozone produced. If the
fan quits completely you will not get any
ozone production.
Replace Fan (Check Voltage)
Bad Plates
If you have no ozone, it is most likely
due to oxidization on the ozone plate.
The plates will only glow purple in some
spots or not at all. Fix with replacement
3.5G/hour plates.
Transformer
If you have had this unit for a while
there is a higher chance of this
malfunction, but this malfunction isn’t
normal. Replace transformer.
Low Ozone Bad Plates
You will see purple glowing in some
parts of the plate, but not all will be
glowing. Fixed with replacement 3.5G/
hour plates.
No Power Bad Fuse
First, check plug outlet.
If problem persists, check the fuse
holder that is located next to the power
cord.

purchaser of such products and is not transferable to any subsequent owners or purchasers of such prod-
ucts. A2Z Ozone warrants that it or its authorized dealers will repair or replace, at its option, any part of
such products proven to be defective in materials or workmanship within ONE (1) year from the date of
retail purchase of such products. (All parts) ANY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE WARRANT-
ED ONLY FOR THE BALANCE OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD. NOTE: USE ONLY A2Z
Ozone AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT PARTS. USE OF ANY OTHER PART(S) WILL AUTOMATI-
CALLY VOID THIS WARRANTY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE

(a) Any labor charges for troubleshooting, removal, or installation of such parts;
(b) any repair or replacement of such parts necessitated by faulty installation, improper maintenance,

sories;
(c) Any such products installed without regard to required local codes and accepted trade practices;

Aer this information is provided, A2Z Ozone will release a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION
(RAN) NUMBER. Aer receiving the RAN number the part in question must be returned to A2Z Ozone,
freight prepaid, with the RAN number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All preauthorized
defective parts must be returned to A2Z Ozone within thirty (30) days. Under no circumstances may any
product be returned to A2Z Ozone without prior authorization. You must call or write prior to returning
product or your returned goods shipment will be refused. Upon receipt of preauthorized returned goods,
A2Z Ozone will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product(s) and return them (shipping is pre-
paid for units under warranty for USA customers only). Buyer’s acceptance of the product and use thereof
constitutes acceptance of these terms.
