Montaggio e taratura
•Pressionediesercizio:5/7bar(funzionamentoottimalecon6bar).
•Applicarel’astamillimetrataallatranciapermezzodell’appositastaffa.
•Posizionareilcursore(a)nellaposizionedizero“0”.
•Farscorrereilcursore(b)finoaquandol’indicatore(c)indica500mm.
•Effettuareiltagliodiuncomponentediferramenta.
•Verificarecheilpezzotranciatomisurieffettivamente500mm.
•Incasocontrariocorreggerel’erroreagendosull’accoppiamentotraasta
millimetrataetrancia,quindirieffettuareiltestditaglio.
Assembling and setting information
•Workingpressure:5/7bar(optimalfunctioningat6bar).
•Applythemillimetricrodtothecutterthroughtheappositeclamp.
•Putthecursor(a)inthezero“0”position.
•Slidethecursor(b)untilthepointer(c)indicates500mm.
•Cutthehardwarecomponent.
•Checkthatthecutpartactuallymeasures500mm.
•Ifitdoesnot,correcttheerrorbyadjustingthecouplingbetweenthemillimetric
rodandcutter,andthenperformanothercuttingtest.

2)stop the movable rebate in that position,
screwingbacktheAllenscrews.
Per il taglio di cremonesi entrata 7,5 mm è
necessarioeffettuareunulterioresettaggio:
1)allentare le viti a brugola ed arretrare la
battutamobile(f);
2)bloccarelabattutamobileinquellaposizione
riavvitandolevitiabrugola.
Settaggio
•Sollevareilpomello(d).
•Farscorrereilcursore(a)finoallaposizionedesiderata.
•Rilasciareilpomellofacendoattenzionechesiinfilicorrettamentesulforo
dellaposizionedesiderata:
posizioneperiltagliodicomponentidaabbinareadunmovimento
angolareGR2(scorporo125mm);
posizioneperiltagliodicomponentidaabbinareadunmovimento
angolare GR1, tipicamente ante di piccole dimensioni (scorporo
30mm);
posizionareilcursoreinquestaposizionequandosihalanecessità
di tranciare componenti alla cui estremità non deve essere
agganciatoalcunmovimentoangolare (elementilacuilunghezza
delfrontaleequivaleaquelladelcanaleferramenta,peresempio
lacremoneseperantasingolaA50200.XX.XXoelementiEuronut).

position:

separation);
positiontocutcomponentstocouplewithcornerdriveGR1,typically
small-sizedsashes(30mmseparation);
put the cursor in this position when you need to cut components
wheretheendshouldn’tbeconnectedtoanycornerdrive(elements
where the length of the faceplate is equal to that of the hardware
groove:forexampleespagnoletteforsinglesashA50200.XX.XXor
