Disclaimers
The products sold by Air Runner Ltd are designed for recreaonal and/or for personal transportaon of a single
rider with proper safety equipment. Our scooters are classed as toys and are not suitable for handicapped persons
or persons with limited mental or physical capacies. The product is to be used only on safe, dry, smooth indoor
ooring or hard packed indoor surfaces, in accordance with UK regulaons, during daylight hours. Self balancing
scooters are not designed to operate outside and should never be used on pavements, roads or similar.
There are inherent dangers to using motorised scooters. Purchaser shall use product at their own risk and seller will
not be held liable under any circumstance for incidental or consequenal loss or damage or injury, due directly or
indirectly to the use of this product, including any malfuncon.
Children above 10 years of age may use products under adult supervision and under the guardian’s own discreon.
Adult guardian assumes all responsibilies associated with the use of these products by minors. Customers
understand that the use of these products can cause injury or death. To prevent it, we strongly recommend the use
of safety equipment such as helmet and knee and elbow pads. The user holds Seller and his agents harmless from
any liability. Purchaser obtains her/his own insurance. Seller assumes no suitability of any of these products as to
size; age and other factors largely depend on personal discreon.

Warranes will be void if the product is ever used in any compeve sport, altered, misused or modied, ridden by
more than one person at a me, or used on any other surface than specied in our usage informaon or for stunt
riding, jumping or similar acvity.
Release
The User releases Air Runner Ltd, it’s ocers, agents, sponsors and employees from claims, demands and damages
(both actual and consequenal), of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unexpected,
disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with items purchased from us, or purchases made
through our website or our ocial retail partners websites or aliates.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Air Runner Ltd or its suppliers be liable for lost prots or any special, incidental or consequenal
damages arising out of or in connecon with our company or items purchased on or through our site or this
agreement (however arising, including negligence). Our liability, and the liability of our suppliers, to you or any third
pares in any circumstance is limited to the User’s cost of qualifying products purchased at the me of entering into
the agreement. Qualifying products as acceptable for return as outlined in the return policy.

Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Air Runner Ltd (the
“Physical Goods”)
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials under normal use during the Warranty Period.
The Limited Warranty only covers the component product parts; integral motor, baery, PCB and gyroscopic sensor.
All general “wear and tear” or scratching, cracks or damages to the external or internal parts of the scooter are not
covered in this warranty.
This warranty does not include claims for limitaon of the implied warranes of merchantability, tness for a
parcular purpose, or non-infringement.
During the Warranty Period, Air Runner Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, parts of a product that proves
defecve because of improper material manufacturing defects, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What will we do to correct problems?
Air Runner Ltd will replace the Parts at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Providing they have
been used in the proper manor outlined in this manual.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Air Runner Ltd is 2 Years from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 2 Years from
the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Condions, malfuncons or damage not resulng from manufacturing defects in material
- Condions, malfuncons or damage resulng from negligence, improper maintenance or modicaon- damaged or
destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, ood, or other natural disaster- the or loss of the
Physical Goods
This Limited Warranty does not cover any shipping charges, handling charges, gi wrap fees or taxes. You are
responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.

You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to Air Runner Ltd.
This Limited Warranty is void if the Physical Goods are returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any
alterations.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must rst contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate soluon
for you.
Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protecon,
including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specied by Air Runner
Ltd.
Air Runner Ltd, reserve the right to amend or charge our warranty at any me and without any noce.
Aer purchasing your scooter, you must register your product with us, by sending an email to: warranty@airrunner.
co.uk - the email to us must contain your full name, address, contact number, email address, date purchased
and outlet that you purchased from. Failure to do so will mean your warranty is void and we do not accept any
responsibility for late submissions or any claim for damages if you do not register. You must register your warranty
within 14 working days of purchase.

