The handing switch needs to be put in the
direction the latch bolt is sliding when looking at
the inside of your door. ie: if your latch bolt
extends out on the left side of your door when
standing inside looking at the door, then the
Handing switch should be set to the "L" position"

Measure your door's door prep, if you have a 1-1/2" (38mm) hole, please refer to the separate guide included "Instructions for doors
with 1-1/2" (38mm) holes". If you have a standard 2-1/8" (54mm) prep please proceed to step 1 below. If you have a brand new door
with no hole, please use provided template to properly prep your new door using a 2-1/8" hole saw.

Step 3. Step 4 (OPTIONAL): If you're not installing the Door Position
Sensor, please skip to step #7.
To install the Door Position Sensor, use the provided template
to align with your existing door prep holes. Once you have
aligned the template, take note of the designated area for the
Door Position Sensor and make a mark on your door so you
know where to place the Door Position Sensor in the next step.
Make sure to return latch bolt to the unlocked position
before moving forward.
NOTE: The Door Position Sensor should be closely aligned with the edge of
your door edge, but not so far over that it will hit the door frame when
opening or closing the door.

Installing door sensor
Step 5a (OPTIONAL): If you’re not installing door
position sensor, skip this step and go to step 7.
Once the location of door position sensor is decided in
step 4, peel off the red sticker on the back of the door
position sensor and attach directly onto the door.
Step 5b (OPTIONAL): Once the location of door
position sensor is decided in step 4, peel off the red
sticker on the back of the door position sensor and
attach directly onto the door. On the door position
sensor, push the tab on the side to open the cover and
mount the sensor onto the door with two ST3*8 screws.

Installation
Step 6 (OPTIONAL): If you're not installing door
position sensor, skip this step.
Attach the magnet onto the door frame for the door
position sensor, using either the sticker or the two
screw holes. Sensor and magnet must not be more
than 10mm (3/8”).

Step 7: Hold the outside panel with Keypad flush to
your door and align tailpiece and cable with door hole
prep. Pass Cable through door UNDER latch bolt.
The Top Post is OPTIONAL. The extra
3rd post is used for additional
security, or when a door is weak or
warped. The Top Post can be easily
installed by screwing it into the back
of the front panel assembly and
tightening with a pair of pliers.
Note: An additional hole is required to
be drilled in your door, Please follow
Install template to determine its
location for proper alignment. Again
this step is completely optional.

Step 8: Position the inside mounting plate and gasket by
first routing the cables and connectors through the
mounting plate’s cable holes.
Step 9: Secure both assemblies using (2) BM4 Bolts (and
(1) #8-32 screw if using optional 3rd Post) making sure
that the outside panel is vertically aligned on your door.
Tighten securely with a #2 Philips screwdriver.
Step 10: Take the inside panel. Make sure the tailpiece is
in the horizontal position.
Step 11: Attach cable assembly to the inside panel PCB
by lining up notches on top of cable connector to slots on
PCB connector.Press connector in firmly using thumbs
until completely seated.
NOTE: Tail piece must be in the horizontal position when
properly when properly installed
NOTE: Make sure Front panel cable is routed below latch bolt before
Routing cable through mounting plate. If Optional Door Position cable
is installed, make sure cable is routed between the door and the
mounting plate and exits through top cable whole as illustrated.
NOTE: BM4 bolts and 8-32 Screw included in 2 different lengths for use on
different door thicknesses. Use the appropriate length to securely tighten the
bolts for a snug fit on your door.

Step 13: Secure using screws through the inside panel
onto the mounting plate using a #2 Philips screwdriver
and listed screws below.
NOTE: Test operation using thumbturn before installing batteries to
make sure latch bolt extends smoothly.
lf latch bolt does not extend, please check that the tail piece was
inserted correctly.

Step 12: Install inside panel on inside mounting plate.
NOTE: Make sure not to pinch cables between inside panel and
mounting plate before installing screws.
NOTE: Tail piece must be in horizontal position when you insert the
inside panel (thumb turn should be vertical).

Step 15: Insert Lithium Ion Battery. Front Keypad
will light up to confirm proper installation.
Step 14: The handing switch needs to be put in the
direction the latch bolt is sliding when looking at the
inside of your door. ie: if your latch bolt extends out on
the left side of your door when standing inside looking
at the door, then the Handing switch should be set to
the "L" position"
NOTE: It is recommended that you fully charge your battery before
installing it in your lock using the provide USB-C cable.

Step 16 (OPTIONAL): Install Alfred Wireless Module
to connect lock to 3rd Party Smart Hubs (Z-wave or
Other Module Sold Separately and not required for
normal Bluetooth operation of the lock). Follow
syncing instruction per smart hub guide.
Step 17: Finally, install the battery cover plate.

