Assemble instructions

1. Bearing Bush
30205 bearing beneath the front frame
30204 bearing above the front frame
Notice: The numbers and letters should stay inside. It means you can’t see the numbers
and letters after assembly.
After assembly, the bearing bush and the round slot should be very close to each other.
There shouldn’t be any space between them.
2. Front Fender
Parts needed:
M5*12 Inner hexagon screw, 8 pcs
M5 self-locking nut, 8 pcs
φ5 washer, 8 pcs
Notice: The fender should stay at the center.

3. Steering Stopper
4. Front Brake Disc
M5*8 plum screw, 12 pcs
Notice: The direction of disc arrow should be same as the running direction of wheel.

5. Front Wheels
Notice: The profile of tires should match the direction of bike wheel running.

6. Divider of Hydraulic Brake
M5*25 Inner hexagon screw, 2 pcs
M5 self-locking nut, 2 pcs
φ5 washer, 4 pcs
Notice: Please make sure that the directions of left brake and right brake are right.

7. Front Brake
M6*15 Inner hexagon screw, 4 pcs
φ6 washer, 4 pcs

8. Front Light
M5*16 Inner hexagon screw, 2 pcs
M5 self-locking, 2 pcs
φ5 washer, 2 pcs

9. Front Axle and Front Frame
φ27 washer, 1 pc
30205 bearing, 1 pc
30204 bearing, 1 pc
φ18 spring washer, 1 pc
M18 slotted nut, 1 pc
M3*30 pin, 1 pc
Put the 30205 bearing underneath the front frame while the 30204 bearing above the
front frame. Then the φ27 washer and then φ18 spring washer. Fix the M18 slotted nut
and then the pin. Bend the two legs of the pin to avoid slipping.
