IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before beginning any tness program, you should obtain a complete physical
examination from your physician. When using exercise equipment, basic precautions
should always be taken, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using the equipment. These instructions are written to
ensure your safety and to protect the unit.
2. Use the equipment only for its intended purpose as described in this guide. Do not
use accessory attachments that are not recommended by the manufacturer, as
such attachments might cause injuries.
3. The product should only be used on a level surface and with 0.5 meters space
around the product. Do not store the equipment outdoors.
4. The equipment is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. Children
over the age of 16 should use the equipment with adult supervision.
5. Do not overexert yourself or work to exhaustion. Do not attempt to lift more weight
than you can control safely. If you feel any pain or abnormal symptoms, stop your
workout immediately and consult your physician.
6. This equipment is not intended to be used as or with medical apparatus/instruments.
7. Never operate the unit when it has been dropped or damaged. Never drop or insert
anything into any opening in the equipment. Always check the unit and its cables
before each use. Make sure that all fasteners and cables are secure and in good
working condition. Frayed or worn cables can be dangerous and may cause injury.
Periodically check these cables for any indication of wear. Keep hands, limbs, loose
clothing and long hair well out of the way of moving parts.
8. Be careful when getting on or o the equipment.
9. Wear proper exercise clothing and shoes for your workout, no loose clothing.
Personal Safety During Assembly
Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in sequence. Do
not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later that you have to disassemble
components and that you may have damaged the equipment.
Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate the unit a few
feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access. The equipment is designed for your
enjoyment, and by following these precautions, we believe you will enjoy your new
equipment and the many benets it will provide.

replacement part when servicing. Failure to do so will void your warranty and could result in

possible. After assembly, you should check all functions to ensure correct operation. If you
experience problems, first recheck the assembly instructions to locate any possible errors
made during assembly. If you are unable to correct the problem, call your authorized dealer.
Be sure to have your serial number and this manual when calling.When all parts have been
accounted for, continue on.

Please allow for free area beyond the training
area of 24 in / 60 cm on all sides of the unit to
ensure that the training area is not impeded.
Assembly of the equipment takes professional installers about 2 hours.
If this is the rst time you have assembled this type of equipment, plan to
spend more time. If you are in doubt about any part of this assembly, we
recommend you contact a professional installer to complete the assembly.
You may nd it quicker, safer, and easier to assemble this equipment
with the help of an assistant, as some components may be large, heavy or
awkward to handle alone. It is important that you assemble your product
in a clean, clear, uncluttered area. This will enable you to move around the
product while you are tting components and reduce the possibility of injury
during assembly or damage to the area or equipment.
As with any assembled part, proper alignment and adjustment is critical.
While tightening the fasteners, be sure to leave room for adjustments.
Do not fully tighten the fasteners until instructed to do so. Be careful to
assemble the components in the sequence presented in this guide.

ASSEMBLY
1. Attach the Leg ASSY (#5) and the Seat Support ASSY (#13) to the Base ASSY (#1) using:
seven Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
ve Φ10 Spring Washers (#74)
two M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#75)
three M10*65 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#79)
two M10*60 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#77)
Note: Tighten all connections from Step 1.
STEP 1

ASSEMBLY .
1.
Attach the Left Upright ASSY (#2) and the Right Upright ASSY (#3) to the base ASSY (#1) using:
six M10*60 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#77)
twelve Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
six M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#75)
Note: Secure the uprights to the base but do not fully tighten yet.
STEP 2

ASSEMBLY
1. Attach Ball Rack (#4) to the both sides of the Uprights using:
two Reinforcement Plates (#20)
four M10*60 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#77)
eight Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
four M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#75)
Note: Secure to the uprights but do not fully tighten yet.
STEP 3

ASSEMBLY .
1. Attach Upper Chute (#21) being sure to orient the downward facing lip closest to the
Uprights. Be sure to place the Rubber Cushions (#69) between the Upper Chute (#21) and
the Uprights Mount points using:
six M5*20 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#91)
twelve Ф5.5*Ф10*1 Flat Washers (#88)
six Φ9*Φ19*3 Rubber Cushions (#69)
six M5 Nylon Locking Nut (#89)
Note: Tighten all connections from Step 4.
STEP 4

ASSEMBLY
1. Attach Lower Chute (#9) to the Uprights ASSY using:
four M10*60 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#77)
eight Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
four M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#75)
Note: Secure to the uprights but do not fully tighten yet.
STEP 5

ASSEMBLY .
1. Attach Ball Block (#6) to the Uprights ASSY using:
two M10*100 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#78)
two Φ10 Spring Washers (#74)
two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
Note: Secure to the uprights but do not fully tighten yet.
STEP 6

ASSEMBLY
1. Attach Bull’s Eyes Bae (#8) to the Uprights ASSY using:
four M10*60 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#77)
four Φ10 Spring Washers (#74)
four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
Note: Secure to the uprights but do not fully tighten yet.
STEP 7

ASSEMBLY .
1. Attach Horizontal Top Bar (#7) to the Uprights ASSY using:
four M10*60 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#77)
four Φ10 Spring Washers (#74)
four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
Note: Now go back and securely tighten all the connections in Steps 2-8.
STEP 8

ASSEMBLY
1. Attach the Target (#41) to the Uprights ASSY with Upper Tube (#11) using:
two Φ26*Φ20*59 Upper Spacer (#31)
two Φ10 Spring Washers (#74)
two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
two M10*60 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#77)
2. Attach the Target (#41) to the Uprights ASSY with Lower Tube (#12) using:
two Φ26*Φ20*69 Lower Spacer (#32)
two Φ10 Spring Washers (#74)
two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#72)
two M10*40 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#80)
Note: Tighten all connections from Step 9.
STEP 9

ASSEMBLY .
1. Attach the Inner Bae (#42) to the back of the Target (#41).
2. Insert the Chute Cover (#43) inside the Upper Chute (#21). Fold the front edge over the
Lower Chute (#9) and secure the velcro. At the back of the unit fold the tail ap over the
back of the Upper Chute (#21) and secure the velcro.
3. Attach the Outer Chute (#44) cover by inserting each individual tab through their
associated slot (1 in the front and 5 on each side) and the press the tail down on the new
velcro strip axed to the outside of the Chute Cover (#43).
Note: Tighten all connections from Step 10.
