By choosing to buy an Airgym AirTrack you can rest assured you have purchased an AirTrack
with a proven track record across Europe. Airgym is constantly aiming for improvements on
quality, functionality, safety and manageability. All Airgym tracks are made with the best
quality material available and it is European made to pass all safety and toxicity standards
in Europe.
Airgym Air Tracks are produced with a high level of engineering skill, every product is repeat-
edly tested and needs to pass a nal check which covers a quality, pressure, construction and
visual check.
The supplied certicate shows that you have an approved product.
Airgym AirTracks are built with Double Wall Fabrics. This material should be seen as 2 layers
that are coated and held together by thousands of bers (see picture 1 and 2). The Double
Wall Fabric construction is extremely strong and functional.
A typical cosmetic nature of this material are the slight dents who tend to disappear over
time. This has no effect on the functionality and quality of the AirTracks. During testing all
AirTracks are inated to far above the normal level, this process removes most dents. It is not
recommended to do this yourself.

and deate your new AirTrack, this information is constantly being improved by input from
our customers. We are always open for feedback concerning any kind of improvements.

SAFETY GUIDE LINES
AirTracks HP10 - HP20 - HP33
• The Airgym AirTrack set up should only be done by authorized or competent persons.
• Always check the surface, it must be clean, dry and even. When outside always use
ground sheet under the AirTrack.
• To move use the handles on each side (HP 20, HP 33), never drag the Air Track.
• There should always be an appropriate accompaniament to the track side if it is in use.
• Don’t use the AirTrack in damp spaces.
• Don’t use the AirTrack in the rain.
• Don’t store the AirTrack dirty or wet.
• Do not use the AirTrack with shoes.
• If using a manometer (pressure gauge) during ination, be sure to remove the manom-
eter while the Air track is in use.
• Place safety matting at the ends of the AirTrack.
• Once using the track there should be a mat for landing, this can be connected by the
velcro closure which will avoid also the small space created by the round shape of the
AirTrack.
The safety rules above will help you enjoy your AirTrack for many years.

Inflation:
Done correctly your AirTrack should be ready for use in a matter of minutes.
Remove the AirTrack from the transport bag and release the buckles. Simple roll out the
track, remove the bag from under the track once it is fully rolled out. Then fold out the Air-
Track. Pay attention to how it is folded so that you can do it the same way once you want
to store it.
Once the track is rolled out you can connect the blower by a simple twist of the blower co-
nnector into the valve. Important: do not use any force!
Be sure that all other valves are closed, if not simple press on the pin once or twice it should
pop up. Now put on the blower, with standard deliveries, the blowers are running on a
voltage of 220V.
While inating you can add the manometer if supplied into the grey valve to check the pres-
sure. Once the track is on pressure you can turn off the blower and disconnect it from the
track. In some case the air may ow out of the valve, in this case press easily once or twice
on the pin to close the pressure valve. Close the valve with the security cap.
Remove the manometer before the exercises will start.

If it appears that there is too much pressure in the AirTrack, you can correct this by
pressing on the pin from the grey valve. Press again to close it.
If you respected the safety rules, the AirTrack is ready for use.

Deflate:
• During deation the AirTrack cannot be used.
• Open all valves and be careful that the valve pins are in the open
position, when the airow is reduced enough you can, if desired use
the professional blower to speed up the reduction. While the air goes
out, start rolling from the end to push all the air towards the valves.
This is to avoid a vacuum and overheating of the blowers. For packing
roll the track out once the air is fully gone and start folding.
• Fold the AirTrack into 3 parts and start rolling as tight as possible.
• Remove the blower and other accessories.
• Once the AirTrack is completely rolled up, pick up the transport bag
and pull it like a sleeve over the AirTrack.
• Turn the bag with the AirTrack a half turn so the buckles and
opening are up and x the buckles.
• Your AirTrack is now ready for transport or storage.
• Careful adherence to these instructions will increase the long fun
you may expect from the Airgym AirTrack.
Important: For prolonged storage, it is better to lift the Airgym AirTrack
from the direct ground.

REPARATION
Reparation kit
The surfaces of the AirTrack are made from PVC and boat fabric therefore can be punctured if
not used properly or if it is not layed on a leveled clean surface. We can however be prepared
to face this eventuality so with your AirTrack comes a reparation kit like the one you can see
in the image below:
Using this kit one can easily make a basically permanent repair to their track without
professional support. Your reparation kit contains the following:

EN REPARATION
Simple reparation procedure
Identify the puncture in the
AirTrack and mark it with a pen.
Make a guiding area on which
you will apply the glue.
Make sure the surface is clean
and the guiding area has the
same shape like the boat fabric
patch.
Apply the glue on the boat
fabric patch. You can use a
ne-toothed brush.
Apply the glue on the AirTrack,
inside the guiding area.
After the glue has dried (ap-
prox. 10-15 minutes) remove
the guiding tape.
Put the patch on the area
and start applying force.
Apply force in one direction in
order to get a good bond and
to remove the air between the
materials.
