Die Werkstückhalterung für Glaskeramikrohlinge
(179260) ist eine Werkstückhalterung für Ceramill
Motion 2. Sie dient zur Aufnahme von bis zu drei
Glaskeramikrohlingen und den entsprechenden
Werkzeugen Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant.

4.1 Werkstückhalterung für Glaskera-
mikrohlinge bestücken
▷Die Standardwerkzeuge Ceramill Motion 2 Dia-
mant in die Werkstückhalterung für
Glaskeramikrohlinge einstecken. Werkzeug-
schaft dabei nach außen positionieren.
▪Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,8 (760622) auf
Platz 1 stecken.
▪Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,4 (760621) auf
Platz 2 stecken.

▷Optional: Die Schwesterwerkzeuge Ceramill
Motion 2 Diamant in die Werkstückhalterung für
Glaskeramikrohlinge einstecken. Werkzeug-
schaft dabei nach außen positionieren.
▪Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,8 (760622) auf
Platz 4 stecken.
▪Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,4 (760621) auf
Platz 5 stecken.
▷Bis zu drei Rohlinge entsprechend der Auswahl
in Ceramill Match 2 mit der Nut nach vorne in
die Werkstückhalterung für Glaskeramik-
rohlinge einsetzen und mit Inbusschraube
sichern.

HINWEIS:
Das Produkt darf nur von geschultem Fach-
personal verwendet werden.
Die Werkstückhalterung kann auch vor der
Bestückung in die Ceramill Motion 2 einge-
setzt werden (siehe Seite 5).

ANWENDUNG

4.2 Ceramill Motion 2 vorbereiten
Wenn Ceramill Motion 2 für Trockenbearbeitung
gerüstet ist:
▷Ceramill Motion 2 auf Nassbearbeitung umrüs-
ten (siehe Betriebsanleitung Ceramill Motion 2)
▷Den Hebel [3] lösen und die transparente Spritz-
schutzhaube [1] nach vorne abziehen.

ABedientaste
Um die Werkstückhalterung zu entnehmen:
▷Bei geschlossener Tür die Bedientaste [A] län-
ger als drei Sekunden drücken.
Das aktuelle Werkzeug wird abgelegt und die
Werkstückhalterung [2] fährt in die Wechselpo-
sition.

▷Die Befestigungsschraube [1] lösen.
▷Die Werkstückhalterung nach rechts abziehen.
▷Die Aufnahmebohrung und -flächen reinigen.

wendung sind, können auf die Aufbewah-
rungsschiene aufgesetzt und somit sicher
verwahrt werden.

4.3 Werkstückhalterung für Glaskera-
mikrohlinge einsetzen
▷Den Bolzen der Werkstückhalterung prüfen und
ggf. reinigen.
▷Die Werkstückhalterung mit dem Bolzen bis
zum Anschlag in die Aufnahmebohrung ein-
schieben.

▷Die Befestigungsschraube [1] mit dem Drehmo-
mentschlüssel anziehen.
4.4 Schleifprogramm starten
▷Die Bedientaste [A] kurz drücken.
Das Gerät geht in Grundstellung.
▷Die transparente Spritzschutzhaube [1] an der
Absaugöffnung aufstecken und mit Hebel [3]
arretieren.
▷Die Schleifdatei zur Nassbearbeitung übertra-
gen.

The blank holder for glass ceramic blanks
(179260) is a blank holder for Ceramill Motion 2. It
is used to accommodate up to three glass ceramic
blanks and the respective Ceramill Motion 2 Dia-
mond tools.

4.1 Loading the Blank Holder for Glass
Ceramic Blanks
▷Insert the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond standard
tools into the blank holder for glass ceramic
blanks. Position the tool shank facing toward
the outside.
▪Mount the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond 1.8
(760622) at position 1.
▪Mount the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond 1.4
(760621) at position 2.

sister tools into the blank holder for glass
ceramic blanks. Position the tool shank facing
toward the outside.

▷Depending on your selection in the Ceramill
Match 2, insert up to three blanks into the blank

4.2 Preparing the Ceramill Motion 2
When the Ceramill Motion 2 is set up for dry
processing:
▷Convert the Ceramill Motion 2 for wet process-
ing (see Ceramill Motion 2 Operating Instruc-
tions)
▷Disengage lever [3] and pull off the transparent
splash guard [1] toward the front.

To remove the blank holder:
▷With the door closed, press operation button
[A] for at least three seconds.
The current tool is placed down and the blank
holder [2] returns to the change position.

▷Check the pin of the blank holder and clean if
required.
▷Insert the blank holder with the pin to the stop
in the locating bore.

4.4 Starting the Grinding Program
▷Briefly press operation button [A].
The machine advances to the starting position.
▷Mount the transparent splash guard [1] to the
extraction opening and lock it in place with
lever [3].
▷Transfer the milling file for wet processing.

