SHARE GT
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO SU AGV GT Veloce
Componenti del sistema di comunicazione in dotazione:

Per assemblare il Kit Share GT sul vostro casco seguire queste indicazioni:
1. Posizionare il casco su una superficie morbida appoggiandolo sulla zona sommitale e in modo tale
che risulti stabilmente in posizione (Figura 1).
2. Rimuovere il sottomento tirandolo verso di voi e rimuovere i guanciali in spugna e la cuffia.
Non cercare per nessun motivo di rimuovere le basi guanciali in polistirolo espanso. Non cercare
per nessun motivo di rimuovere la mentoniera.

3. Collocare i velcri adesivi di forma quadrata nelle opportune sedi ricavate nei guanciali (Figura 2)
4. Rimuovere, se presenti, gli inserti in materiale espanso che chiudono gli alloggiamenti degli
auricolari.
5. Se nel vostro paese non è consentito l’utilizzo del dispositivo in stereofonia, staccare il connettore
che collega l’auricolare di sinistra e riporre l’auricolare nella scatola (Figura 3)
6. Posizionare i velcri adesivi sui case del sistema di comunicazione che contengono la scheda
elettronica e la batteria come in figura (Figura 4a e 4b), prestando attenzione a posizionare il tipo
di velcro che può correttamente aderire a quello già presente nelle sedi all’interno del casco.
7. La custodia di plastica da cui fuoriesce l’asta del microfono va collocata nel vano A. L’altra
custodia va collocata nel vano B (Figura 5)
8. Rimuovere la pellicola protettiva dai velcri tondi e incollarli in corrispondenza dell’alloggiamento
auricolari nel casco. Attenzione nel far effettuare ai cavi il percorso visualizzato in Figura6a e 6b.
Posizionare il cavo perimetrale tra i due involucri lungo il bordo inferiore del casco facendolo
passare esternamente al cinturino. Inserire tale cavo sotto una linguetta di tessuto della cuffia
interna presente nella zona posteriore.
9. Se necessario fermare i cavi con gli adesivi in dotazione (Figura7)
10. Torcere leggermente l’asta microfono in modo che la freccia sia rivolta verso la bocca (Figura 8)
11. Riassemblare i guanciali.
12. Rimontare con cura il paramento ponendo attenzione a fare uscire il cavo che collega la tastiera
come in Figura 9.
13. Pulire con un panno umido la superficie della calotta in corrispondenza della posizione in cui verrà
incollata la tastiera.
14. Individuare l’area della calotta sulla quale andrà incollato il blocco adattatore + tastiera, collocando
la dima adesiva come in figura 10.
15. Rimuovere la protezione del biadesivo applicato sulla superficie curva dell’adattatore di forma del
blocco tastiera-adattatore di forma. Incollarlo al casco e tenere premuto per circa 10 secondi.
NB: La tastiera non è progettata per poter garantire affidabilità nella tenuta qualora venga rimossa
e incollata su un altro casco.
16. Collegare il cavo che collega la tastiera alla centralina tramite il connettore (figura 11)
17. Occultare il connettore all’interno del paramento e bloccare il cavo tastiera inserendolo tra la
calotta e il passacavo progettato sull’adattatore di forma incollato alla tastiera. (Fig. 12)

18. Prima di utilizzare il casco dotato del sistema SHARE GT verificare che TUTTI i cavi siano esterni
al sottogola ed occultati adeguatamente sotto le imbottiture. Verificare che non ci siano cavi sciolti
o componenti fissati male che possano in qualche modo infastidire durante la guida.
Si raccomanda di attendere alcune ore prima di utilizzare il casco in modo da consentire agli
adesivi di raggiungere il massimo grado di adesione
SHARE GT è progettato per essere innocuo e per non influire nella normale calzata del casco.