Indemnification
User hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Air Runner Ltd, it’s ocers, directors, employees and
agents, for any loss or damages awarded by a court of competent jurisdicon resulng from any claim, acon, or
demand, including reasonable solicitors fees, arising out of or related to products purchased from Air Runner Ltd or
the violaon of the agreement by the User.
Purchaser acknowledges having read and understood the use of these products before purchasing. This shall not act
as a waiver of any implied warranes which customer retains, as provided by law.
Purchaser Responsibility
You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in
good working order and safe to use. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all bolts are ght prior to riding
(bolts somemes loosen during shipment or while riding), res are properly inated (if applicable).
You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment.
Purchaser understands the nature of scooter riding and related acvies and acknowledges that Purchaser is
qualied to operate said scooter, and is in proper physical condion to parcipate in such acvity. Purchaser agrees
to assume all risks when allowing others to operate Purchaser’s scooter. If Purchaser is not familiar with the nature
of scooter riding, Purchaser should seek professional training before operang a scooter.

Inherent Risks
Warning! Scooter riding acvies involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to,
disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by Purchaser’s own
acons or inacons, the acons or inacons of others, parcipang or not parcipang in the acvity, the condion
in which the acvity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be addional risks, including social and
economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser fully accepts and
assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser s parcipaon
in scooter riding acvity.

Operational Instructions
Turn on scooter at the power switch before standing on the board, listen for noise signalling powering on of the
board. You should see a green light indicang that the board has successfully turned on.
Our board has the following “lock up” safety feature, if one or more of the below are present, your scooter will “lock
up” for your own safety, when in this mode - you should hear a buzzer or beeping. For more informaon contact:

• Climbing surface is greater than 10 degrees
• The baery voltage is too low
• In the process of charging
• Not enough baery, needs charging
• Body rocking back and fourth for more than 30 seconds
• Forwards and backwards more than 35 degrees connuously

Make sure you are wearing all safety equipment, step on to black pressure sensive pads with both feet, one aer
the other. If you hear a connuous “beeping” noise, the scooter may not be level.

Make sure you are on an even surface, then try leaning forwards and backwards slowly to get a feel for the
movement of the board. Bending your knees slightly and keep your feet against the edge of the board helps with
balance.
Warning: your Air Runner board can be dicult at rst and will pick up speed quickly, make sure you feel
comfortable before aempng sharper turns and faster riding.

Turning of the board is easy. Pressure applied on one side more than other creates a turn. One foot back and one
foot forward makes the board spin.

Charging Instructions
Warning: your scooter has a lithium-iron baery inside and must be handled with care. If you think damage has been
caused and you do not think it is safe to ride. You must seek proper advice, leakage of materials and baery damage
can be extremely harmful.
You should speak with Air Runner Ltd at support@airruner.co.uk immediately if you noce one of the below or any
other danger that you think may be harmful to you or the user;
1. Their is a strange smell or odour resonang from the scooter or baery
2. There is a leak of chemical or material out of the scooter
3. Fire or intense emiance of heat from the scooter
Removal of the baery is strictly prohibited and should only be removed and replaced by Air Runner Ltd or its
aliates, if you noce any of the above.
Do not touch the leakage of any material
Do not let a human or animal come into contact with the chemical or scooter
Do not aempt to charge the baery
Do not open the baery
Do not try to insert any material into the baery
Lithium-iron baeries are prohibited by waste authories and you should seek further advice from your local
authority on disposal of your scooter

Charging Instructions
Warning: your scooter needs mains power (electricity) to charge, there is a possibility of injury or death. The plugging
in of your scooter to mains power (electricity) should be carried out by a competent person only.
1. Make sure the charging inlet is dry and free from dust or debris.
2. Insert the charger into inlet, red light on charger indicates the charging of scooter.
3. When charging of your scooter is full, the charging indicator light will change to green.
When the green light is shown, make sure you remove the charging lead. Over charging of the scooter can lead to
baery failure and could damage the baery. Charging me normally takes around 2hrs, you should remove the
charger aer 2hrs.
