REPLACING FILTER ASSEMBLY
STEP 2
Gently lay unit upside down. With
a screw driver, remove all 4 screws.
STEP 3
Remove lid by pulling slightly on
cover.
STEP 1
Turn power off and
unplug receptacle.
STEP 6
Replace with new 0.1 micron
superHEPA. Replace pre-filter
over superHEPA.
STEP 7
Place “hook” side of the velcro
wrap on the inside and start
wrapping the strap around the
edge of the filter. While wrapping
the strap around the filter make
sure to exert a reasonable amount
of tension on the strap so it is not
loose once the loop is complete.
STEP 4
First remove carbon filter by
placing hands on the inner side of
the filter. Pull gently until
completely removed.
STEP 5
Remove the used 0.1 micron
superHEPA filter.
STEP 9
Procedure ended successfully -
metal angle exerts pressure on the
edge of the pre-filter. Straps keep
the material in contact with the
filter’s edges.
STEP 11
Place lid back to its proper
position by aligning screw holes.
STEP 12
With a screw driver, place 4 screws
back into their positions.
STEP 10
Reassemble by inserting the
carbon filter.
STEP 8
Silde the metal bar under the
velcro strips over the edge of the
overlap of the pre-filter.