Avvertenze sull’utilizzo
Ambienti e luoghi di utilizzo
Per l’utilizzo del prodotto SHARE GT attenersi alle indicazioni presenti nei luoghi in cui ci si trova.
In particolare non deve essere utilizzato nei luoghi o nelle aree in cui l’utilizzo di sistemi di
comunicazione o di diffusione sonora con funzionamento assimilabile a quello di SHARE GT sia
espressamente vietato.
Si raccomanda inoltre di non utilizzare SHARE GT in tutti i luoghi dove cartelli o segnalazioni
indicano di non utilizzare dispositivi elettronici con trasmissione a radiofrequenza.
Allo stesso modo l’utilizzo di SHARE GT deve avvenire con un volume adatto alle condizioni
ambientali e alle eventuali prescrizioni relative al luogo di utilizzo.
SHARE GT è un dispositivo per comunicazione destinato ad un uso per intrattenimento e
divertimento; SHARE GT non deve essere utilizzato come sistema di comunicazione per usi
professionali o di emergenza. Allo stesso modo, SHARE GT non è un prodotto destinato all’utilizzo
in competizioni ufficiali e non ufficiali, motodromi, circuiti, piste e simili.
Tutte le eventuali tasse previste nel luogo di utilizzo di SHARE GT in quanto utilizzato come
dispositivo auricolare, dispositivo interfono, radio FM o in base ad altre caratteristiche di SHARE
stesso, sono a carico dell’utente.

Utilizzo con altri dispositivi
Quando si effettua il collegamento tra il casco dotato del sistema AGVoice ed un qualunque
dispositivo previsto, leggere il relativo manuale d’uso per informazioni dettagliate sulla sicurezza.
In particolare si raccomanda di verificare le eventuali limitazioni di tale altro dispositivo: AGV Spa
non può ritenersi responsabile per eventuali limitazioni derivanti dalle modalità di funzionamento
tipiche di telefoni cellulari o altri dispositivi non forniti da AGV Spa.
Dispositivi ed apparecchiature elettroniche sono normalmente schermati rispetto a segnali RF.
Tuttavia è possibile che qualche dispositivo o apparecchiatura elettronica non risulti
adeguatamente schermata e che, quindi, possa manifestare dei malfunzionamenti in presenza di
SHARE GT. Tali malfunzionamenti non sono attribuibili ad alcun difetto di SHARE GT che risponde
alle normative vigenti in termini di compatibilità elettromagnetica per l’utilizzo.
Allo stesso modo, in presenza di forti disturbi radio dovuti, ad esempio, alla vicinanza di ripetitori,
tralicci alta tensione, segnali radio di vario genere, SHARE GT potrebbe presentare dei
funzionamenti anomali. Per ripristinare il corretto funzionamento occorre allontanarsi dalla zona
soggetta a tali disturdi e/o spegnere e riaccendere SHARE GT.
Interventi di riparazione e sostituzione
Non smontare, manomettere o modificare il casco dotato SHARE GT e/o l’insieme elettronico
posto al suo interno; non aprire, sostituire, rimuovere il pacco batteria interno.
In caso di anomalie o malfunzionamenti qualsiasi intervento di assistenza tecnica può essere
eseguito soltanto da personale qualificato in un centro assistenza autorizzato da AGV Spa.
In ogni caso tutti gli interventi e le sostituzioni effettuate su SHARE GT devono utilizzare parti di
ricambio originali.
Il mancato rispetto delle presenti indicazioni, oltre a compromettere le caratteristiche e le
prestazioni di SHARE GT, invalida garanzia e certificazioni del prodotto e può creare situazioni di
pericolo per l’utente.
Gestione della batteria
Si raccomanda di mettere SHARE GT in carica almeno una volta ogni 3-4 mesi, al fine di
preservare il corretto funzionamento della batteria.
La batteria presente all’interno di SHARE GT è progettata per poter essere utilizzata durante tutto
il ciclo di vita del prodotto, purché adeguatamente utilizzata, ossia evitando cariche troppo lunghe,
periodi di inattività prolungati e temperature di esercizio al di fuori dei limiti consentiti.
Usare solo batterie e caricabatteria indicati da AGV Spa; per la disponibilità rivolgersi al proprio
rivenditore.
Protezione dall’acqua e altre sostanze
Le parti che compongono SHARE GT da installarsi internamente al casco non sono
completamente impermeabili. Pertanto è necessario evitare si bagni l’interno del casco ed evitare,
quindi, che si bagnino anche le varie parti interne di SHARE GT; in caso contrario il sistema
potrebbe subire danni permanenti. Viceversa, qualora entrasse dell’acqua all’interno del casco, è
opportuno rimuovere immediatamente SHARE GT e lasciarlo asciugare all’aria.
Tutte le parti del sistema SHARE GT non devono entrare in contatto con detergenti, carburanti o
altri fluidi presenti a bordo di un veicolo a motore. Tali sostanze possono danneggiare
irreparabilmente il sistema.

