Crimping time: 7-9 seconds

REVIEW OF MAINTENANCE
It is important that the tool is subjected to a proper
periodic maintenance.
It is essential to make a maintenance review
after 10,000 pressing cycles or at least once a
year. Consult your dealer for technical services
authorized by AC-FIX to perform maintenance
reviews.
PROCEDURE
Ex-factory setting pressure value
is aproximately 50. This value
should never be more than 56.
Press the security pin to replace
the insert. When replacing an
insert, remove the battery from
the tool to prevent any accidents.
Place the insert corresponding to
the diameter of the tting and se-
cure it with the security pin.
Make sure that the inserts close
completely and there is no space
between them when pressing the
tting.
If there is any space between the
inserts, rotate the rear nut of the
tool as shown in the picture.
The crimping head can be tur-
ned by 90 degrees.
When the green light is blinking,
it is charging; when the two lights
are on, it means that charging is
completed.
INSTRUCTION
This product is a professional tool for crimping ttings and pipes in Press systems, with the advan-
tage of 90º rotate head, three stage mechanical quick motor stop, no hydraulic motor stop, no oil
leakage and automatic retraction.
Before starting use the tool please read the instruction carefully. The mounting and assembly of
material must only be performed by qualied person.
OPERATION
First of all, you have to check if the pressure data of the tool is lower than 56. Then, the tool can
start working.
1. Remove the battery.
2. Ensure that the pressure data of the tool is lower than 56.
3. Assemble the jaw needed into the crimping head and secure it with the security pin. (see sketch 2)
4. Insert the battery. Place on a suitable tting and press the switch until the tool stops and the light
indicates that the pressing is done.
5. To rotate the crimping head 90 degrees, do it in the direction of the arrow.
ATTENTION
1. Ensure that the pressure level of the tool is less than 56 before using the tool.
2. Avoid hitting the crimping head and jaws with hard materials. This could damage the tool.
3. Keep the tool away of fuels, acids and alkaline liquids.
4. Keep the tool out of reach of children.
5. Ensure that the working environment is clean before start working.
6. Once the work is completed, apply antioxidant grease in the crimping head of the tool, in the
area of the ratchet and roller (see picture below).
7. Do not disassemble the tool.
8. The tool must be maintained by an expert.
9. The inserts must be installed in the correct position and ensure them with the security pin.
10. If the engine overheats, please stop working until the temperature thereof falls.
11. It is better to recharge the battery after it is exhausted completely.
12. If the battery is unused for a long period of time, it is best to fully charge it before using it again.
13. If the tool is not used, recharge the battery every two months.
