1. Power OFF the machine.
2. Using an M4 (7mm) nut driver, remove the four nuts on the plastic door
studs holding the credit card cover plate in place.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT remove the gasketing around the credit
card opening attached to the door. The gasket is underneath
credit card cover plate.
3. Mount the credit card and cover assembly (ATD-730250) to the studs on the
inside of the door and secure it with the four M4 nuts included in the kit.

4. Connect the credit card reader cable (ATD-720150) to the back of the credit
card reader. Route the cable through the wire duct and connect the Molex
connector to position TB1 on the IO100 board.
5. Attach the credit card reader decal (ATD-725700) to the front of the plastic
door by cleaning the area of decal placement with isopropyl alcohol. Spray
the adhesive surface of the decal with a solution containing 2 ml detergent
per liter of water. Attach the decal to the faceplate surface and use a
squeegee to remove any area bubbles that form.

6. Attach the Confirm/Receipt and Cancel decal (ATD-725500) to the front of
the plastic front door (around the blue buttons) by cleaning the area of decal
placement with isopropyl alcohol. Spray the adhesive surface of the decal
with a solution containing 2 ml detergent per liter of water. Attach the decal
to the faceplate surface and use a squeegee to remove any area bubbles
that form.
7. Attach the key (ATD-717550) to iCore connector position CN19

8. Wearing safety glasses, use a metal cutting tool to remove both retaining
clips holding the button plugs in place.
9. Attach the two blue buttons to the front faceplate through the front of the
faceplate. Secure the buttons in place by tightening the screws holding the
spacer in place.
10. Using an M4 (7mm) nut driver, attach the receipt printer assembly into the
front of the cabinet using the four M4 nuts included in the kit.
11. Install the paper roll into the receipt printer.

12. Route the cables from the printer through the wire duct. Connect the power
cable into fuse board connection J8.
13. Connect the communications cable to position CN9 on the iCore board.
14. Remove the printer cover plate covering the hot pocket opening in the
plastic door.

15. Install the acrylic plastic rain shield on top of the rain shield bracket using
two washer head screws (SUG-300499) included in the kit. Install the rain
shield bracket to the hot pocket using two thread tapping screws (UFJ-
40082V) included in the kit.
16. Power the device ON. The device does not retain its parameters due to the
new key. Please adjust the following parameters.
