Please read this manual carefully before using the device

Welcome,
The UV-C lamp used in AB-UVC-STRL
device has antiseptic qualities. In other words,
it is a disinfectant. It deactivates the DNA of
bacteria, virus and other pathogens and thus
inhibits their reproduction. Thereby, the microor-
ganisms that cause diseases lose their ability to
reproduce. Specically, the UV-C lamp creates
covalent bonds between the adjacent bases of
a DNA and harms the nucleic acid of the micro-
organisms. Creation of such bonds causes the
death of microorganisms such as Coronavirus
(COVID-19) while they attempt to reproduce dur-
ing DNA replication.
UV-C technology is a non-chemical approach
to disinfection. In this disinfection method, kill-
ing microorganisms in the most efcient and fast
way is possible, employing affordable devices
that do not require maintenance. In the design
of products that employ UV-C technology, the

General Terms and Conditions
This device should not be used by persons whose
physical, motor and mental skills are underdeveloped
(including children) unless they are under the
supervision of or instructed by those liable.

Small children should be prevented from playing with
the device
- The device is not designed to be used by children
under the age of 15. Young people between the ages
15-18 can use the device with the permission and/or
the aid of their parents or guardians. Adults at the age
of 18 and above can use the device when conditions
require to do so.
Danger
- Keep the device and the adapter dry.
- If the device is not working properly, do not touch
the parts inside the device to avoid electric shock.
- Water and electricity forms a dangerous combination.
Do not use this device in wet medium (i.e. near a full
bathtub, close to running water in a shower or a near
full swimming pool).
Warning
- Always check the device before use.
- Do not use the device if either the device or the
adapter have suffered harm.
- Do not use the device If the light exit window of the
UV-C lamp is broken.
- Do not change any part or cut any piece of the adaptor
or the cable to avoid dangerous situations.
- Using the device directly on humans, animals and
plants is dangerous and prohibited. This process can
harm the skin.
- The beams of UV-C lamp are at an invisible
wavelength. Therefore, they cannot be seen by naked
human eye. However, during emittance of the beams,
a small quantity of light-blue colored light emanates in
the visible wavelength. Thus, the device cannot be used
without protective goggles and if the device is used on
naked eye, it may cause harm to the eye.
- The adapter may get heated following the long term
use of UV-C lamp. Do not touch the hot lamp. The
device has a detachable charge adapter (see the image
above). Only use the adaptor supplied with this device.

- Reference number of the device (AB-UVC-STRL) can
be seen on top of the device.
Please take care of the following to prevent the device
from suffering harm:
- Never subject the device to strong impacts, never
shake or let it drop.
- In the conditions when you have to move the device
from an extremely cold environment to an extremely
hot one or from an extremely hot environment to an
extremely cold environment, wait approximately for 30
minutes before using the device.
- Keep the device in a dust-free and dry place.
- Do not expose the device to temperatures less than
5°C or greater than 35°C while using it.
- In order to prevent the device from coming to harm, do
not expose the device to direct sunlight.
Caution
This device is designed only for ensuring fast
disinfection and sterilization. It should not be used
for other purposes (i.e. as a lighting, hand lamp etc.)
Otherwise, you may suffer from tissue damage.
- This device cannot be washed. Never put the device
under water and wash it under a tap.
- Never use pressurized air, rubbing cloth or abrasive
cleaning products such as benzene or acetone or
harmful liquids to clean the device.
- The UV-C light emitted by the device causes harm
to naked eye. Do not look directly at the light emitted
while using the device. Always wear protective goggles
while using the device.
- Always send the device to authorized service centers
for control or repairs. Repairs performed by unqualied
persons may cause high risk situations for the user.
- Never leave the device unattended at ON-position.
Always shut down the device following use.

not be used section apply for you, do not use the
device.
