Maintenance and repair
Regularly check the water purifier and water pipe fittings to see if there is water
leakage, so as to avoid water leakage and damage to home properties.
When you go out for a long time or do not use the machine, please disconnect the
water source of the machine (close the water ball valve), and disconnect the power
supply.
If you do not use the water purifier for a long time, please let the water in for 10-15
minutes before using it again.
When any of the following situations occur, please immediately disconnect the
water inlet of the machine (close the water ball valve), disconnect the power
supply, and call the company's service hotline to report for repair.
. If the pipes or related parts of the machine are leaking.
. If the relevant parts of the machine lose their function.
. If there are any other abnormal phenomena or malfunctions.
Replacement of filter element In order to ensure the normal use of this machine,
when one of the following situations occurs, please call our company's service
hotline in time to have a professional replace the filter element.
. The water output is significantly reduced.
. The effluent quality is poor.
. The filter life icon turns red.
1. Warranty period The warranty period starts from the date of installation, the
whole machine is guaranteed for one year, and consumables are not covered by
the warranty
2. Warranty conditions The user should follow the following rules, otherwise the
warranty rights will be lost.
2.1. The user should purchase this product from a legal retailer through legal
means.
After-sales service
2.2. The user should keep the purchase invoice and manual at the same time, and
the machine number on the manual should match the machine body number.
2.3. The installation of the machine should be completed by the installation team
designated by the manufacturer, or a qualified installation team recognized by
authority. (Should not install by yourself without guidance)
2.4. The use of the machine should strictly follow the instruction manual.
2.5. The user should ensure that the product is used under proper conditions of
use.
2.6. If maintenance and repair are required during use, you should call the compa-
ny's service hotline to register for repair.
3. Exceptional conditions Product failure or damage in one of the following situa-
tions is not covered by the warranty
3.1. Obtain this product through illegal means.
3.2. A machine for which the invoice is missing or the manual is missing does not
provide relevant certification materials.
3.3. The machine number on the manual does not match the machine body
number.
3.4. Failure or damage caused by installation without a qualified installation team,
or installation by yourself without the guidance of the manufacturer.
3.5. Unreasonable use, or use in violation of the "Installation and Operation
Manual" to cause malfunction or damage.
3.6. Exceeding the normal use conditions, forcing the product to cause failure or
damage (for example, the voltage exceeds or falls below the normal allowable
fluctuation range, greater than 240V or less than 110V; the water pressure is too
low or too high).
3.7. Man-made (intentional or unintentional) machine damage.
3.8. Damage to the machine caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters,
wars, etc.).
3.9. The device has been repaired by unauthorized professionals without calling
the company's service hotline.
4 Warranty service during the warranty period, if the warranty conditions are met
and the exception conditions are not violated, the company will provide a full
range of Warranty service, warranty service will include:
(1) Repair faulty machines for free;
(2) Free replacement of faulty parts.