▷Placez les outils standard Ceramill Motion 2 Dia-
mant dans le support pour pièces brutes en
vitrocéramique. Positionnez la queue de l’outil
vers l’extérieur.
▪Placez Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,8 (760622)
dans la position 1.
▪Placez Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,4 (760621)

4.2 Préparation de Ceramill Motion 2
Si Ceramill Motion 2 est équipé pour un traitement
à sec :
▷Commutez Ceramill Motion 2 sur traitement à
l’eau (voir mode d’emploi Ceramill Motion 2)
▷Desserrez le levier [3] et retirez le capot de pro-
tection transparent [1] vers l’avant.

Pour pouvoir retirer le support :
▷Appuyez sur la touche de commande [A] pen-
dant plus de trois secondes en maintenant la
porte fermée.
L’outil actuel est déposé et le support [2] est
amené en position de changement.

4.3 Montage du support pour pièces
brutes en vitrocéramique
▷Contrôlez et, le cas échéant, nettoyez le boulon
du support.
▷Introduisez le support avec le boulon jusqu’à la
butée dans l’alésage.

▷Serrez la vis de fixation [1] à l’aide de la clé dyna-
mométrique.
4.4 Démarrage du programme de frai-
sage
▷Appuyez brièvement sur la touche de com-
mande [A].
L’appareil se met en position de base.
▷Montez le capot de protection transparent [1]
sur l’orifice de ventilation et bloquez-le à l’aide
du levier [3].
▷Transmettez le fichier de fraisage pour le traite-
ment à l’eau.

▷Inserire gli utensili standard Ceramill Motion 2
Diamant nel supporto del pezzo in lavorazione
per grezzi in vetroceramica. Effettuando l'inse-
rimento posizionare lo stelo degli utensili verso
l'esterno.
▪Inserire Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,8
(760622) nel posto 1.
▪Inserire Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,4
(760621) nel posto 2.

tuando l'inserimento posizionare lo stelo degli
utensili verso l'esterno.
▪Inserire Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,8
(760622) nel posto 4.
▪Inserire Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,4
(760621) nel posto 5.
▷Inserire fino ad un massimo di tre grezzi, confor-
memente alla selezione, nel Ceramill Match 2
con la scanalatura rivolta in avanti nel supporto
del pezzo in lavorazione per grezzi in vetrocera-
mica e fissare con la vite ad esagono cavo.

4.2 Preparazione del Ceramill Motion 2
Se Ceramill Motion 2 è preparato per la lavora-
zione a secco:
▷Preparare Ceramill Motion 2 per la lavorazione
refrigerata (vedi istruzioni per l'uso Ceramill
Motion 2)
▷Allentare la leva [3] e rimuovere in avanti la cuf-
fia di protezione contro gli spruzzi trasparente
[1].

Per togliere il supporto del pezzo in lavorazione:
▷Con porta chiusa tenere premuto il tasto di
comando [A] per più di tre secondi.
L'utensile attuale viene deposto ed il supporto
del pezzo in lavorazione [2] si porta nella posi-
zione di sostituzione.

rettifica

1 Simbología empleada
Advertencias de peligro
Las advertencias de peligro se identifican
con un triángulo de señalización sobre
fondo de color con el texto encuadrado.
Aquellos peligros de origen eléctrico, en
lugar del signo de admiración, llevan el
símbolo del rayo en el interior del triángu-
lo de señalización.
Las palabras clave al comienzo de la advertencia
de peligro indican el tipo y gravedad de las conse-
cuencias en caso de no atenerse a las medidas de
prevención del peligro.
_OBSERVACIÓN indica que pueden presentarse
daños materiales.
_ATENCIÓN informa que pueden presentarse
daños personales de leve o mediana gravedad.
_ADVERTENCIA significa que pueden presen-
tarse daños personales graves.
_PELIGRO anuncia que pueden presentarse
daños personales con peligro de muerte.

El soporte de las piezas en bruto de cerámica de
vidrio (179260) es un portapiezas para la Ceramill
Motion 2. Permite alojar hasta tres piezas en
bruto de cerámica de vidrio y las respectivas
herramientas de la Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant.

4.1 Equipamiento del soporte de las
piezas en bruto de cerámica de
vidrio
▷Introducir las herramientas estándar de la Cera-
mill Motion 2 Diamant en el soporte de las pie-
zas en bruto de cerámica de vidrio. Al realizar
esto cuidar que el mango quede orientado hacia
fuera.
▪Alojar la Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,8
(760622) en el puesto 1.
▪Alojar la Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,4
(760621) en el puesto 2.

▷Opcional: Introducir las herramientas gemelas
de la Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant en el soporte de
las piezas en bruto de cerámica de vidrio. Al rea-
lizar esto cuidar que el mango quede orientado
hacia fuera.
▪Alojar la Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,8
(760622) en el puesto 4.
▪Alojar la Ceramill Motion 2 Diamant 1,4
(760621) en el puesto 5.
▷Montar en el soporte las piezas en bruto de
cerámica de vidrio (máx. 3 piezas), acorde con lo
seleccionado en la Ceramill Match 2, cuidando
que la ranura mire hacia el frente, y asegurarlas
con el tornillo allen.

a la Ceramill Motion 2 antes de equiparlo