Pulizia
Per la pulizia di SHARE GT utilizzare una spugna inumidita con acqua ed eventualmente sapone
neutro. Non applicare sostanze solventi o sgrassanti.
Durante le operazioni di pulizia, evitare che l’acqua possa filtrare all’interno di qualsiasi parte di
SHARE GT.
Smaltimento
In caso di dismissione di SHARE GT, esso deve essere smaltito secondo le indicazioni vigenti in
merito al trattamento di rifiuti elettronici e di batterie. Pertanto il prodotto non può essere
assolutamente smaltito nei rifiuti urbani indifferenziati. Il corretto smaltimento delle apparecchiature
elettroniche contribuisce a prevenire possibili conseguenze negative sulla salute umana e
sull'ambiente.
La presenza del simbolo costituito da un contenitore mobile barrato segnala che all’interno
dell’Unione Europea il prodotto è soggetto a raccolta speciale alla fine del ciclo di vita
(direttiva europea 2002/96/EC).
Sicurezza del prodotto
Situazioni di non utilizzo
Mantenere spento SHARE GT nelle situazioni e nei luoghi in cui è espressamente vietato utilizzare
dispositivi assimilabili a SHARE GT per ragioni di sicurezza.
Non indossare il casco dotato del sistema SHARE GT durante la ricarica della batteria.
Nel caso in cui si verificasse un problema con evidenti effetti anomali (ad esempio lo svilupparsi di
calore intenso, fumo, odori o altro) il casco deve essere immediatamente disindossato. Nel il
sistema fosse in condizione di ricarica della batteria, interrompere immediatamente l’operazione
scollegando il cavo di alimentazione.
Evitare che il casco si bagni all’interno, sia durante l’utilizzo di SHARE GT che durante la fase di
ricarica, onde evitare che infiltrazioni di acqua possano creare situazioni di pericolo. Nel caso in cui
il sistema venga bagnato, spegnerlo immediatamente e, quanto prima, rimuoverlo dal casco per
farlo asciugare in aria.
Installazione
Una errata o approssimativa installazione di SHARE GT all’interno del casco potrebbe modificare
le caratteristiche di sicurezza del casco stesso creando condizioni pericolose. Per l’installazione
attenersi alle istruzioni di montaggio specifiche e, in caso di dubbio, rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore
autorizzato AGV.
La manomissione del casco e/o del sistema elettronico durante l’installazione di SHARE GT può
alterare le caratteristiche del casco stesso invalidando la sua omologazione e creando potenziali
situazioni pericolose.
Volume moderato
L’uso continuativo di un dispositivo di riproduzione audio ad alto volume provoca assuefazione e
temporanea parziale sordità; a lungo andare possono intervenire danni permanenti all’apparato
uditivo, fino alla perdita dell’udito. Pertanto utilizzare SHARE GT ad un volume adeguato; in
particolare, se si avvertono fastidi all’udito o dolori alle orecchie, diminuire il volume o spegnere
SHARE GT.

