MAINTENANCE:
Once every 12 months we recommend purging the membrane sticks. To do
this, force all air to one ProAir™ 4 diuser for 10 seconds. Repeat for all ProAir™
4 diusers within an aeration system. For aeration systems containing only one
ProAir™ 4 diuser, pull the pressure relief valve and let go. Repeat 6 – 8 times.
WARRANTY:
Airmax®, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (the end user) of any ProAir™ 4
diuser manufactured by Airmax®, Inc. that any component which proves to
be defective in materials or workmanship, as determined by the factory within
a period of 5 years from the shipping date, will be repaired or replaced at no
charge with a new or remanufactured part, and returned freight prepaid. The end
user shall assume all the responsibility and expense for removal, packaging and
freight to ship to Airmax®, Inc. to determine the warranty claim and for all
reinstallation expenses.
The warranty is void is a case where damage results from: improper installation,
careless handling, misuse, abuse or failure to follow maintenance or operating
instructions. Modication or repair by an unauthorized repair facility will void the
warranty. Diuser membranes are considered wear parts and are not covered
under warranty.

THANK-YOU FOR PURCHASING THE PROAIR™ 4
The ProAir™ 4 is the most advanced diuser on the market today and is specically designed
to maximize circulation and oxygen transfer in ponds and lakes. The ProAir™ 4’s weighted
sled design keeps the diuser submerged and prevents it from sinking into the muck. The
exclusive PTFE non-stick membrane sticks provide the synergy of air stones while being
virtually maintenance-free. Each diuser also includes a check valve to prevent back pressure
to the compressor.
INSTALLATION:
Step 1
Align Diuser Manifold with one Diuser
Sled ensuring the Airmax® logo on the
Diuser Manifold is facing up. (Figure 1)
Step 2
Hand tighten two Membrane Sticks onto
Diuser Sled. (Figure 2) NOTE: Do not remove
black rubber o-rings from membrane sticks.
Step 3
Align second Diuser Sled with
Diuser Manifold (Figure 3)
Step 4
Hand tighten two more Membrane Sticks
onto the second Diuser Sled. (Figure 4)
Step 5
Depending on the size of airline, screw on
corresponding reducer tting and rmly
tighten stainless hose clamp onto airline to
secure in place. (Figure 5)
