To change battery, use
the pry tool to remove
the front lower cover via
the two rectangular cut-
outs on the bottom of
the button.
Install A23 type 12-volt
battery. Press the
“CANCEL” button and
device will flash if
battery is activated.

Locate Alerta Beacon alarm-
light on flat surface, for
example affixing to a wall with
double-sided adhesive pads or
resting on a table.
To power the Alerta Beacon alarm-light, plug the
USB cable into the back of the wall adapter, then
plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The light will
illuminate red, green, blue and sound an audible
alarm.
1. Mount Alerta Call button
on wall with double-
sided adhesive foam.
1. To activate Alerta Beacon, push top part on Alerta
Call button. Alerta Beacon alarm-light will
illuminate red color and sound audible alarm

1. To stop Alerta Beacon alarm and illumination, push
green “CANCEL” button on Alerta Call button.

To stop Alerta Charm (neck pendent), push
“CANCEL” button on any Alerta Call Button
