Before using this information and the product it supports, please read the follo ing general
information.
1. This service guide provides you ith all technical information relating to the BASIC
CONFIGURATION decide for Acer‟s “ global” product offering. To better fit local market
requirement and enhance product competitiveness, your regional office MAY have decided to
extend the functionality of a machine. These LOCALIZED FEATURES ill NOT be recovered in
this generic service guide. In such cases, please contact your regional office or the responsible
personnel/channel to provide you ith further technical details.
2. Please note WHEN ORDERING FRU PARTS, that you should check the most up-to-date
information available on your regional eb or channel. If, for hatever reason, a part number

Equipment:

2. USB cable
Install Driver & Tool :
In shipping mode, to enable adb (USB debugging)
Setting >> About tablet >> Build number click 7 times >> Return last page and ind ( ) Developer
options >> USB debugging, enable it.
1. Connect PC and Android Tablet by USB cable
Instal necessary driver in your PC
2. When drivers install usefully, you can see below drawing in Devices Administrator in PC.
Install Download Tool:
1. Install MTK SP Flash Tool_v5.1516.00 by in your PC,
When success instal the flash tool, you may see the icon, and please open the tool

Image :
1. Factory Image: Service image, for engineering testing or verification.
2. Shipping Image: for end user in the market.
Start to download: ( Shipping image Factory image)
1. To enable tablet under USB debugging mode (ADB mode).
2. Turn off tablet
3. Open Flash tool, and direct the “Scartter-loadding” to the folder you need instal

After that, please press “Download”
4. Plug out the USB cable, then connect again, then Flash tool will auto run the install process, as
below display.
5. Download finish, and please plug out the cable, turn on the devie.
PS. Don’t disturb or plug out the USB cable for instant, to avoid image broken within image download
period.

Install test suit for testing device function quic ly
1. Open the adb file, and key “cmd”, and make sure all necessary driver been installed.
2. Check device connect with PC or not?
3. Copy test suit akp under adb folder
4. Install TestSuite APK
5. Check TestSuite APK

Start to download: (Factory image Shipping image )
1. Turn off tablet
2. Open Flash tool, and direct the “Scartter-loadding” to the folder you need instal
After that, please press “Download”
6. Plug out the USB cable, then connect again, until install procedure finish.
PS. Please wait for around 7minute when power on in 1st time, until enter the OS.