Utilizzo con bambini
Il casco con SHARE GT non deve mai essere lasciato a portata di mano di bambini non sorvegliati.
Utilizzo in aree infiammabili ed esplosive
Non usare il SHARE GT nelle stazioni di servizio e, in particolare, spegnere SHARE GT durante le
operazioni di rifornimento di carburante.
Non usare il SHARE GT in prossimità di combustibili o prodotti chimici e tenerlo spento in
prossimità di materiali esplosivi.
Presenza di apparecchi medicali
In caso di utilizzo di apparecchiature mediche personali, consultate il costruttore
dell’apparecchiatura e/o il medico per determinare se vi possono essere controindicazioni
nell’utilizzo di SHARE GT. Attenersi scupolosamente alle indicazioni del costruttore
dell’apparecchiatura o del medico.
Allo stesso modo effettuare le necessarie verifiche con il costruttore di apparecchi acustici prima di
utilizzare SHARE GT.
Gestione della batteria
Al fine di evitare il rischio di situazioni di pericolo legate a surriscaldamenti o errate gestioni della
batteria, utilizzare esclusivamente il caricabatteria e i relativi cavi in dotazione e/o non caricare la
batteria con altri dispositivi.
Non usare il caricabatterie se esso ha ricevuto un forte urto o è stato danneggiato in qualche
modo.
Per scollegare il caricabatterie dalla presa occorre afferrare il corpo dell’alimentatore e non il cavo
ad esso collegato, al fine di ridurre il rischio di danneggiamenti che possono portare a situazioni di
pericolo.
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di manutenzioni o pulizia è necessario scollegare
l’alimentatore dalla presa.
Rispettare rigorosamente le temperature di utilizzo. In particolare non effettuare operazioni di
ricarica con temperature eccessive o lasciando il casco esposto a pioggia o neve. Non lasciare in
carica il sistema con l’alimentatore collegato alla presa per un tempo superiore a 12 ore.
Interventi e ricambi
Non effettuare manomissioni ad alcuna parte del sistema SHARE GT. Qualsiasi intervento di
assistenza tecnica può essere eseguito soltanto da personale qualificato in un centro assistenza
autorizzato da AGV Spa. Inoltre tutti gli interventi e le sostituzioni effettuate su SHARE GT devono
utilizzare parti di ricambio originali. Tutto ciò al fine di garantire al prodotto il mantenimento delle
stesse caratteristiche di sicurezza del prodotto originale.
Sicurezza stradale
Leggi e regolamenti
Poiché in alcuni Paesi l’uso di sistemi di comunicazione mobili è proibito o ristretto, prima di
installare SHARE GT verificare tutte le leggi e i regolamenti applicabili. SHARE GT non deve
essere usato trasgredendo leggi o regolamenti.
In alcuni Paesi l’utilizzo di sistemi con caratteristiche analoghe a quelle di SHARE GT potrebbe
non essere consentito.

Codice della strada
In qualunque caso il rispetto del codice della strada e le manovre necessarie a condurre il
motoveicolo hanno priorità assoluta sull’utilizzo di sistemi tipo SHARE GT.
Evitare distrazioni alla guida
L’utilizzo di SHARE GT non deve assolutamente distrarre dalla guida.
Durante la guida le mani devono entrambe essere impegnate nella conduzione del veicolo e,
pertanto, qualsiasi operazione da effettuarsi su SHARE GT deve avvenire a veicolo fermo,
includendo fra esse:
-affiliazione;
-configurazione;
-ricarica;
-attivazione;
-disattivazione;
-regolazione del volume;
-risposta ad una chiamata;
-effettuazione di una chiamata;
-in generale, uso del casco con SHARE GT
Utilizzo con volume adeguato
L’uso di SHARE GT con un volume elevato può distrarre dalla guida del veicolo e causare
situazioni di pericolo o ridurre la possibilità di percepire rumori esterni. Il volume deve dunque
essere regolato in modo che i rumori esterni possano essere percepiti.
L’uso assiduo di SHARE GT con volumi elevati può diminuire la capacità di udire suoni e voci
esterni.
Al fine di garantire la possibilità di percepire i rumori esterni, SHARE GT offre la possibilità di
scollegare e togliere un altoparlante prima di montare il sistema di comunicazione nel casco.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY ON AGV GT Veloce
Components of the communication system supplied:

To fit the Share GT Kit to your helmet proceed as follows:
1. Place the helmet upside down on a soft surface, making sure that it is in a stable position (Figure
1).
2. Pull the chinstrap towards you, and remove the foam cheek pads and the cap padding.
Under no circumstances try to remove the cheek EPS parts. Under no circumstances try to remove
the chinguard.

3. Stick the square adhesive Velcro pads in the appropriate housings in the EPS cheek pads (Figure
2).
4. Remove, if present, the EPS inserts sealing the earpiece housings.
5. If the use of the device in stereo mode is not permitted in your country, disconnect the left earpiece
connector, and put the earpiece back in the box (Figure 3)
6. Stick the adhesive Velcro pads to the communication system cases containing the electronic card
and the battery, as shown in the figures (Figures 4a and 4b). Make sure that the type of Velcro pad
used for each one correctly matches the one already found in the housings of the helmet.
7. The plastic enclosure from which the microphone rod protrudes must be fitted in housing A. The
other one in housing B (Figure 5).
8. Remove the protective film of the round Velcro pads and stick them to the earpiece housings of the
helmet. Make sure that the cables follow the path shown in Figures 6a and 6b.
Position the perimeter cable between the two parts along the bottom edge of the helmet, on the
outside of the strap. Place this cable under a fabric tab of the internal cap padding that can be
found on the back.
9. If necessary, use the adhesives supplied to secure the cables in place (Figure 7).
10. Slightly bend the microphone rod so that the arrow points to the mouth (Figure 8).
11. Reassemble the Cheek pads.
12. Carefully refit the chin curtain.
13. Use a damp cloth to clean the section of the helmet shell where the keypad will be glued.
14. Identify the area of the helmet shell where to glue the adaptor + keypad unit, positioning the
adhesive template as shown in figure 10.
15. Remove the protection of the double sided tape on the curved surface of the shape adaptor of the
shape adaptor-keypad unit. Stick the unit to the helmet, holding it in position for approximately 10
seconds.
Note: The keypad has not been designed to ensure reliability if subsequently removed and glued
back to another helmet.
16. Connect the cable between the keypad and the control unit using the connector, which must go
inside the chinguard through the appropriate opening. (Figure 11)
17. Conceal the connector inside the chin curtain and secure the keypad cable between the helmet
shell and the cable recess of the shape adaptor glued to the keypad. (Figure 12)

