INSTRUCTIONS (MZ 2900084 Best Bars Towbar)
1. Vice grip bumper irons to towbar and remove bolts,
2. Slide rear unit over the outside of towbar and bumper irons,
3. Refit M12 x 50 bolts, replace M12 x 35 bolts with M12 x 40 bolts (supplied) and fit,
4. Remove vice grips, align rear unit and tighten bolts.
INSTRUCTIONS (02265RE Hayman Reese Towbar)
1. Slide rear unit over towbar,(alloy strapping fits up against bottom of towbar, allow 10mm of clearance
between plastic bumper and the inside of strapping on rear unit.
2. Mark hole positions through the 10mm holes.
3. Remove the alloy unit and drill the 4 x 10mm holes through the towbar.
4. Refit alloy unit using the alloy spacers and the 4 x M10 x 35 bolts supplied.
INSTRUCTIONS (MZ2900090 Towbar Factory Towbar)
1. Remove bolts that attach side plates to Towbar (2 bolts each side)
2. Slide Alloy rear unit into position, fit 4 alloy spacers (2 each side) & the 4 x M12 x 40 bolts supplied
(tighten to correct torque)

Notes
Do not attach the bar to the vehicle using anchorages not intended for this purpose.
Do not use the bar for any vehicle other than those specified by the bar manufacturer.
Do not remove labels from the bar.
Do not modify the structure of the bar in any way.
We recommend that a rust preventative is applied where holes are drilled.
The use of an alloy polish such as ‘Auto Sol’ is recommended for extra shine, however hot soapy water will also clean well.
