Necessarilytightenallclampingboltswithrecommendedtorqueasshownonpage3.These
tighteningtorquesareonlyvalidfordryboltsandthreads.Alwayscheckforloosenedbolts
duringnormalinspection.

andprotectitfromtumblingdownorrollingaway.
Keepchildrenandpetsawayfromtheworkingrange.
Protecttemporarilyremovedpartsfromdamage.
Assurethatthefrontwheelisfreefromanyloadwhenremovingormountingtopyoke,otherwise
thebottomyokemightbedamaged.
Accuratelyrecorddemountedparts’andrelatedbolts’locations.Ifnototherwisementioned,these
partsarereassembledinsamesequenceandlocationsasbefore

steeringangle.Reservoirandmasterbrakecylinderneedtobealignedandangledintheirnormal
workingrange.
Checksufficientclearanceforhandlebarandallbar‐mountedpartsoverthewholesteeringangle.
Handlebarhastomoveeasilyfromstoptostop.Adjustthrottlecablesifnecessary.Withidling
engineidlespeedshouldnotchangewhenmovingbaroverthewholesteeringangle.