18. Before using the helmet with the SHARE GT system fitted, ensure that ALL the cables are external
to the chinstrap, and that they are appropriately hidden under the padding. Check that there are no
loose cables or badly fitted components, which may cause discomfort during driving.
It is recommended that you wait a few hours before using the helmet, to give the adhesive the
possibility to reach maximum adhesion strength.
SHARE GT has been designed to cause no discomfort and not to impair the wearing of the helmet
in any way.

Notes on the Use of SHARE GT
Environments and places of use
To use SHARE GT, follow the guidelines applicable to the place where the product is used. In
particular, it must not be used in places or areas where the use of communication or sound
diffusion systems similar to SHARE GT is expressly prohibited.
It is also recommended not to use SHARE GT in all places with signs or signals indicating not to
use electronic devices with RF transmission.
Similarly, SHARE GT must be used at a volume suitable for the environmental conditions and any
requirements relating to the place of use.
SHARE GT is a communication device intended for entertainment and recreation; SHARE GT
should not be used as a communication system for professional or emergency uses. Similarly,
SHARE GT is not intended for use in official or amateur competitions, motordromes, circuits, tracks
and the like.

Any taxes imposed in the place of use of SHARE GT, when used as a headset device, intercom
device, FM radio, or on the basis of other characteristics of SHARE, shall be borne by the user.
Use with Other Devices
When connecting a helmet equipped with the AGVoice system to any other device, read the
relevant user guide for detailed safety instructions. In particular, it is recommended to check the
possible limitations of such other device. AGV Spa shall not be held liable for any limitations arising
from the typical modes of operation of mobile phones or other devices not supplied by AGV Spa.
Electronic devices and equipment are usually shielded against RF signals. However, some
electronic devices or equipment may not be adequately shielded and, as a result, malfunctions
may occur in the presence of SHARE GT. Such malfunctions are not attributable to any defect in
SHARE GT, which meets regulatory requirements in terms of electromagnetic compatibility.
Similarly, in the presence of strong radio noise due, for example, to the proximity of repeaters,
high-voltage pylons, or radio signals of various kinds, SHARE GT may operate abnormally. To
restore normal operation, leave the area affected by such interference and/or power cycle SHARE
GT.
Repair and Replacement
Do not disassemble, alter or modify the helmet equipped with SHARE GT and/or the electronic set
placed on the inside; do not open, replace or remove the internal battery pack.
In case of anomalies or malfunctions, service operations can only be performed by qualified
personnel in an AGV Spa authorised service centre.
In any case, any service work and replacements of SHARE GT must be carried out using original
spare parts.
Failure to follow these instructions, in addition to compromising the features and performance of
SHARE GT, will void the product warranty and certification and can create dangerous situations for
the user.
Battery Management
We recommend charging SHARE GT at least once every 3-4 months to maintain the battery's
capacity.
The battery inside SHARE GT has been designed to be used throughout the product’s life cycle, as
long as used properly, thereby avoiding overcharging, extended periods of inactivity, and operating
temperatures outside the permissible range.
Use only batteries and chargers approved by AGV Spa. Consult your dealer for availability.
Protection against Water and Other Substances
The parts of SHARE GT to be installed inside the helmet are not completely waterproof. Therefore,
do not let the inside of the helmet get wet and consequently prevent any internal parts of SHARE
GT from getting wet, as this can permanently damage the system. Conversely, if any water gets
inside the helmet, immediately remove SHARE GT and let it air dry.

