Your ThermoThink jacket comes equipped with advanced and innovative thermal
heating technology to maintain a temperature that fits your personal comfort level for a
truly intimate experience.
1.0 Jacket Overview and Key Features
The Jacket shell is made with 100% high quality polyester. It has a 2-ply laminate
waterproof breathable layer that is the highest quality you can get of all water-resistant
technology. It is very soft, noiseless and has a luxurious, comfortable feel with
exceptional durability. The adjustable storm sleeve zippers and snaps allow truly
customized comfort and fit.
It is lined with high quality water-proof Thinsulate that offers a unique blend of synthetic
hydrophobic fibers resulting in exceptional warmth and enhanced water resistance. It is
very lightweight, highly compressible and also hypoallergenic.
We built the jacket with form and function in mind using the highest quality materials
while integrating advanced high performance heating technology. The jacket is truly
amazing allowing you to heat at 75 different personalized heat settings. It also has a
very unique cooling feature designed to accelerate the body’s natural cooling process
by pulling heat out of the jacket.
We did not stop there. The jacket's true magic is auto-mode. You can set a minimum
and maximum temperature based on your own personal comfort and the jacket does
the rest automatically heating or cooling down throughout the day to keep you the
perfect temperature!

1.1 How to plug your ThermoThink device into your jacket
Your ThermoThink controller fits into the jackets interior pocket. In that pocket you will
see a connector coming out of the jacket. The device has a keyed 14-pin connector that
it plugs into.
1.2 How to recharge your ThermoThink device
Your ThermoThink controller came with an 8.4v / 2A charger. The ThermoThink device
has a barrel plug port. To recharge the battery simply plug the charger in the wall and
connect the barrel plug port on the controller. The charge times will vary depending on
current battery life. A full charge typically takes 6-8 hours.
Note: The controller is fully charged when the LED n the wall charger has a green light.
A red light means it is still charging. Make sure to always use an 8.4v 2 amp charger.
1.3 How to download the ThermoThink Android or iPhone app
AppStore and Google Play
- Simply search the AppStore or Google Play for “ThermoThink” to download and install

When the app is opened it will display the below screen when there are no
ThermoThink Bluetooth devices found.

Turn on the power switch on the controller. The app will find your device as shown
below.

Press the “Connect” button to connect your Jacket to the Android or iPhone app.
2.2 Heat Mode
Press the Heat button to turn on the Jacket heating mode. Select high, medium or low
to change the heat intensity.

2.3 Cool Mode
Press the Cool Down button to turn on the Jacket cooling mode. Select Slow, Medium
or Quick to change the cool down speed at which the heat will be dissipated.

2.4 Auto Mode
The auto button allows the user to set a custom temperature range. The temperature
and humidity sensors embedded in your jacket send the app data every 4 seconds.
That data is used to either turn the jacket heat or the jacket cool down as well as setting
the intensity level based on your customized temperature range. The system allows a
range between 50F and 75F.

2.5 Turn Off
Pressing the “Turn Off' button puts your device into the idle mode. This can be used to
preserve battery life if you do not need to use the heat or cool down options.

2.6 Disconnect ThermoThink Device
The device can be disconnected on the main screen or in the user settings. The status
at the bottom of the command screen shows the current mode of the ThermoThink
device. Clicking on the status allows you to then disconnect the device.

3.1 Change Device Name
Pressing this button allows you to enter a new device name. We recommend that you
change your device to a unique custom name your choice.
3.2 Set Auto Mode Min and Max Temp
Auto mode is the truly revolutionary smart feature of the ThermoThink jacket. It allows
you to set an internal jacket temperature range between 50F and 75F. The app will then
read the sensors that are built into your jacket to automatically adjust your jacket to
maintain your comfort.
3.3 Set Default Modes
These are the heating and cool down default modes that are activated when you press
the Heat or Cool Down button on the command screen. This allows you to customize
your preference and climate region.
3.4 Change Temperature Unit

This feature allows you to change all temperature unit displays to Celsius or Fahrenheit.
3.5 Custom Heat Intensity
There is no other jacket on the market that allows over 99 different heat settings. This
feature allows you to truly customize the jacket to your exact comfort levels on a scale
of 1-75% for high, medium, and low heat option.
NOTE: Adjusting these settings will impact the battery duration and more importantly if
you are modifying the heat intensity please be extremely careful as the thermal units
can get scalding hot.

4.0 User Warnings and System Limitations
4.1 Undergarment Requirements
An undergarment is required to be worn at all times with this jacket. The thermal units
can get scalding hot and this is needed as protection.
4.2 Weather Conditions
The jacket is to only be worn outside in cool to cold weather conditions. The Jacket is
designed and tested to optimally perform between 20F and 75F.
4.3 Heat Intensity Settings
The heat intensity of the thermal units can get scalding hot. If you modify the default
high heat intensity please be EXTREMELY careful making sure to only do this when the
outside environment is extremely cold to ensure you do not burn yourself with the
thermal units. If the setting gets too hot immediately turn off the switch on the control
unit and remove the jacket.
4.4 Battery Controller
The battery controller is not designed to withstand high impact.
4.4 Water submersion
Never submerge the jacket or battery controller in water as this can permanently
damage the product.
ALERT —- This product is not suitable for anyone with cardiovascular disease,
diabetes, hypertension, anemia, hyperthyroidism, low blood sugar syndrome, sensitive
skin, pregnant, infants, or young children.
