schedule below.
PRODU T – ALL R REELS
PRIVATE DOMESTI - 24 MONTHS
PRIVATE, OMMER IAL and AGRI ULTURE - 12 MONTHS
GOVERNMENT and MUNI IPAL DEPARTMENTS DEPTS- 6 MONTHS
ALL NON-DOMESTI APPLI ATIONS - 6 MONTHS
MINING and HIRE OMPANIES – 3 MONTHS
The warra ty period will begi o the date the product is delivered to the first retail purchaser.
THIS WARRANTY OVERS:
•Claims resulti g from defects i workma ship or material u der ormal use a d service.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT OVER:
•Damage resulti g from misuse, eglige ce, alteratio , accide tal damage or failure to perform
ormal mai te a ce services;
•A y reel that has bee repaired by other tha by Occsafety Pty. Ltd. so as, i a y way, i the sole
a d absolute judgme t of Occsafety Pty. Ltd. to affect adversely its performa ce a d reliability;
•Loss of time, i co ve ie ce, loss of use of the product or other co seque tial damages. The
repair of defective products qualifyi g u der this warra ty will be performed by the Occsafety
Pty. Ltd. factory withi a reaso able time followi g the delivery of the product, at the cost of the
ow er, to Occsafety,s factory. The product will be repaired or replaced, usi g ew parts made by
Occsafety Pty. Ltd.
The ow er is respo sible for the performa ce of regular mai te a ce services as specified i the
Ow ers/Operator’s Ma ual applicable to the product.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLI ABLE TO O SAFETY PTY. LTD. APPLI ABLE TO
NEW PRODU TS AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MER HANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTI ULAR PURPOSE.
O SAFETYPTY. LTD. DOES NOT AUTHORISE ANY PERSON TO REATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION
OR LIABILITY IN ONNE TION WITH THESE PRODU TS.
O SAFETY PTY. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR IN IDENTAL OR ONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM A PRODU T PERFORMING IN BREA H OFTHIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