No part of the SHARE GT system must come into contact with detergents, fuel or any other fluid
contained in a motor vehicle. These substances can cause irreparable damage to the system.
Cleaning
To clean SHARE GT use a sponge dampened in water and a mild soap if necessary. Do not apply
solvents or degreasers.
While cleaning, ensure that no water gets inside any part of SHARE GT.
Disposal
In the event of disposal of SHARE GT, the product should be disposed of according to the current
instructions applicable to the treatment of electronic waste and batteries. Therefore, the product
cannot be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste.The proper disposal of electronic equipment
will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health.
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol that can be found on the product means that, within the
European Union, the product must be subject to a selective collection at the end of its life cycle
(Directive 2002/96/EC)
Product Safety
Do’s and Dont’s
Keep SHARE GT off in situations and places where it is forbidden to use devices similar to SHARE
GT for security reasons.
Do not wear a helmet equipped with the SHARE GT system while charging the battery.
If a problem occurs with obvious anomalous effects (e.g. intense heat, smoke, odour, etc.) the
helmet must be removed immediately. If the system is being charged, immediately stop charging
by disconnecting the power cord.
Do not let the inside of the helmet get wet, both while using SHARE GT and during the charging
process, in order to prevent the infiltration of water from creating dangerous situations. If the
system gets wet, turn it off immediately and remove it from the helmet as soon as possible to let it
air dry.
Installation
Incorrect or improper installation of SHARE GT inside the helmet may alter the safety features of
the helmet creating hazardous conditions. For installation, follow the specific installation
instructions and, in case of doubt, contact your authorised AGV dealer.
Tampering with the helmet and/or the electronic system during the installation of SHARE GT can
alter the characteristics of the helmet itself, which would result in its type-approval becoming null
and void and create potentially hazardous situations.

Moderate Volume
Continued use of audio playback devices at high volume is addictive and can cause temporary and
partial hearing loss. In the long run, it can result in permanent hearing damage and hearing loss.
Therefore SHARE GT should be used at a suitable volume. In particular, if you experience pain or
hearing discomfort, turn down the volume or turn SHARE GT off.
Use with Children
The SHARE GT helmet should never be left within reach of a child without supervision.
Use in Flammable and Explosive Atmospheres
Do not use SHARE GT at service stations and, in particular, switch SHARE GT off while refuelling.
Do not use SHARE GT near combustible materials or chemicals and keep it off when near
explosive materials
Presence of Medical Devices
When using personal medical devices, consult the equipment manufacturer and/or your physician
to determine whether there may be contraindications to the use of SHARE GT. Strictly follow the
instructions provided by the manufacturer or physician.
Similarly, before using SHARE GT with any hearing aids, carry out the necessary checks with the
manufacturer.
Battery Management
To avoid the risk of dangerous situations caused by incorrect battery management or overheating,
use only the supplied battery charger and cables and/or do not charge the battery with other
devices.
Do not operate the charger if it has been subjected to shock or any other damage.
Unplug the charger from the socket outlet by pulling on the power adaptor. Do not pull on the cable
to reduce the risk of damage that can lead to dangerous situations.
Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning, unplug the power adaptor from the socket outlet.
Operating temperatures are to be strictly adhered to.Do not charge the battery when the
temperature is too high or leaving the helmet exposed to rain or snow.Do not charge the system
with the adaptor plugged to a power source for longer than 12 hours.
Maintenance and Spare Parts
Do not attempt to change or tamper with any part of the SHARE GT system. Any service work can
only be performed by qualified personnel in an AGV authorised service centre. In addition, all
repairs and replacements of SHARE GT must be carried out using original spare parts. This is to
ensure that the product maintains the same safety characteristics as the original product.

