GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The EV-PRG-MW1001ARDZ is a firmware programming
board for the ADMW1001 device. The EV-PRG-MW1001ARDZ
contains a flip cap socket for rapid programming of small volumes
of the ADMW1001. MeasureWare Lab software controls a hot
swapping sequence to allow insertion and removal of the
ADMW1001 ICs before and after the programming procedure.
The latest version of firmware is available on the MeasureWare
Lab page, and enables new features and sensors connectivity.
For large volume programming of the ADMW1001, contact
Analog Devices, Inc.
For full specifications on the ADMW1001, see the ADMW1001
data sheet, which must be consulted in conjunction with this
user guide when using the EV-PRG-MW1001ARDZ.

EV-PRG-MW1001ARDZ QUICK START
To pro g r am t he ADMW1001 IC with the EV-PRG-
MW1001ARDZ, take the following steps:
1. Install the MeasureWare Lab software as outlined in the
Software Installation section.
2. Connect the ST-NUCLEO-F411RE to the EV-PRG-
MW1001ARDZ using the Arduino headers. The
ST-NUCLEO-F411RE connects to the PC via the USB
cable provided in the ST-NUCLEO-F411RE kit.
3. The MeasureWare Lab software automatically recognizes
that the EV-PRG_MW1001ARDZ is connected and a
programming window appears.
4. Place an ADMW1001 inside socket X1 on the EV-
PRG_MW1001ARDZ and click Program in the
MeasureWare Lab software. Do not remove the
ADMW1001 IC until the software has completed
programming. Programming takes approximately 30 seconds.
5. When prompted, remove the ADMW1001 IC.
6. Choose the option to reprogram or exit the MeasureWare
Lab software.
