Product overview
Power overload protection: You r power
bank has overload protection. To protect
your power bank and the connected device
in an overload situation, charging stops and
the LED indicator turns off.
An overload can occur if the device you are
charging needs a higher power input than
your power bank can supply or if your
power bank is outputting more than 5V/1A
of power.

Charging your power bank
1. Plug the small connector on the
included USB charging cable into the
micro USB port on your power bank.
2. Plug the large connector on the cable
into a power source, like an AC power
adapter (not included) or a USB port on
a computer. The red LED indicator blinks
while charging, then lights solid when
charging is complete.
Note: When the blue LED indicator is
blinking, your power bank’s charge is below
25%. You need to charge your power bank.

Charging your device
• Pull the micro USB cable away from the
side of your power bank, then plug it
into your device’s micro USB port.
Notes:
• If your device does not have a micro
USB port, you need an adapter.
• If you are charging an iPhone or iPad
with a lightning to USB cable adapter:
1.Plug the adapter into the iPhone
first, then plug the micro USB cable
into the adapter.

2.When charging is complete, unplug
the adapter from the micro USB
cable. If you leave the adapter
connected to the cable and try to
recharge your iPhone or iPad again,
your power bank won’t charge the
device.
LED indicator

Blinking red Is charging
Red Is fully charged
Blue Is charging your device
Blinking blue Has a low battery charge
Off Needs to be charged
OR
Has finished charging your
device.
Note: If you unplug your
power bank from a device, the
blue LED indicator stays on for
15 seconds.

Troubleshooting
My power bank doesn’t charge.
• Make sure that the micro USB cable is
connected correctly. See
Charging your
power bank
on page 5.
• If you are using an AC power outlet,
make sure that the outlet works.
• If you are using a computer USB port,
make sure that the computer is turned
on and the USB port works.
• Your power bank may be damaged.
Replace your power bank.
My power bank doesn’t charge a device
• Make sure that you have connected the
built-in micro USB cable attached to
the side of your power bank to the
correct jack on your device. See
Charging your device
on page 6. The
included USB charging cable is for
charging your power bank, not for
charging a device.

• Make sure that your power bank is
charged. When your bank is charged,
the LED indicator lights red.
If the blue indicator is blinking, your
power bank's charge level is low and
you need to charge it.
If the blue LED indicator is off:
• Your power bank has no charge and
you need to charge it.
• A power overload has occurred. If
your power bank detects a power
overload, it stops charging.
Disconnect the cable, wait a few
minutes, then try charging again.
• If you are trying to charge an iPhone
or iPad using a lightning to micro USB
cable adapter:
1.Make sure that your power bank’s
USB cable isn’t connected to the
adapter.
2.Plug the adapter into your iPhone or
iPad.
3.Plug the micro USB cable into the
adapter. Charging should start.

4.When you finish charging, unplug
the micro USB cable from the
adapter. If you leave the adapter
connected to the micro USB cable
and try to recharge your iPhone or
iPad again, your power bank won’t
charge the device.

Une surcharge peut se produire si l’appareil
que vous chargez a besoin d’une
alimentation d’entrée plus élevée que votre
chargeur peut fournir ou si votre chargeur a
une puissance de sortie supérieure à
5V/1A.
Recharger votre chargeur
1. Branchez le petit connecteur du câble
USB de rechargement inclus dans le
port micro USB de votre chargeur.

2. Branchez le grand connecteur du câble
dans une source d’alimentation, telle
qu’un adaptateur d’alimentation CA (non
inclus) ou le port USB d’un ordinateur.
L’indicateur DEL rouge clignote pendant
la recharge, puis s’allume en continu
lorsque la recharge est achevée.
Remarque : Quand l’indicateur DEL bleu
clignote, la charge de votre chargeur est en
dessous de 25 %. Vous devez recharger
votre chargeur.

Recharger votre appareil
• Détachez le câble micro USB du côté
de votre chargeur, puis branchez-le
dans le port micro USB de votre
appareil.
Remarque :
• Si votre appareil n’a pas de port micro
USB, il vous faut un adaptateur.
• Si vous rechargez un iPhone ou un iPad
avec un adaptateur lightning vers USB :
1.Branchez l’adaptateur dans
l’iPhone en premier, puis branchez
le câble micro USB dans
l’adaptateur.

2.Quand la recharge est achevée,
débranchez l’adaptateur du câble
micro USB. Si vous laissez
l’adaptateur connecté au câble et
essayez de recharger à nouveau
votre iPhone ou iPad, votre
chargeur ne rechargera pas
l’appareil.

Dépannage
Mon chargeur ne recharge pas.
• Assurez-vous que le câble micro USB
est correctement connecté. Voir
Recharger votre chargeur
à la page 16.
• Si vous utilisez une prise secteur CA,
assurez-vous que la prise fonctionne.
• Si vous utilisez un port USB
d’ordinateur, assurez-vous que
l’ordinateur est allumé et que le port
USB fonctionne.
• Votre chargeur peut être endommagé.
Remplacez votre chargeur.
Mon chargeur ne recharge pas un
appareil.
• Assurez-vous que vous avez connecté
le câble micro USB incorporé attaché
sur le côté de votre chargeur à la prise
correcte sur votre appareil. Voir

à la page 18.
Le câble USB de recharge inclus est
prévu pour charger votre chargeur, pas
pour charger un appareil.