Road Safety
Laws and Regulations
Because in some countries the use of mobile communications systems is prohibited or restricted,
check all applicable laws and regulations before installing SHARE GT. Use of SHARE GT must not
be in breach of any applicable laws or regulations.
In some countries the use of systems with characteristics similar to those of SHARE GT may not
be allowed.
Rules of the Road
In any case, compliance with the rules of the road and driving in a responsible way has absolute
priority over the use of systems like SHARE GT.
Avoiding Driver Distractions
The use of SHARE GT must not distract you from driving.
While driving, both hands must be on the steering wheel. Therefore, any procedures to be carried
out on SHARE GT must be performed while the vehicle is stationary. These include:
-Affiliation;
-Configuration;
-Charging;
-Activation;
-Deactivation;
-Volume adjustment;
-Answering a phone call;
-Making a phone call;
-In general, using a helmet with SHARE GT
Use at a Moderate Volume
The use of SHARE GT at high volume levels can distract you from driving the vehicle and cause
dangerous situations or reduce the possibility of hearing external noise. Volume must therefore be
adjusted so that external noise can be heard.
Frequent use of SHARE GT at a high volume may decrease the ability to hear external sounds and
voices.
To ensure the ability to hear outside noises, SHARE GT offers the possibility to disconnect and
remove a speaker before installing the communication system into the helmet.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE SUR AGV GT Veloce

Pour assembler le Kit Share GT sur votre casque, procéder de la façon suivante :
1. Poser le casque sur une surface souple avec le sommet vers le bas de façon à ce qu’il soit stable
(Figure 1).
2. Retirer la mentonnière en la tirant vers vous et retirer les mousses de joues et la coiffe.
Ne pas essayer en aucun cas de retirer les bases des mousses de joues en polystyrène expansé.
Ne pas essayer en aucun cas de retirer la mentonnière.
3. Placer les velcros adhésifs carrés dans les emplacements spécialement creusés dans les bases
des mousses de joues en EPS (Figure 2).

4. Retirer, le cas échéant, les inserts en polystyrène expansé placés dans les logements des
oreillettes.
5. En cas d'interdiction d'utilisation du dispositif en stéréophonie dans votre pays, détacher le
connecteur de l’oreillette gauche et placer l'oreillette dans la boîte (Figure 3)
6. Placer les velcros adhésifs sur les boîtiers du système de communication contenant la carte
électronique et la batterie (figure 4a et 4b), en veillant à placer le type de velcro de façon à ce qu'il
puisse s'accrocher correctement à celui déjà placé dans les logements à l’intérieur du casque.
7. Le boîtier en plastique dont sort la tige du micro doit être placé dans le logement A, l’autre dans le
logement B. (Figure 5).
8. Retirer le film protecteur des velcros ronds et les coller dans le logement des oreillettes dans le
casque. Veiller à faire passer les câbles le long du parcours illustré par les Figures 6a et 6b.
Placer le câble périmétral entre les deux enveloppes le long du bord inférieur du casque en le
faisant passer à l’extérieur de la sangle. Insérer ce câble sous la languette de tissu de la coiffe
intérieure située dans la zone postérieure.
9. Au besoin, immobiliser les câbles avec les rubans adhésifs fournis (Figure 7)
10. Torder légèrement la tige du micro de façon à ce que la flèche soit orientée vers la bouche (Figure
8)
11. Remonter les mousses de joues.
12. Remonter soigneusement la protection anti-vent.
13. Nettoyer avec un chiffon humide la surface de la calotte à l’endroit où sera collé le clavier.
14. Trouver l’endroit de la calotte sur lequel sera collé le bloc adaptateur + clavier, en plaçant le
gabarit adhésif comme le montre la figure (figure 10).
15. Retirer la protection du bi-adhésif de la surface courbe de l’adaptateur de forme, du bloc clavier-
adaptateur de forme. Le coller sur le casque et le maintenir pendant environ 10 secondes.
NB: Le clavier n’est pas conçu pour garantir une adhésion fiable s’il est retiré et recollé sur un
autre casque.
16. Brancher le câble qui relie le clavier à la centrale à l'aide du connecteur en faisant passer ce
dernier à l'intérieur de la protection anti-vent par l'ouverture spécialement prévue. (Figure 11)
17. Cacher le connecteur à l'intérieur de la protection anti-vent et bloquer le câble du clavier en
l'insérant entre la calotte et le passe-câble prévu sur l'adaptateur de forme collé au clavier. (Fig.
12)

18. Avant d’utiliser sur la route le casque équipé du système SHARE GT, vérifier si TOUS les câbles
sont à l’extérieur de la jugulaire et dûment cachés sous les rembourrages. Vérifier qu’il n’y a ni
câble libre, ni élément mal fixé, susceptible de gêner pendant la conduite.
Nous recommandons d’attendre quelques heures avant d’utiliser le casque de façon à ce que les
adhésifs soient parfaitement efficaces.
SHARE GT est conçu pour être sans danger et ne pas gêner le chaussement normal du casque.