Étape 16 (FACULTATIF): installez le Module sans fil
Alfred pour connecter la serrure à des Smart Hubs
tiers (Z-wave ou autre module vendu séparément et
non requis pour le fonctionnement Bluetooth normal
de la serrure). Veuillez suivre les instructions de
synchronisation, selon le guide du Hub intelligent.
Étape 17: finalement, installez le couvercle des piles.

Étape 15: insérez la batterie au lithium-ion. Le
clavier avant s'allumera pour confirmer une
installation réussie.
Étape 14: le commutateur manuel doit être placé dans
direction dans laquelle le pêne demi-tour glisse lorsque
vous regardez l'intérieur de votre porte. C'est-à-dire: si
votre pêne demi-tour s'étend sur le côté gauche de
votre porte lorsque vous vous tenez à l'intérieur en
regardant la porte, le commutateur manuel doit être
réglé sur la position « L ».
Note: il est recommandé de charger complètement votre batterie,
à l'aide du câble USB-C fourni, avant de l'installer dans votre serrure.

Étape 13: en utilisant un tournevis Philips #2 et les vis
désignées ci-dessous, fixez le panneau intérieur sur la
plaque de montage.
Installation
Étape 12: installez le panneau intérieur sur la plaque
de montage intérieure.
Note: assurez-vous de ne pas pincer les câbles entre le panneau
intérieur et la plaque de montage avant d'installer les vis.
Note: le cordier doit être en position horizontale lorsque vous insérez le
panneau intérieur (la barrette tournante doit être verticale).
Note: testez le fonctionnement à l'aide de la barrette tournante avant
d'installer les piles afin d'assurer que le pêne demi-tour s'étend en
douceur.
Si le pêne demi-tour ne sort pas, veuillez vérifier que le cordier a été
inséré correctement.

Étape 8: positionnez la plaque de montage intérieure et
le joint en acheminant d'abord les câbles et les connect-
eurs à travers le passe-câble de la plaque de montage.
Étape 9: Fixez les deux assemblages à l'aide de (2)
boulons BM4 (et (1) vis #8-32 en cas d'utilisation d'un 3e
poteau en option) en s'assurant que le panneau extérieur
soit aligné verticalement sur votre porte.
Serrez solidement à l'aide d'un tournevis cruciforme n° 2.
Étape 10: prenez le panneau intérieur. Assurez-vous que
le cordier soit à la position horizontale. Étape 11: fixez l'ensemble des câbles à la carte de circuit
imprimé du panneau intérieur en alignant les encoches sur le
dessus du connecteur de câble aux fentes sur le Connecteur
PCB. Appuyez fermement sur le connecteur en utilisant les
pouces jusqu'à ce qu'il soit correctement placé.
Note: le cordier doit être à la position horizontale afin d'être
installé correctement.
Note: assurez-vous que le câble du panneau avant est acheminé sous le
boulon de verrouillage avant de l'acheminer à travers la plaque de
montage. Si le câble de position de porte (facultatif) est installé,
assurez-vous que le câble est acheminé entre la porte et la plaque de
montage et qu'il sort par le trou du câble supérieur tel qu'illustré.
Note: les boulons BM4 et les vis 8-32 sont inclus en deux longueurs
différentes pour une utilisation sur différentes épaisseurs de porte. Utilisez la
longueur appropriée afin de bien serrer le boulon pour assurer un bon
ajustement sur votre porte.
NOTE: le fil du
détecteur d'ouverture
de porte doit être fixé
dans la fente

Installation
Étape 6 (FACULTATIF): si vous n'installez pas le
détecteur d'ouverture, sautez cette étape.
Fixez l'aimant pour le détecteur d'ouverture sur le
cadre de la porte en utilisant soit l'autocollant, soit les
deux trous de vis. Le détecteur et l'aimant ne devraient
pas être dépasser 10 mm (3/8").

Étape 7: maintenez l'écusson extérieur avec le clavier
en assurant le bon alignement à votre porte alignez le
cordier et le câble avec le trou de la préparation de la
porte. Passez le câble à travers la porte SOUS le pêne
demi-tour.
Le poteau supérieur est FACULTATIF.
Le 3e poteau est utilisé pour des
raisons de sécurité, ou lorsqu'une
porte est faible ou gauchie. Le poteau
supérieur peut être facilement installé
en le vissant à l'arrière de l'ensemble
du panneau avant et serrage avec une
pince.
Note: un trou supplémentaire doit être
foré dans votre porte, veuillez suivre
les directives "Installez le patron" pour
déterminer son emplacement pour un
bon alignement. De nouveau cette
étape est facultative.
Note: le boulon doit être en
position rétractée (déverrouillée).
Veuillez noter l'orientation
horizontale du cordier à clé.
Note: le câble doit passer par le
trou de la porte sous le boulon.
