4.Display Operation

1. power on/ power off Operation
(1) Press the button for 3 seconds to start
up, the speed is displayed as 00, and the
LED light is on.
(2) Press the ON-OFF button again for 3
seconds to shut down.

and taillight will light up. Touch the
button again, the headlight and taillight
will turn off.
(2) Press the brake lever, the taillight will
flash

(1) when the power on, the speed is set up
on maximum speed: 25KM/H.

button twice to switch speed modes.

5.Get the APP
1. Installation and operation instructions of E-SCOOTER APP
(1)Scanning below QR-code.
(2)Enter the download web page and download the app..
(3)Install App-----FLSTools
2. App operation
(1) open the app FLST00ls.
(2) Click “connect” on the top right icon to get connected the bluetooth with your e -scooter.
(3) After connection is successful, the mobile panel will display the Bluetooth name, display version and
controller version.
(4) Click unlock to unlock e-scooter. Click lock to lock escooter.
(5) Touch turn on to turn on the lights, touch turn off to turn off the lights.
(6) Click set gear,setting the gear of E-SCOOTER
(7) Click on the real-time data to display the real-time speed and power.
(8) Click Clear mileage to clear the vehicle mileage information.
(9) Click on the constant speed cruise,and the speed will be locked when the fixed staying for 8
seconds,the fixed speed can be released by using brakes or turning handles.
(10)Click start mode to set zero start and non-zero start.

6.Riding
Safety first
When we ride, we need to wear
protective devices such as helmet
knee pads, elbow pads.
Kick
At the beginning of the ride,
one foot is on the deck and another foot slightly

7.Charging
Connect the charger to the charging port. When the charger shows green light, it means full of charge

Warning
Please do not attempt to charge if the charging interface or electrical appliance is wet. Only use the
special charger provided by the supplier for charging.
The ambient temperature must be 32-104 degrees F (0-40 C) during charging
Beyond or under this temperature, the battery can not be charged successfully.

Maintenance
1. Before cleaning the product, be sure to turn off the switch and disconnect the power supply.
2. Please clean the product in time after use.
3. The electric scooter can be wiped with a wet cloth. Do not put the body into water or other liquids, nor
wash it under water or other liquids.
4. This product should be stored in a dry place and avoid direct ultraviolet radiation.
5. Before storing the product, make sure it is clean and dry.

Battery disposal instructions
At the end of the product life, it cannot be regarded as household waste. Please consult the government,
according to the classification of waste recycling due to the products with lithium battery.
–the battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped;
–the appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery;
–the battery is to be disposed of safely.
--The battery can not be replaced by users.:
The steps to take out the battery pack:
---Turn the product upside down, use the electric screwdriver (hex M2.5) to loosen eight screws in order.
---Turn the product to upright. Remove cover plate and loosen the tail light wire.
---Use electric screw driver (hex M3), loosen the 4 screws on the bracket of the battery pack. The
battery pack can be taken out
