Upon receipt, it is the responsibility of the receptionist to verify in the presence of the carrier
the integrity of the package received as well as the conformity of the product to the delivery

In case of damage, it is important either to refuse the package, or to accept it by making
documented reservations (photos, comments of the delivery driver ...) and transmitting them
within 48 hours to the carrier and our after-sales service (+33 3 21 10 90 45 or
[email protected]) who will contact you and get in touch with the carrier.
Only if this procedure is followed can the sender and the customer be released from liability.
This product is intended for patient transfers in hospital, emergency or intensive care settings.

significantly reduce its longevity and releases the company Acime Frame from any
responsibility.
