To install the supplied universal connector
remove the cover of the pre-installed connector
first. Unscrew the screws beneath it to remove
the connector.
Um den mitgelieferten Universalanschluss zu
montieren, entfernen Sie zunächst die Blende des
vorinstallierten Anschlusses. Drehen Sie die
darunter befindlichen Schrauben heraus, um den
Anschluss abzunehmen.
Pour installer le connecteur universel fourni,
retirez d'abord le couvercle du connecteur
préinstallé. Dévissez les vis en dessous afin
d’enlever le connecteur.

If the o-rings are not preinstalled on the
connector, insert these into their respective
places. Fasten the connector with the three
included M3x10 screws.
Sollten die O-Ringe nicht im Anschluss
vorinstalliert sein, platzieren Sie diese in den
entsprechenden Führungen. Befestigen Sie den
Anschluss über die drei M3x10 Schrauben im
Lieferumfang.
Si les joints thoraciques ne sont pas installés dans
le connecteur, veuillez les poser maintenant.
Installez le connecteur à l’aide des trois vis M3x10
incluses dans la livraison.

To use the pre-installed lighting, connect the
LEDs to the supplied aRGB adapter cable.
Connect it to an aRGB controller (sold
separately) to control the LEDs.
You can connect additional aRGB LEDs to the
remaining 3-pin male connector.
Um die vorinstallierte Beleuchtung zu verwenden,
schließen Sie die LEDs an das mitgelieferte aRGB
Adapterkabel an. Verbinden Sie dieses mit einem
aRGB Controller (separat erhältlich) um die LEDs
anzusteuern.
An den übrigen 3-Pin male Stecker können Sie
zusätzliche aRGB LEDs anschließen.
Pour utiliser l'éclairage préinstallé, connectez les
LED au câble adaptateur aRGB fourni. Connectez-
le à un contrôleur aRGB (vendu séparément)
pour contrôler les LEDs.
Vous pouvez connecter des LED aRGB
supplémentaires au connecteur mâle 3 broches
restant.

Put the hardware on an antistatic mat. Begin
dismantling the original cooler and the original
backplate. Depending on the structure of the
cooler, remove the screws at the back of the card
and carefully unhook the fan connector first. If
the original cooler uses thermal glue,
extreme care should be taken as you can
easily damage parts. Pick up all the items
carefully. Next, clean the hardware of thermal
paste or pad residues with a solvent (e.g. alcohol).
Legen Sie die Hardware auf eine antistatische
Unterlage. Beginnen Sie mit der Demontage des
Original-Kühlers inkl. der Original-Backplate. Je
nach Aufbau des Kühlers sind zuerst die
Schrauben des Lüfters zu entfernen und die
Blenden zu lösen. Bei aufgeklebten Kühlern
ist äußerste Sorgfalt geboten. Es können
leicht Bauteile abgerissen werden. Heben Sie
alle Einzelteile sorgfältig auf. Reinigen Sie
anschließend die Hardware von Resten der
Wärmeleitpaste oder Pads mit einem Lösemittel
(z.B. Spiritus).
Posez le matériel sur un tapis antistatique.
Commencez par la démontage du refroidisseur
d’origine et de la plaque arrière d’origine. Selon la
configuration du radiateur les vis du ventilateur et
les caches doivent être enlevés d’abord. S’il
s’agit d’un refroidisseur collé il faut
travailler très doucement. Sinon des
composants peuvent s’arracher. Conservez
tous les pièces soigneusement. Ensuite, nettoyer
le matériel de résidus de la pâte thermique ou de
pads avec un solvant (alcool ménagère).

Before starting the cooler assembly, compare
your card with the picture above. The cooler is
constructed specifically for this layout.
Occasionally, graphics card manufacturers may
revise the design of their card slightly, causing the
cooler not to fit on later models. During
assembly, please make sure taller parts have
enough space around them and that the cooler
does not damage your graphics card.
Alphacool International GmbH is not liable
for assembly errors occurring due to
negligence, such as selecting an
incompatible cooler.
Bevor Sie mit der Montage des Kühlers beginnen,
vergleichen Sie Ihre Platine mit dem vorliegenden
Foto. Der Kühler wurde speziell für dieses Layout
konstruiert. Es kommt vor, dass
Grafikkartenhersteller über Revisionen den
Aufbau leicht abändern und damit der Kühler auf
spätere Modelle nicht mehr passt. Achten Sie
auch bei der Montage darauf, dass hohe Bauteile
frei liegen und der Kühler die Grafikkarte nicht
beschädigt.
Alphacool International GmbH haftet nicht
bei fahrlässigen Montagefehlern, wie die
Wahl eines inkompatiblen Kühlers.
Avant de commencer l’installation merci de
vérifier que votre carte ressemble bien a celle sur
l’image. Le refroidisseur a été conçu spécialement
pour cette disposition des composants. Il est
possible que le fabricant change des détails dans la
disposition de ses composants lors d’une révision
et que le bloc de refroidissement ne soit plus
compatible. Veillez lors de l’installation au fait que
les composants hauts ne touchent pas le bloc de
refroidissement et que le bloc n’endommage pas
la carte graphique.

