USER INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using the Oil Heater, basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the following:
1. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
3. The product is for household use only.
4. Connect the appliance to single phase AC supply of the voltage
specied on the rating plate.
5. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
6. Never leave the heater unattended while it is in use. Always turn the
product to the OFF position and unplug it from the electrical outlet when
not in use.
7. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near
children, invalids or elderly people and whenever the heater is left
operating and unattended.
8. The heater must not be located immediately below an electrical
socket-outlet.
9. Do not run cord under carpeting and do not cover cord with throw rugs,
runners or the like. Arrange cord away from trafc area and where it
will not be tripped over.
10. Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using for
the rst time and always keep these instructions.

11. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or its service agent or a similarly qualied person to avoid a hazard.
12. Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a
risk of re.
13. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become
blocked. Use the heater on at, dry surfaces only.
14. Do not place this heater near ammable materials, surfaces or
substances, as there may be a risk of re. Keep the above ammable
materials, surfaces or substances at least 1 m from the front of the
product and keep them away from the sides and rear.
15. Do not use the heater in any areas where petrol, paint or other
ammable liquids are stored e.g. Garages or workshops as a hot,
arcing or sparking parts inside the heater.
16. Don’t use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower
or a swimming pool. Never position the heater where it may fall into a
bathtub or any body of water.
17. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns and personal injury,
do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving the
product.
18. Be sure that no other appliances are in use on the same electrical circuit,
as an overload can occur.
19. This heater is lled with a precise quantity of special oil.
20. Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by
the manufacturer or the service agent who should be contacted if there
is an oil leakage.
21. Regulations concerning the disposal of oil when discarding the
appliance have to be followed.
22. The heater should not be used in a room, of which the oor area is less
than 5 M2.
23. The cord shouldn’t be placed near the hot surface of the appliance.
Note: It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the rst time or
when they are turned on after having not been used for a long period
of time may have noise inside, this will disappear when the heater has
been on for a short while.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Our electrothermal warmer operates as follows: the tubular element
is taken as the heat source, efcient and permanent heat conduction
oil is taken as the medium, heat eliminates via the radiation n, room
temperature is increased via air circulation.
Our electrothermal warmer has the following advantages: convenient,
safe, beautiful, tranquil operation, without electromagnetic disturbance
etc. It is suitable for such locations as scientic research room, hospital,
hotel, training practice,house, and bedroom, etc. The warmer keeps your
room or ofce more comfortable in cold seasons!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The heater is packaged with the feet unattached. You must attach them
before operating the heater.
WARNING: DO NOT operate without feet attached. Only operate the
heater in the upright position (feet on the bottom, controls on the top),
any other position could create a hazardous situation.
MOUNTING
Take the heater and all the parts from the packing carton.
1. Stand the heater on its head.
2. Place the footplate on the top of both radiation ns.
3. Secure the footplate on the warmer with specied U type bolt and
wing nuts.
4. Tighten the screw.
5. Turn the heater over so it stands on the wheels.
6. Once the wheels are assembled and the Heater is placed in the
correct upright position, allow the oil to settle for a few minutes
before switching the unit on. This will allow the oil to completely coat
the heating element.

PLACING
The heater should be at least 90 cm away from walls or other objects such
as furniture or curtains; ensure that the power supply corresponds to that on
the nameplate; the temperature controller switch and power switch are at
“OFF” position; plug in the attaching plug.
1. The temperature controller can regulate room temperature. Turn the
temperature controller clockwise to increase the temperature; turn it
anti-clockwise to reduce the temperature until appropriate temperature is
reached.
2. Power switch is rotary switch: the switch gears are shown in the
schematic diagram.
0tap is the shutdown state.
IWith power switch I pressed, the indicator “ON” indicates
Level Ipower.
II With power switch II pressed, the indicator “ON” indicates
Level II power.
III With both power switch Iand II pressed, the indicator “ON”
indicates Level III power.
IV With both power switch Iand II pressed, the indicator “ON”
indicates Level III power, PTC auxiliary heating at the same
time open.
V With both power switch Iand II closed, and only open the
PTC auxiliary heating.

