SP2.5 - Safety & Warnings!
1. Read all instructions.
2. Install in accordance with national and local electrical code regulations.
3. This product is intended to be installed and serviced by a qualied, licensed electrician.
4. Do not install in wet locations. For dry and damp use only.
5. Turn off electrical power before installing or servicing xture in any way.
6. To reduce the risk of re and overheating, make sure all connections are tight.
7. His product is type IC (insulation contact) rated, and suitable for continuous row mounting.
8. Handle ControlrollTM lens with care! Always wear protective eye-wear while handling lens! Lens may chip/
crack when handled roughly.

1Place xture in grid
2Connect to ceiling rods
3Adjust side hooks
4Align xture with grid
5Connect wiring
Ensure grid spacing as per spec sheet and nal drawing.
Insert xture into appropriate spot and rest it on grid.
Check for alignment. Do not remove protective lm on
xture opening yet.
Check xture for ushness and alignment. Adjust side
hooks or nuts on ceiling rod if necessary.
Slide Suspension mount brackets on top channel and screw
to 1/4-20 ceiling rods using provided 1/4-20 nuts approxi-
mately 8" from the ends of xture section. For sections 6' and
longer, install a third bracket at section center.
Take off end cap window cover and punch knock-out.
Make connections per wiring diagram on page 9 and
secure conduit to window cover. Re-fasten cover back
ensuring not to pinch wires between parts.
Loosen screws to position side hooks so they rest on grid.
Tighten hooks in place.
6Remove protective lm
Remove protective lm on xture. You may reuse it after
lens is installed to protect xture from dust, scratches and
debris until it is commissioned.

power OFF at circuit breaker prior to installation or servicing.

7Put adjacent section in place
8Connect wiring
Put adjacent section in grid at designated position.
Connect wiring quick-connects. Wiring can be done
before putting adjacent xture in grid if enough space is
not available.
9Connect brackets
10 Ensure alignment
Slide xtures together aligning connector brackets to slots
on other section. Tighten set screws on connector brack-
ets and attach both xtures with provided 8-32 screws.
Make sure the two sections are aligned. Attach newly
installed xture to 1/4-20 rods in ceiling as outlined in steps
2 and 3.
Installation: Joining Straight Sections
If joining straight sections,
continue with steps 7-10.
If joining miter sections,
continue with steps 11-14.
If installing single sections,
go to step 15.

12 Join miter sections

Slide miter sections together and join section connectors.
Adjust connectors with set screws as necessary.
Screw connector brackets on top and sides with provid-
ed 8-32 screws avoiding any gaps between xtures.
11 Connect wiring
Connect wiring quick-connects between xture sections.
Installation: Joining Mitered Corners
Insert provided diffuser shim into slots in heat sink.

15 Bring lens to xture

Raise ControlRoll lens to xture. For longer xture lengths,
two people may be needed. Always wear protective
eye-wear while handling lens! Lens may chip/crack when
handled roughly!
Insert one edge of lens into the lens channel.
Insert lens into lens channel.

18 Snap lens along xture
With rst edge of lens in lens channel, press other side
of lens up toward opposite channel. It may be easier to
begin installing lens 2 or more inches from end of xture.
Once inserted, lens can be slid to meet end cap.
Push lens upward until it snaps into second lens channel.
Continue pressing both sides of lens into lens channel until
lens is fully installed along length of xture. Press lens into
channel at offset positions as shown to limit stress on lens.

Troubleshooting
Full Fixture does not illuminate • Ensure xture is wired correctly and power is on.
• Check that circuit breaker is on and not off or tripped.
• Internal LED driver may be defective.
• Ensure no wires are pinched between parts after joining sections or
re-attaching end caps.
Full xture is ickering • 0-10V, DMX, and DALI Dimming Models: Ensure polarity is correct
for DATA + and - connections. Swapping DATA + and - connections
can cause ickering.
• TRIAC Dimming Models: Ensure a compatible TRIAC Forward Phase
dimmer is connected to xture. Call tech support for further infor-
mation.
• Possible loose DATA + and - connections from xture to 0-10V, DMX,
or DALI control.
• Possible loose low voltage DC + or - connection from driver to LED.
Call customer support.
Fixture section(s) do not
illuminate
Fixture section(s) are ickering
Only a certied electrician can service and troubleshoot product eld issues. Always turn main power off
before servicing xture.
Fixture does not dim
• Possible loose low voltage DC + or - connection between LED
boards or from LED driver to LED boards.
• Some xtures contain multiple LED drivers. In this case, it’s possible
one of the drivers is defective, which will cause the LED connected
to the driver not to illuminate. Call tech support.
• Ensure no wires are pinched between parts after joining sections or
re-attaching end caps.
• Possible loose low voltage DC + or - connection between LED
boards.
• 0-10V, DMX, and DALI Dimming Models: Ensure polarity is correct
for DATA + and - connections. Swapping DATA + and - connections
can cause ickering.
• TRIAC Dimming Models: Ensure a compatible TRIAC Forward Phase
dimmer is connected to xture. Call tech support for further infor-
mation.