Cut all thermal pads to size and place them as
shown in the picture. Don’t forget to remove the
protective film on both sides!
Schneiden Sie alle Wärmepads zu und platzieren
Sie diese wie dargestellt. Vergessen Sie nicht die

With the help of a plastic strip or thermal paste
spreader, spread a thin layer of thermal paste on
the GPU. The layer should be less than a
millimeter thick, otherwise the surrounding
components may be contaminated unnecessarily.
Tragen Sie nun, unter Zuhilfenahme eines
Plastikstreifens oder Ähnlichem, eine gleichmäßige
Schicht Wärmeleitpaste auf die zu kühlende GPU
auf. Die Schicht sollte weniger als einen Millimeter
dick sein, da sonst die umliegenden Bauteile
unnötig verunreinigt werden können.
Appliquez maintenant la pâte thermique sur le
processeur graphique à refroidir. Etalez-la à l’aide
d’une bande en plastique. Afin d’éviter de salir les
composants autour la couche doit rester

Remove the protective film on the cooler bottom
and clean the contact surfaces on the bottom side
of the cooler with alcohol or similar. The surface
must be free of contaminants.
Place the video card onto of the prepared cooling
block.
Attention, the slot bracket of the graphics card is
higher than the cooler. To place the graphics card
evenly on the cooler, place the cooler on a table
edge or slightly raised, e.g. on the product
packaging.
Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie am Kühlerboden und
reinigen Sie die Kontaktflächen auf der Bodenseite
des Kühlers mit Spiritus oder ähnlichen Mitteln.
Die Fläche muss frei von Verunreinigungen sein.
Setzen Sie die Grafikkarte auf den vorbereiteten
Kühlblock auf.
Achtung, das Slotblech der Grafikkarte ist höher
als der Kühler. Um die Grafikkarte eben auf den
Kühler zu legen, platzieren Sie den Kühler an eine
Tischkante, oder leicht erhöht z.B. auf die
Produktverpackung.
Enlevez le film de protégé sur le fond du bloc de
refroidissement et nettoyez les surfaces de
contact (la face inférieure du bloc de
refroidissement) avec de l’alcool. La surface doit
être propre sans aucune pollution.
Placez la carte vidéo sur le refroidisseur préparée.
Attention, le support de fente de la carte
graphique est plus haut que la refroidisseur. Pour
placer la carte graphique uniformément sur la
refroidisseur, placez le refroidisseur sur un bord
de table ou légèrement surélevé, par exemple sur
l'emballage du produit.

Remove the protective foil from the 15 x 15 x 3
mm pads and place them on the back of the
memory modules. Cut the yellow 30 mm x 30
mm x 3 mm pads to size and place them as
shown. Place another 30 x 30 x 3mm pad on the
back of the GPU. Do not forget to remove the
protective foils.
Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie der 15 x 15 x 3 mm
Pads und legen Sie diese auf die Rückseite der
Speicherbausteine. Schneiden Sie die gelben 30
mm x 30 mm x 3 mm Pads zu und platzieren Sie
diese wie dargestellt. Ein weiteres 30 x 30 x 3mm
Pad platzieren Sie rückseitig der GPU. Vergessen
Sie auch hier nicht die Schutzfolien zu entfernen.
Retirez la feuille de protection des tampons de 15
x 15 x 3 mm et placez-les à l'arrière des modules
de mémoire. Découpez les pads jaunes de 30 mm
x 30 mm x 3 mm aux dimensions voulues et
placez-les comme indiqué. Placez un autre pad 30
x 30 x 3mm à l'arrière du GPU. N'oubliez pas
d'enlever les films de protection.

Put the backplate on as shown in the picture and
screw the cooler together. Hand-tighten the
screws crosswise with one turn each.
Legen Sie nun die Backplate auf und verschrauben
Sie den Kühler, wie dargestellt. Die Schrauben dabei
kreuzweise mit je einer Umdrehung anziehen.
Installez la plaque arrière comme montré dans
l’image et vissez le refroidisseur. Serrez les vis par
une seule tour respective de manière croisé.

If you use the extended connector close the inlets
which you do not need for tubing. Screw in the
screw plugs with the enclosed tool.
Sollten Sie den verlängerten Anschluss nutzen,
verschließen Sie die Einlässe, welche Sie nicht zum
Verschlauchen benötigen. Drehen Sie dazu die
Verschlussschrauben mit dem beiliegenden
Werkzeug ein.
Si vous utilisez le connecteur étendu, fermez les
entrées vous n’avez pas besoin pour le
raccordement. Vissez les entrées à avec l’outil
fourni.

Retighten the screws after about 12 hours of use
of the graphics card.
Drehen Sie nach ca. 12 Stunden Benutzung der
Grafikkarte nochmals alle Schrauben fest.
Resserrez les vis après 12 heures d’utilisation de
la carte graphique.