3. PTC auxiliary heating function, when the rotary switch to IV V, auxiliary
heating starts, the fan and PTC begin to work. When the oil heater is
heated to a certain temperature, the fan will switch on to strengthen the
room cross-ventilation, this will keep uniform temperature distribution in
the room.
4. To switch off the oil-heater, please press the power button to off Position,
Turn the temperature Knob to the minimum position and take out the
Plug.
Note: The heater operates via heat elimination, do not move the
heater unless the oil has cooled down, only move the heater with
the handle.
1. Please disconnect power supply before cleaning.
2. Wipe the outside of the heater with a wet cloth at rst, and then dry it
with a piece of soft cloth.
3. Do not use wax or brush polish, since these will react with the warmer,
resulting in discoloration.

1. Do not cover the heater during operating, otherwise it could result
in re.
2. The heater should be 90 cm away from the wall or other ammable
objects such as furniture, curtain, bed sheets or clothes.
3. Do not disassemble radiation n.
4. Take care of your children when they are near or use the warmer.
5. Do not let the power cord contact damp or hot objects; do not wind
or let children come near the power line.
6. Do not use the heater outside.
7. Do not let the heater come in contact with hot gasoline or
electric burner.
8. Do not use damaged cable or plug; do not use damaged heater
unless it is repaired.
9. Do not remove button parts of the heater.
10. This heater is only suitable for use indoors.
1. Please read these instructions carefully before operating.
2. Please disconnect power supply when you are out or the heater is not
being used for a long time.
3. Do not directly put clothes and other articles on the product to warm
in case of re.
4. Never put the heater just under the socket.
5. Never use the heater in locations with high air humidity such as
bathroom, bath house or swimming pool etc.
6. The oil in this warmer is special heat conduction oil. Should it
necessary to open oil tank during repair, only manufacturer or
specied representatives are allowed to open the tank. In addition,
please contact us immediately if there is oil leakage. Afterwards, the
oil left on the surface should be removed.
7. The timer dial is only allowed to turn clockwise (slightly) as indicated
by arrow, and turning it anti-clockwise will damage the timer.

(Low Voltage) and the EMC directive (2004/108/EC), as amended.

The Manufacturer hereby provides a warranty to the original purchaser of this product (‘the
consumer’) that this product will be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
which under normal, personal, family or household use (commercial use expressly excluded)
manifest themselves within the 2 year from the date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
• The warranty does not include and will not be construed to cover products damaged as a
result of disaster, misuse, commercial use, not in accordance within the written instructions
included with the product, abuse and/or any non-authorised modication of the product,
incorrect installation of the product or normal wear and tear.
• Insect infestation of the electrical or motor makes the claim invalid.
WAIVER
The warranty and the obligations of the Manufacturer provided herein are in lieu of, and the
consumer, waives all other warranties, guarantees, conditions or liabilities, express or implied,
arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation, any obligation of the manufacturer in
respect of any injury, loss or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) arising out of the use of,
or inability to use this product and whether or not occasioned by the manufacturer’s negligence
or any act or omission on its part.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Any claim in terms of the warranty must be supported by a proof of purchase. If such proof
is not available, then not withstanding anything to the contrary herein, the service agent’s
prevailing charges for services/repairs and/or spares will be payable by the Consumer upon
collection of the repaired product. The Consumer should call the Pick n Pay CUSTOMER
CARE number on 0860 30 30 30 (only in South Africa). Customers residing outside South
Africa may return the product back to a Pick n Pay store. During the warranty period the
product may only be serviced and/or repaired by the Manufacturer’s duly authorised agent(s).

be faulty during normal
use due to defective
materials or workmanship.

REPAIRS PROCEDURE
Should you experience any faults on your Aim product, please adhere to the following
procedure to have the fault rectied speedily and professionally.
You can return the product to the store.
Call the Pick n Pay CUSTOMER CARE number on 0860 30 30 30 (only in South Africa) to
report the fault and make arrangements for the next steps.
Note: Should you live in an outlying area or outside South Africa, it may be necessary to
return the product to the store nearest to you.
COST OF REPAIRS
UNDER WARRANTY
Any items still under warranty will be repaired free of charge, as long as it complies with the
terms and conditions of the warranty (refer to “warranties” section in this manual). Any items
that need to be repaired that are NOT covered in the warranty will be for the consumer’s
expense. A quote for the repair/replacement of these items will be provided to the consumer
for approval prior to repairs being conducted.
OUT OF WARRANTY
Any items that need to be repaired once the warranty has expired will be for the consumer’s
expense including call out fees. A quote for the repair/replacement of these items will be
provided to the consumer for approval prior to repairs being conducted.
