Sprzęgło KSV 160 HW może być instalowane, uruchamiane i demontowane tylko przez odpowiednio wykwalikowany i wyszkolony personel.
Zmiany oraz modykacje przeprowadzone przez nieupoważnione osoby mogą powodować zagrożenie i są zabronione ze względów bezpieczeństwa.
OSTRZEŻENIE!
ZASTOSOWANIE
Stosowane w instalacjach grzewczych i chłodzących. Montowane pomiędzy źródłem ciepła/chłodu a rozdzielaczem KSV 125 lub instalacją. Rozdziela hydrau-
licznie obieg źródła od obiegów po stronie instalacji. Zapewnia płynną pracę instalacji po wyłączeniu części odbiorników lub zmianie parametrów pracy pomp
obiegowych. Umożliwia odpowietrzenie instalacji oraz usunięcie wytrąconych zanieczyszczeń.
Sprzęgło hydrauliczne KSV 160 HW należy połączyć z obiegami grzewczymi/chłodzącymi zgodnie z oznaczeniem na króćcach:
kolor czerwony = zasilanie, kolor niebieski = powrót z instalacji/do źródła ciepła lub chłodu.
Do górnego przyłącza GW G1/2" należy wkręcić odpowietrznik automatyczny z zaworem stopowym, a do przyłącza dolnego GW G1/2"
zawór spustowy KFE. Przyłącze boczne GW G1/2" (zaślepione korkiem) umożliwia wkręcenie tulei czujnika temperatury (nie wchodzi w skład
dostawy).

W sprzęgle KSV 160 HW należy okresowo sprawdzać stan odpowietrznika
automatycznego pod kątem poprawności pracy oraz w regularnych odstę-
pach czasu zalecane jest użycie zaworu spustowego KFE w celu usunięcia
z instalacji odseparowanych z medium zanieczyszczeń.
Sprzęgło hydrauliczne KSV 160 HW podlega dyrektywie ciśnieniowej
2014/68/UE i zgodnie z art. 4.3 (uznana praktyka inżynierska) nie jest
znakowane znakiem CE.
WYŁĄCZENIE Z EKSPLOATACJI, ZŁOMOWANIE
1. Zdemontować urządzenie.
2. Wtrosce oochronę środowiska naturalnego nie wolno wyrzucać
wyłączonego zeksploatacji urządzenia razem znieposegregowanymi
odpadami gospodarczymi. Urządzenie należy dostarczyć do odpowied-
niego punktu złomowania.

The product may only be installed, commissioned and dismantled by suitably qualied and trained personnel.
Changes and modications carried out by unauthorised persons may result in danger and are prohibited for safety reasons.
WARNING!
APPLICATION
Used in heating and cooling systems. Mounted between the heat/cool source and the manifold KSV 125 or system. It hydraulically separates the source circuit
from the system side circuits and ensures smooth operation of the system after switching off some consumers or changing the parameters of circulation pumps.
It enables ventilation of the system and removal of precipitated impurities.
Vertical low loss header KSV 160 HW should be connected to the heating/cooling circuits according to the marking on the connections:
red colour = supply, blue colour = return from the system/to heat or cold source.
An automatic air vent with a stop valve should be screwed into the upper G1/2" F connection, and a KFE drain valve into the lower G1/2" F
connection. The G1/2" F side connection (plugged) enables the temperature sensor sleeve to be screwed into (not included in the scope of
delivery).

MAINTENANCE
In the low loss header KSV 160 HW, the condition of the automatic air
vent must be checked periodically for proper operation and the use of the
KFE drain valve is recommended at regular intervals to remove impurities
separated from the medium from the system.
DECOMMISSIONING, DISPOSAL
1. Dismount the product.
2. To protect the environment, this product must not be disposed of
together with normal household waste. Dispose of the product in accor-
dance with the local directives and guidelines.

