DIF-PUR
A complete range of units of filtration, lightweight, versatile, and easy to install that provide a located climax
free of particles exactly there where it is needed. The concrete class of areas inside a cleaning room are
increased. Installed inside vinyl transparent air curtains, sectorize and isolate the working zone from external
pollution.
They include an adaptative regulator that maintain a constant flow meanwhile the fan can spin faster.
The equipment come painted in RAL 9016. However, there is the option to order it in stainless steel.
These equipments are ready for a suspended and adaptative installation in false ceilings with T profile.
Besides, they count with a sealed system made with neoprene gasket.
INSTALLATION
The DIF-PUR models feature of four or six fixations points to ceiling. It must be considered to maintain a
minimum distance of 400mm for the fixations of the prefilter G4 and the connections of the equipment.
Assembly, connection and disconnection, electrical wiring and maintenance must be
carried out exclusively by qualified personnel, observing these instructions and in
accordance with applicable standards. In case of providing special control, a specific
manual is attached that should be used for its operation and installation.
It is not needed to open the service dashboard to connect your device. All connections
(power and control) and necessary bindings are exterior (located on the side of the
equipment). The equipment has a service panel for repairs and replacements (see repairs
section).
Power supply
To connect the power to the device, there is a white connection box located on the outside of the equipment
(top, next to the prefilter). You do not need to open the inlet grille to connect it. 230V single-phase current
must be connected to power the fan.
Control
Dif-PUR models include a constant flow regulation inside a black box located on the outside of the equipment
(next to the power connection box). You do not need to open the drive gate to make the connection.
It is necessary to connect the 0-10V controller and the dirty filter visual signal in the power connection box
(see electrical diagram section for both cases).

Fixations
The equipment is equipped with brackets on the side of the equipment prepared to be hung by M8 threaded
rod.
It is recommended that you install the machine with silentblocks to isolate the vibration environment.
In the case of the DIF-PUR 6-6 model it has 4 M8 threaded anchors and in the case of the DIF-PUR 6-12
model it has 6 M8 threaded anchors.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Attention! Heavy product.
Do not place under the suspended appliance during transport or assembly.
Store in a dry and weatherproof place. If the packaging is open, cover the appliance to protect it from dust.
Do not step on or place heavy loads on top to prevent damage to the material.
Storage temperature between -20ºC and +40ºC.
When transporting the material, you must ensure that the material is not damaged by the forklift (penetration
of the fork into the packaging). The indications on the packaging should be observed.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Dif-Pur equipment works with high efficiency, very low consumption rear-blade jet motor-fans thanks to their
EC motor. The motor is 100% voltage adjustable external rotor. The set is statically and dynamically
balanced up to Q-2.5.
These motors are mounted on shock absorbers to prevent vibration transmission and reduce sound
emissions.
These equipments are prepared to work as easily installable filtrationunits, as it has stops to fit thefilters and
prevent their movement.
Controllers characteristics
•ON/OFF: They have a switch that cuts off the fan power and automatically stops the equipment.
•Control 0-100%: They include a potentiometer 0-10V that allows to regulate the fan speed from 0 to
100%.
•Constant flow rate: When selecting a working point, the equipment regulation controls the fan to
maintain the flow rate, even if the working pressure goes up when the filters get dirty. This feature
stops working if the filters are too dirty or if 100% fan flow is requested.
•Visual filter alarm indicator: Using a LED indicator, the user is informed that the filters are dirty and
require a replacement to maintain the level of cleaning.
