TROUBLE SHOOTING
Sympyon Cause and Remedy
Turn-on issue
No sound
Audio Distortion
Bluetooth Disconnected
Low sound
The machine can not be
updated
APP No Response
1. Make sure power cable is connected to the speaker and plugged in
properly.
2. Check if the switch is set to ”ON”.
3. Check if the wiring is proper and complete.
4. Check if the function stitches are set to correct positions. Please
immediately contact with local agent if the above can’t solve your
problem.
1. First check if the power plug is connected correctly.
2. Then check if the function switches are set to correct positions.
3. Check if the volume knob is turned on.
4. Check if the volume of the mixer is on. Does the mixer output any signal?
5. Check if all the signal lines are working properly. May try with different
signal lines.
Please immediately contact with local agent if the above can't solve your
problem.
1. First check if the switch of DSP Mode is set to correct position.
2. Check if the connected sound sources output the sound properly. May
test with different sound sources.
3. Make sure the volume knob is adjusted to the proper position.
Please immediately contact with local agent if the above can't solve your
problem.
1. First check if the bluetooth switch is turned on and if the bluetooth LED is
in search condition.
2. Check if the bluetooth switch on the apple device is turned on and is in
search condition.
3. If the machine is searched, please check if the device matches
successfully.
Please immediately contact with local agent if the above can't solve your
problem.
1. First check if the connected signal lines work properly. May try with
different signal lines.
2. Check if the connected sound sources work properly. May try with
different sound sources.
3. Check if the volume knob is adjusted to the correct position.
4. Check if DSP mode is adjusted to the proper mode.
Please immediately contact with local agent if the above can't solve your
problem.
1. Check if the bluetooth function is turned on.
2. Check if the bluetooth matches successfully.
3. Check if the updated software is the correct version.
Please immediately contact with local agent if the above can't solve your
problem.
1. First check if the APPLE device installs the bluetooth software
successfully.
2. First check if the APPLE device matches the machine successfully.
3. If they match successfully, please turn off, restart and connect the
machine.
4. If the above actions do not solve the problem, please turn off , restart and
connect the software.
5. If the above actions do not solve your problem, please turned off and
restart the power of the APPLE device, then reconnect it and match.
Please immediately contact with local agent if the above can't solve your
problems.
