BASIC MAINTENANCE
This part of the manual is designed to help with some basic maintenance tips for your Air
King air machine. The machine is basically maintenance free but there are a few things
you should do to keep it this way.
1. Clean the felt filters in the compresor at least every six months. In an
environment where it is quite dirty you may want to clean them more often.
Note: This is only on air machines equipped with compressors.
2. Check the machine for loose wires connections and loose bolts once every two
months. You may want to check this more often if your machine gets a lot of
heavy use.
3. Lubricate Plug locks at least once every two months. Refer to the parts
identification pages in the manual to locate these parts on your machine.
4. Make sure the coin box in your air machine is either bolted or padlocked to
the coin box sleeve on the door of your air machine. If this is not done the coin
box could vibrate out and could cause damage to your compressor.
5. To keep your air machine loking like new you should wax it with car wax
once a year. This is on powder painted units. On stainless steel units you can
use a stainless steel cleaner.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
This part of the manual was designed to help you with any minor problems or repairs you
may have with your AIR KING air machine.
Problem: Air machine will not start:
A. Check the circuit breaker in building, if the breaker in the building has not
kicked out, go out to the machine and do the following.
1. Extremely wet or humid weather conditions may affect machine
operations. Shut breaker off in building, dry out machine Spray all wire
connections with a contacs cleaner to protect them from moisture.
2. Check for jammed coins in coin acceptor. Clean coins out if jammed.
3. Check coin switch on coin acceptor for bent or broken activation wire.
If bent, straighten wire if broken, replace wire.
4. Take two red wires off of coin switch and touch directly together for
how many coins you have it set for (ie. if machine is set for .50 touch
wires together two times) If machine starts you need to replace coin
switch
B. If Breaker in building has kicked out.
1. Reset breaker, try and restart machine.
2. If machine does not start you may have a bad or weak breaker. Replace
breaker and try to restart machine.
3. If machine still does not start you may have a short, or you may have to
much of a load running off of the same line. The air machine should
have it's own seperate 20 amp breaker. The size of the wire to run the
machine depends on how many feet it is from the breaker to the
machine. Refer to the wire size guide on page 5 in this manual for the
required size.
Problem: Air Machine vibrating excessively:
A. Possible installation problem or compressor problem.
1. If after the unit has been installed and the machine vibrates excessively.
Check to make sure the bolts holding the compressor are still tight. If
the machine is mounted on a wall be sure it is mounted flush and tight

be placed in the center of the machine before mounting. If the machine
