To maintain good performance
Do not use the unit in places which are extremely hot,
cold, dusty or humid. In particular, do n6t keep the unit:
●in ahigh humidity area such as abathroom
●near aheater
●in an area exposed to direct sunlight (e.g., inside a
parked car, whare there could be a considerable rise in
temperature)
Note on listening with the headphones
●Listen at amoderate volume to avoid hearing damage.
●Do not wear the headphones while driving or cycling,
It may create atraffic hazard.
●You should use extreme caution or temporarily
discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations, such
as walking, jogging, etc.
●Wear them properly: Lis left, Ris right.

Si I’appareil fonctionne alors qua /es piles sent affaiblies,

(RESET) et appuyer.

If incorrect information is displayed+ ❑
Ifthe unit is operated while the batteries are low, incorrect
information may be displayed. If this happens, reset as
follows.
1Remove the old batteries and insert new ones.
2Insert apointed tool in the reset hole (RESET) and
press.
When the unit is reset, preset stations are lost. Set them
again.

When using the unit for the first time
If you have trouble presetting stations, try again after
resetting the unit as described above. Selector de intervalo de sintorda de AM +❑

sintonizarse en intervals de 10kHz. En otros, el intervafo
es de 9 kHz. El selector de intervalo de sintonia de AM

In some countries, AM stations can be tuned in steps of
10 kHz. In others, they can be tuned in steps of 9kHz,
The AM step switch in the baffety compartment changes
the step, allowing use in many countries. Use apointed
tool to switch to the position which gives best results.

Note on dry cell batteries
●Make sure that the 0 and Omarks are correctly
aligned.
●Do not mix different types of batteries, or an old battery
with anew one.
●Never recharge the batteries, apply heat to them or take
them apart.
●.When not using the batteries, remove them to prevent
needless wear.
●If liquid leaks from the batteries, wipe thoroughly to