Vertikale Hydraulische Weiche

Die Hydraulische Weiche darf nur von entsprechend qualiziertem und geschultem Personal montiert, in Betrieb genommen und demontiert werden.
Änderungen und Modikationen durch Unbefugte können Gefahren verursachen und sind aus Sicherheitsgründen verboten.
ACHTUNG!
EINSATZBEREICH
In Heiz- und Kühlanlagen einsetzbar. Wird zwischen der Wärme-/Kältequelle und dem Kesselverteiler KSV 125 oder der Anlage installiert. Die hydraulische Weiche
in einem Heiz-/Kühlsystem dient der Entkopplung unterschiedlicher Erzeuger- und Verbraucherkreise. Gewährleistet den reibungslosen Betrieb der Anlage nach
dem Abschalten einiger Verbraucher oder der Änderung der Betriebsparameter der Umwälzpumpen.
Ermöglicht die Entlüftung der Anlage und die Entfernung von Ablagerungen.
Die Vertikale Hydraulische Weiche KSV 160 HW ist an die Heiz-/Kühlkreisläufe gemäß der Kennzeichnung auf den Anschlüssen anzuschließen:
rote Farbe = Vorlauf, blaue Farbe = Rücklauf aus der Anlage/zur Heiz- oder Kühlquelle.
Am oberen Anschluss IG G1/2 ist ein Schnellentlüfter mit Montageventil und am unteren Anschluss IG G1/2 ein KFE Kesselfüllhahn und
-entleerhahn einzuschrauben. Der seitliche Anschluss IG G1/2 (mit Stopfen verblendet) ermöglicht die Montage einer Temperaturfühlerhülse
(nicht im Lieferumfang).

1. Demontieren Sie das Gerät.
2. Aus Umweltschutzgründen ist es nicht gestattet, ein Gerät, das außer
Betrieb genommen worden ist, zusammen mit unsortiertem Haushalt-
sabfall zu entsorgen. Das Gerät muss zu einer geeigneten Entsorgun-
gsstelle gebracht werden.

Le Séparateur KSV 160 HW doit être installé, mis en service, utilisé et démonté uniquement par le personnel dûment qualié et formé.
Les changements et modications effectués par des personnes non autorisées peuvent être dangereux et sont interdits pour des raisons de sécurité.
AVERTISSEMENT !
APPLICATION
Utilisé dans les installations de chauffage et de refroidissement. Installé entre la source de chaleur/de refroidissement et le collecteur KSV 125 ou l’installation.
Il sépare hydrauliquement le circuit de source des circuits d’installation. Il assure le bon fonctionnement de l’installation après avoir éteint certains récepteurs ou
modié les paramètres de fonctionnement des pompes de circulation.
Il permet la purge de l’installation et l’élimination des impuretés précipitées.
Le Séparateur hydraulique KSV 160 HW doit être raccordé à des circuits de chauffage/de refroidissement conformément au marquage
gurant sur les manchons :
couleur rouge = alimentation, couleur bleue = retour de l’installation/vers la source de chaleur/ de refroidissement.
Un purgeur d’air automatique avec clapet de montage doit être vissé sur le raccordement supérieur GW G1/2" et une vanne de vidange KFE
sur le raccordement inférieur GW G1/2". La connexion latérale GW G1/2" (obturée par un bouchon) permet de visser le manchon du capteur
de température (non inclus dans la livraison).

ENTRETIEN
Pour un fonctionnement correct du séparateur KSV 160 HW, on doit vérier
périodiquement l’état du purgeur d’air automatique et, à intervalles régu-
liers, il est recommandé d’utiliser la vanne de vidange KFE pour éliminer
tout contaminant séparé du uide du système.
MISE HORS EXPLOITATION, MISE AU REBUT
1. Démontez le dispositif.
2. Pour protéger l’environnement naturel, il est interdit de jeter le dispo-
sitif hors service avec les déchets ménagers non triés. Le dispositif doit
être livré au point de mise au rebut approprié.