Environnements et lieux d’utilisation
Utilisez le produit SHARE GT en respectant les indications présentes dans les lieux où vous vous
trouvez. Ne l’utilises pas en particulier dans des endroits où il est expressément interdit d’utiliser
des systèmes de communication ou de diffusion sonore dont le fonctionnement est assimilable à
celui de SHARE GT.
Nous recommandons en outre de ne pas utiliser SHARE GT dans les endroits où des pancartes
ou des signaux interdisent ‘utiliser des dispositifs électroniques avec transmission en
radiofréquence.
De même, utilisez SHARE GT avec un volume adapté aux conditions de l’environnement et aux
prescriptions éventuelles du lieu d’utilisation.
SHARE GT est un dispositif pour communication destiné à un usage ludique ; SHARE GT ne doit
pas être utilisé comme système de communication professionnel ou d’urgence. De même, SHARE
GT n’est pas conçu pour être utilisé pendant des compétions officielles ou non officielles, sur des
motodromes, des circuits, des pistes, etc…

Toutes les taxes éventuellement prévues sur le lieu d’utilisation de SHARE GT comme dispositif
auriculaire, interphone, radio FM ou suivant d’autres caractéristiques de SHARE, sont à la charge
de l’utilisateur.
Utilisation avec d’autres dispositifs
Avant de connecter le casque équipé du système AGVoice et un quelconque dispositif prévu,
veuillez lire le manuel d’utilisation pour avoir des informations détaillées sur la sécurité. Nous
recommandons en particulier de vérifier les éventuelles limites de dit dispositif. AGV Spa décline
toute responsabilité en cas de limites dérivant des modes de fonctionnement typiques des
téléphones cellulaires ou d’autres dispositifs non fournis par AGV Spa.
Les dispositifs et appareils électroniques sont généralement blindés contre les signaux RF. Ce
pendant certains dispositifs ou appareils électroniques peuvent ne pas être correctement blindés et
des mauvais fonctionnements peuvent donc se présenter en présence de SHARE GT. Dits
mauvais fonctionnements ne sont pas imputables à un défaut de SHARE GT, qui est conforme aux
normes en vigueur en matière de compatibilité électromagnétique pour l’utilisation.
De même, en présence de forts parasites radio dus, par exemple, à la proximité de répétiteurs, de
pylônes haute tension, de signaux radio de différents types, SHARE GT pourrait présenter un
fonctionnement anormal. Pour rétablir le bon fonctionnement éloignez-vous de la zone intéressée
par dits parasites et/ou éteignes et rallumez SHARE GT.
Interventions de réparation et de remplacement
Il est interdit de démonter, altérer ou modifier le casque équipé de SHARE GT et/ou l’ensemble
électronique qu’il contient; il est interdit d’ouvrir, remplacer, retirer le pack de batterie intérieur.
En cas d’anomalie ou de mauvais fonctionnement, les interventions d’assistance technique ne
doivent être accomplies que par le personnel qualifié d’un SAV autorisé par AGV Spa.
Dans tous les cas n’utilisez que des pièces de rechange originales pour accomplir les interventions
et les remplacements sur SHARE GT.
En ne respectant pas ces indications, vous compromettez les caractéristiques et les performances
de SHARE GT, vous rendez nulles la garantie et les certifications du produit et vous risques de
créer des situations de danger pour l’utilisateur.
Gestion de la batterie
Nous recommandons de recharger SHARE GT au moins une fois tous les 3 ou 4 mois, afin de
préserver le bon fonctionnement de la batterie.
La batterie contenue dans SHARE GT est conçue pour être utilisée pendant tout le cycle de vie du
produit, à condition d’être utilisée correctement, c’est-è-dire en évitant els charges trop prolongées,
les périodes d’inactivités prolongées et des températures d’exercice dépassant les limites
autorisées.
Utilisez uniquement les batteries et le chargeur de batterie indiqués par AGV Spa ; pour vous les
procurer adressez-vous à votre revendeur.
Protection contre l’eau et les autres substances
Les parties du SHARE GT à installer à l’intérieur du casque ne sont pas complètement
imperméables. Vous devez donc éviter de mouiller l’intérieur du casque et donc les différentes
parties internes de SHARE GT; en cas contraire, le système pourrait s’endommager
définitivement. Si de l’eau pénètre à l’intérieur du casque, retirez immédiatement SHARE GT et
laissez-le sécher à l’air.
