Thank you for purchasing this ADVENTURE bike.
Designed in the UK and built to exceed CEN standards,
you can be assured of a quality bike for many
years. This bike has been built by Cytech accredited
mechanics at the factory source and is then packaged
for shipment requiring you, the end user, only simple
set-up before being able to ride.
(!) Before proceeding please take a few
minutes to familiarize yourself with this
quick build guide. Failure to do so could
result in serious injury or even death!

(!) Carefully open the carton.
(!) Pull carton apart. (!) Carefully remove packing boxes. Lift bike from the box. We recommend having a
second person to help with this.
(!) WARNING - Carefully remove staples using
needle nose pliers. These are extremely sharp
and will cause injury unless removed.
(!) WARNING - Staples will be found on both left
and right side of the carton box.

Carefully remove packing material from bar and
remove the 4 bolts that secure the stem face
plate.
Add 2 bolts, top-left and bottom-right and tighten
loosely so that the stem face plate is evenly
clamped.
Angle the brake levers so that they are vertical
and add the remaining 2 bolts.
For standard handlebars angle the brake levers
at roughly 45 degrees and add the remaining 2
bolts.
Tighten all 4 bolts in sequence, a quarter turn at
a time. Repeat sequence until all the bolts are
tight.**
Centralise the bar in the stem and replace the
face plate.

** Recommended torque for stem bolts is 5Nm

Carefully remove packing material from bar and
remove the 2 bolts that secure the stem face
plate.
Add the 2 bolts and tighten loosely so that the
stem faceplate is evenly clamped.
Angle the brake levers at roughly 45 degrees.When tightening the bolts make sure the
faceplate is evenly spaced top and bottom.
Tighten both bolts in sequence until tight.**
Centralise the bar in the stem and replace the
face plate.

Carefully remove packaging materials from
the bar assembly. Make note of the minimum
insertion mark on the stem steerer.
Straighten bars and tighten the steerer bolt.
Angle the brake levers at roughly 45 degrees. Tighten the single bolt on the stem until tight.**
Insert the stem into the fork. (!) Do not raise the
stem higher than the minimum insertion mark.

(!) Identify Right and Left pedals with R and L
marked into the pedal axle.
Insert the Left pedal into the left crank arm and
tighten anti-clockwise.
Make sure the right pedal is fully tightened
clockwise with the supplied 15mm spanner.
Make sure the right pedal is fully tightened anti-
clockwise with the supplied 15mm spanner.
(!) Failure to insert the correct
pedal with the correct crank will
damage the crank!
Insert the Right pedal into the right crank arm
(the one with the cogs) and tighten clockwise.

It is likely that you will need to add some pressure
to the tyres before your first ride. Included within
the box is a small pump.
Screw the valve adapter onto pump and attach to
the valve. Pump to desired pressure - ideally as
indicated on the sidewall of the tyre.

Press on pump head and open lever. Add air. When finished adding air, close the lever and
remove pump quickly to ensure no tyre pressure
is lost.
Remove valve cap located on the wheel rim.

Choose suitable saddle height. Hip height is a
good starting point depending on your riding
ability.
Remove the washer and nut, check slotted spacer
is seated correctly in slot.
Re-tighten the bolt and check the saddle height is
suitable for you.
Add the washer followed by the nut and tighten
fully with included tool and repeat the process on
the opposite side.
Loosen the seat collar bolt using an allen key and
slide the saddle up or down as desired.
Place stabiliser arm over spacer and check height.
