Cielo Breez Plus can be wall mounted using the wall mounting kit or placed on a table
using the table stand (both included in the box). Before finalizing the placement, it is
recommended to first power up, register and test the device to find the optimal
location from where signals can easily reach the AC. To ensure this, place your
Breez Plus in the AC's line of sight and power it up.
For optimal placement and control:
• Place Breez Plus within 16 feet (5 meters) and in the line of sight of your air
conditioner. If signal is not reaching the AC, please place it at another suitable
location within the room.
• To avoid deviated sensor readings, do not place the Breez Plus where it may be
exposed to excessive sunlight or other heat sources.
• Breez Plus can be powered up using a 5V adapter (always use the provided power
adapter and USB cable for optimal results).
• Through wired connection options of 24V or 12V (from your existing thermostat
wiring). For details on wired connections, please refer to page 16-17 of
this user manual.
Please DO NOT use any other voltage level to power up the Breez Plus.
Please choose ONLY ONE power up option i.e. either 5V OR 24/12V.
Special Note:
It is strongly advised that whenever there is a need to use remote control for AC/Heat
Pump, point it towards the Breez Plus while performing any action. This way, your
AC/Heat Pump and ‘Cielo Home’ App will always be in sync.

Your Smartphone
• Make sure your smartphone’s Wi-Fi is turned ON.
• Make sure your smartphone has internet access.
Your Wi-Fi Router
• Make sure you have a working internet connection on your Wi-Fi router.
• Make sure there is no proxy server or authentication server configured on your
internet connection.
• Make sure there is no captive portal on your Wi-Fi router.
Important
• Make sure IP isolation or client isolation is turned OFF on your Wi-Fi router.

1D. PRIOR TO APP INSTALLATION
Breez Plus has three transmitters to send IR
signals to the air conditioner. One towards the
front, and one each on the top corners at 45
degrees.
Important
Please ensure that the IR signal reaches your air
conditioner from either of these transmitters.

• Go to the App Store / Play Store.
• In ‘search’ section type ‘Cielo Home’.
• Once ‘Cielo Home’ App is displayed, tap the ‘GET’ button.
• Open the App after installation is complete.

2A. APP INSTALLATION - iOS / Android
• You can either create a new user account or login as
an existing user.
• As an existing user, enter username and password
and tap the ‘Sign In’ button.
• If you are a new user, tap the ‘Sign Up’ button and fill
in the information.
2B. LOGIN/REGISTER - iOS / Android

Registration process is meant to connect the Breez Plus to your home
Wi-Fi network through the ‘Cielo Home’ App.
i. After successful login, you are at the home screen. Tap the add device button
as shown in the red box.
Note 1: For iOS 13.0 & above, location permission is required to complete the
registration process. You may disable it later.
Note 2: Please turn off LTE/mobile data on your phone during the registration
process to ensure seamless registration. You may enable it later.
Note 3: Local Network Access permission is a requirement for iOS 14.0
onwards to successfully register the device.

Step 1: Power-up the Cielo Device and press ‘Next’.
Step 2: Go to the Wi-Fi settings of your phone.
Step 3: Select the Cielo Device (Cielo_xxxx_xxxxxx) from the Wi-Fi list.
Step 4: Come back to the Cielo Home App.
Step 5: Your phone will show the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
Step 6: Select your preferred Wi-Fi network from the list, enter the password
and tap the 'Connect' button.

Wi-Fi network through the ‘Cielo Home’ App.

the registration process. You may disable it later.

Step 1: Power-up the Cielo Device and press ‘Next’.
Step 2: Tap on the “Go to Wi-Fi Settings” button as highlighted in red.
Step 3: Connect your phone to the Cielo Device Wi-Fi (Cielo_xxxx_xxxxxx).
Step 4: Go back to the ‘Cielo Home’ App.
Step 5: Your phone will show the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
Step 6: Select your preferred Wi-Fi network from the list, enter the password
and tap the 'Connect' button.
