OVERVIEW
Video-Payphone is the very first public telephone to offer high-quality
audio and video connectivity. Its unique technology is a joint project of
Tianjin Zhongtian Telecommunication Co., Ltd and Aethra
Telecommunications and combines the ease and low cost of public
telephones with the convenience of videoconferencing.
STANDARDS COMPLIANT
Video-Payphone fully conforms to H.320 and H.323 and can be used
over both ISDN and IP lines.
UBIQUITOUS ACCESS
Video-Payphone provides ubiquitous access to videoconferencing of
all kinds. By transmitting high quality images and high definition voice,
Video-payphone enables users to hold multi-point videoconferences
and talk “face to face” with relatives, friends and business associates,
wherever they are. Applicable in a variety of public areas, including
airports, hotels and shopping centers, wherever it is installed, it
enables users to integrate the advantages of video into their every day
lives.
UNIQUE APPLICATIONS
Video-Payphone offers extremely versatile uses. Keep an eye on your
home while you’re away, receive a short film, news or sports reports,
and perform videosurveillance
EASY TO USE
The videophone user interface is fully functional, with an easy-to-use
keypad that enables video display of all parties in a conversation.
Simple control keys increase and decrease volume. The display allows
users to see any incoming call and prompts users when a paycard
needs changing.
