Warranties
This product has undergone various quality controls to ensure proper operation.
This product is covered by a two-year warranty for countries inside European Union. For other countries, the
warranty period is one year only. In the event of any manufacturing fault or breakdown, it will be repaired by
OvisLink Corp. Please contact your supplier for details on the procedure to follow. This warranty shall not be
applicable in the event of damage caused by improper use of the product, accidents, faulty handling or
manipulation nor any future incompatibility with third party products.

Installation Steps
1. Remove the Switch and accessories from the package.
2. Plug the Switch with the female end of the provided power cord and plug the
male end to the power outlet. Make sure that “Power” LED is on.
3. Connect network devices to the switch and check whether the “10/100M”
LED indicator is on. If not, please make sure that power is on for network
devices or PC.
1. POE-FSH1608 is an end-span power sourcing equipment (power via 12,36
pin). Only port 1 to port 8 support PoE function.
2. Total power consumption is 130W; 802.3af power consumption is 120W.
3. The maximum cabling distance is 100 meters.
4. POE-FSH1608 can be placed on your desktop directly, or mounted in a
rack. The package includes rack mount kit.
5. Do not form a network loop and always check the LED lights for
troubleshooting.
6. For better transmission quality, please use Cat.5 UTP cable or better.

Application of POE-FSH1608
1. When network device has PoE function such as WLA-9000AP, you can directly connect POE-FSH1608 to
network device via RJ-45 cable. The application diagram shows below:
2. When network device has no PoE function, you must have PoE splitter to split data and power. We recommend
to use POE-48TU as PoE splitter. The application diagram shows below:

Instalační kroky
1. Vyjměte switch a příslušenství z balení.
2. Připojte switch k elektrické energii pomocí přiloženého kabelu a ujistěte se,
že “Power” LED svítí.
3. Připojte síťové zařízení ke switchi a zkontrolujte “10/100M” LED indikátory,
jestli svítí. Jestli že ne, ujistěte se, že je zažízení zapnuté.
1. POE-FSH1608 je zařízení kombinující switch a zdroj elektrické energie.
(Power via 12,36 pin) Jen porty 1 až 8 podporují PoE funkci.
2. Celkový odběr je maximálně130W; Maximální odběr na 802.3af PoE
portech je 120W.
3. Maximální vzdálenost kabelůje 100 metrů.
4. POE-FSH1608 může být položen na stole nebo zamontován do 19“ racku.
Balení obsahuje i montážní kit.
5. Netvořte síťové smyčky a vždy kontrolujte LEDky.
6. Pro lepší spojení používejte kabely Cat.5 UTP nebo lepší.
