IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Do not open until blades have come to a complete stop.
3. The motor unit cannot be used for other than intended use.
4. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
5. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
6. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
7. Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food to reduce the
risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper. A scraper may be used
but only when the food chopper is not running.
8. To protect against a fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse cord, electric
plugs, or motor unit in water or other liquids.
9. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
10. This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliances by a
person responsible for their safety.
11. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
12. For electrical safety, if the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified
electrical person in order to avoid a hazard or the product must be disposed.
13. The appliance is not a toy. Do not let the children play with it.
14. Avoid contacting moving parts.
15. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shock or injury.
16. Care must be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and
during cleaning.
17. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
18. Do not attempt to defeat the lid interlock mechanism.
19. Do not use outdoors.
20. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
– Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments,

21. Switch OFF the appliance and disconnect from mains power before approaching
parts that move in use.
22. IMPORTANT! Use the chopper for dry ingredients only. Do not use liquids in the
chopper.
23. IMPORTANT! Never put the M otor Unit in water or other liquid or let the
power switch, cord or plug get wet, as you could get an electric shock.
24. IMPORTANT! Never add ingredients to the chopper bowl while the appliance
is operating.
25. Do not operate the chopper with wet hands. Always ensure your hands are dry before
connecting the appliance to mains power.
26. Always ensure that the chopper blade is thoroughly sterilized by washing it with hot
water.
27. Disconnect from mains power outlet when it is not in use, before moving the
appliance or when adding food for chopping.
28. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
29. WARNING: Risk of injuries if you don’t use this appliance correctly.
30. WARNING: Do not remove the motor unit until the blade has come to a complete
stop.
31. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected
out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.

KNOW YOUR MINI CHOPPER
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Before using this appliance for the first time, wash the bowl and blade assembly in soapy
water and dry thoroughly. All parts are dishwasher safe excluding the motor unit. Wipe the
motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
HOW TO CHOP OR MINCE FOOD
1. Place the jar on a counter or other flat surface, then slide the blade down over the shaft
in the jar. Be careful not to touch the blade as it is extremely sharp.
2. Place the food into the jar. Refer to the chopping guide below for desired food.
3. Place the bowl cover onto the jar, then position the motor unit onto the jar. The
embossment on the bowl cover is linked up to the hole on the motor unit, then line up
the motor unit locking tabs to the locking slots on the jar and ensure the motor unit locks
in place.

4. Press and hold the press key to turn on the appliance. Marking “I” is for the lower speed,
“II” is for higher speed.
5. Be sure the blade stops rotating completely before removing the bowl cover. Unplug the
unit. Remove the motor unit and grasp the plastic blade hub. Carefully pull the blade
assembly out. Remove the jar and empty the processed food. Do not use the jar for
storing food. Use a separate container for storing food.
IMPORTANT! To prevent damage to the electric motor, the maximum operating time
is 10 seconds. Allow it to rest for at least 2 minutes before using it again. After 5 cycles
of operation, allow the unit to cool down to room temperature for approx. 30 minutes
before using it again.

Bread
Cut a piece of bread into small pieces. It is recommended to use
speed II to chop. Work for 10 seconds, rest for 2 minutes for
one cycle, and perform several cycles of operation until
satisfactory chopping is achieved
Fruits and Vegetables
(canned, cooked)
Put up to 120g of food in the jar. It is recommended to use speed
I to chop. Work for 10 seconds, rest for 2 minutes for one cycle,
and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory
thick slurry effect is achieved
Fresh celery and other
leafy plants
Add 60g of thoroughly washed food and let dry, it is
recommended to use speed II to chop. Work for 10 seconds, rest
for 2 minutes for one cycle, and perform several cycles of
operation until satisfactory chopping is achieved
Nuts
Put up to 120g of food in the jar. It is recommended to use speed
II to chop. Work for 10 seconds, rest for 2 minutes for one cycle,
and perform several cycles of operation until satisfactory
chopping is achieved
Cookies
Put up to 120g of food in the jar. It is recommended to use speed
II to chop. Work for 10 seconds, rest for 2minutes for one cycle,
and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory
thick slurry effect is achieved
Fresh beef,

Put up to 270g of food in the jar. It is recommended to use speed
II to chop. Work for 10 seconds, rest for 2 minutes for one cycle,
and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
Wash the jar and ‘S’ blade immediately after use with either with warm, soapy water or in
the dishwasher. Wipe off the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent
damage to the gloss surface.
