transfer designs onto items. The transfer is permanently embedded into the product.

If you're going to use the machine, please keep the handle lifted up and mat on the press bed
first and follow the steps below:

Please check the temperature value before using. If its indicator light shows as °C, here is
how to change the temperature setting to °F.
1. Turn on the switch, and wait for 3 seconds. The indicator light of HEATING will light up.
2. Press the SET button, hold it for about 5 seconds, and don't let go of the button until the
screen shows P-3 and then °C.
3. Press the arrow button ▲ to set in °F, and last press the Enter button to confirm. (If you want
change °F to °C, just the same way but press ▼.)

Check the plug whether it connects well or it is broken.
Check the fuse whether it has been burnt out.

TROUBLESHOOTING
MAINTAIN NOTE
1. Different items require different temperature and time setting because the
material
and/or thickness is different.
2. This machine is not suitable for children to use or for food processing.
3. Please turn off the machine and keep it unplug when not in use.
4. For better maintenance of heat press, the maximum setting temperature is 410°F (210°C).
5. If you want to make a T-shirt double-sided transferred, you’d better insert a sheet of
heat platen be together with the press bed and make the transfer even.
2. Indicator light is on but the screen is black, showing nothing.
Check cable 5 of railway transformer to see whether it is loosely connected. The transformer
may have fault if the cable is well connected.
Screen works well but the temperature is not heating up.
Check if the indicator light of solid-state relay is on.
If not, please check whether the relay or digital controller is broken. If they are broken,

a.
you’d better change them.
b. If yes, it’s the heat platen that has fault.
2) The heat platen still cannot heating up.
a. Please make sure the solid-state relay is fine. And first check the power cable of the heat
platen ,whether it is connected well.
Then check whether the heat platen has fault. If so, you’d better change a new heat
platen.

Press the "SET" button for 5 seconds to enter the professional mode,Advanced parameter
setting of temperature control table:

P-4:Temperature correction.
P-5:Prevent temperature overshoot.
P-6：Constant temperature setting (factory default constant temperature setting is 320°F
(160°C).
P-7:Set the relay bounce time.

The transfer color is different / partial transfer effect is not good enough.
Pressing time is too short / transfer paper is not good enough.
Please increase transfer time / use high quality transfer paper.
The transfer paper sticks to the transfer items after transfer.
The temperature is too high / printing ink is not good enough.
Please adjust the temperature / use high quality printing ink.

5. Transfer pictures are of pale or faded color.
1) The pressure or temperature is not high enough / pressing time is too short.
2) Please adjust the pressure or temperature / increase transfer time.
2) Or the digital controller has fault and it keeps conveying electric to relay. In this case,
you’d better change a new controller.
6. Transfer pictures' color is too dark, deep or blurred.
1) The pressure or temperature is too high / pressing time is too long.
2) Please adjust the pressure or temperature or reduce transfer time.

The temperature is out of control:
It means the solid-state relay is broken, out of control. You’d better change a new one.
