2. Using the machine for the first time
1. Remove any caps on the Hydrogen and Oxygen outlets.
2. Unscrew and remove the tank cap, then pour distilled
water (TDS<3) into the tank. Make sure the tank is at
least ¾ full.
3. The drain outlet is located on the back of the machine.
Position the back of the machine over a sink. Unscrew
the drain cap. Water will pour out as soon as the cap is
removed. Drain out about a third of the water. Then
replace the drain cap.
This is to ensure that the system is flushed fully. Leave
overnight to fully soak the membrane and to ensure that
the electrolytic cell is fully wet.
4. Connect the power cord and turn the power on (power
switch and cord socket is on the back of the machine). The
machine will beep and the screen will turn on.
5. Unscrew and remove the tank cap and top up the
water tank with distilled water (TDS<3). To check
the water level, use the water level observation
window on the back of the machine. Then screw the
tank cap back on.
6. If the water level is low an alarm will sound until the
water level is back above the minimum level.
3. How to use the machine (Machine operation)
1. To turn the machine on, the main power switch is located on the
back of the machine (red switch).
2. Press the button to set the flow rate. Pre-set flow rates, 300, 450, 600, 750 and
900 ml/min. For initial use, start with a lower flow rate until you get use to the hydrogen.
3. Press the button key to set the countdown clock. Pre-set times, 1,2,3,5 and 8 hours.
4. After setting the flow rate and the time, press the start button to start the machine.
5. Press the button to turn OFF and ON the background light and the display.
6. When the machine is working, press the button to stop the machine and reset the
timer.
7. Once the countdown timer reaches zero the machine will beep and stop generating hydrogen.
8. When you have finished using the machine, turn it off at the power switch, (the red switch on
the back of the machine.
