Alerta Beck & Call is not a medical device, and is

any disease. It does not track or locate a subject. It
is designed to assist in monitoring a person within
afixed range within a home environment. From
time to time, other signals in the operating
environment may conflict with the Alerta Call
button signal, requiring multiple “pushes” to send
a signal.
The system is not a precise scientific
measurement device and should not be relied on
to be the sole means of monitoring a person’s
activity. Furthermore, the device may not
function and is an ineffective substitute for
adequate direct supervision and competent
dependent person care.

Product Description
Alerta Beck & Call is a wireless call button system
designed for in-home use. When a call button
(“Alerta Call”) is pushed, a light (“Alerta Beacon”)
illuminates and sounds an audible alarm. There
are three types of Alerta Call button: cordless,
with nylon pull-cord, and with push button coil-
cord. In addition, the Alerta Charm is a neck
pendent calling device, which when triggered also
sounds and lights-up the Alerta Beacon.

•Alerta Beacon (alarm-light), with power cable
and adapter for 120 AC power
•Double-sided adhesive foam for mounting Call
Button(s) and Beacon.

Limited Product Warranty
Alerta Family, Inc. warrants that Alerta Beck &
Call product shall be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use for
ninety (90) days from date of purchase of the
product. If such a defect arises and a return
authorization request is received by the
company, the company, at its option and to the
extent permitted by law either (1) repair the
product at no charge; or, (2) replace the product.
To the extent permitted by law, these are the sole
and exclusive remedies.
To obtain warranty service, a return
authorization must be requested by contacting
our customer service team at +1-833-443-5799.
The return authorization number and return
address must be included along with the returned
product. Product must be returned in packaging
which provides an equal degree of protection in
which it was originally shipped.
