Warning

·Do not touch the metal parts near the soldering tip.
·Do not use the soldering tip near flammable materials.
·Notify other people around that the soldering tip is easy to burn and may cause dangerous accidents.You should turn off and unplug
the power cord when you are resting or after work.
·When replacing the soldering tip, you should turn off the power and wait for the soldering tip to cool before replacing it.
·It is strictly prohibited to use this product when it is damaged, especially when the power cord is damaged.
·Do not use the soldering tip for work other than soldering.
·Do not knock the soldering iron on the workbench to remove the residual tin dross on the soldering tip, which may seriously damage

·Do not get the soldering iron wet, do not use or disassemble the soldering iron when your hands are wet, and do not pull the power cord.

easy to reach or supervised by adults.
·Do not reverse the power supply to prevent accidental injury.
In view of the fact that abuse may cause burns and fire, please strictly observe the following:
Operational guidelines
I.First, the electric iron turn on/off
1.Turn on the power and remember to power it grounding.
2.Turn on: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to display then release the button and it turn on;
Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to display then release the button and it turn off.
II.The setting of main menu
1. Long press “-” key to enter the setting page of main menu. The LED screen is shown as figure 1.
2. Enter main menu and single press “+” key to set the circular order of the function of submenu (shown as figure 2). The setting
of the first function is ℃and ℉.Display conversion setting. Press “+” key to enter the setting of the function of the next sub-
menu and complete the setting of each function circularly one by one.(shown as figure 3)

It exceeds 5 seconds without any operation under the status of setting of menu,and then it enters confir-mation and saving of
the existing set value and exits the setting of menu. Enter normal operating status.
The setting of the function of all submenus. It exceeds 5 seconds without any operation, it equals to long press “-” key and
exits and saves all the settings.It enters normal operating status.
III.The setting of submenu
1.The conversion of℃ and ℉ :
Long press “-” key to enter the item of setting the first function of main menu. It shows .If the conversion of ℃and ℉should
be set, and then press “-” key and confirm to enter the setting of the function. Press “+” key and select the completion of setting.
Press “-” key again to save. Return to main menu(shown as the following figure).After return to main menu, press “+” key to
confirm and enter the setting of operating temperature of the next submenu.

2.The setting of temperature :
The settable temperature range 80℃~450℃.
Long press “-” key to enter the setting of main menu. Press “+” key. It shows to press “-” key and confirm to the setting for the
setting of temperature.At this time, press “+” key and “-” key to set the hundred,ten and single digit. Press “-” to save the setting
and return to main menu. Set other submenus according to this similar methods.

Note:The value of the hundredth digit is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 at the temperature of Celsius. When the hundredth digit is 4 and the tens
digit is 5, the single digit is displayed as 0, and the highest temperature is 450 degrees.After the temperature setting is
completed, press the + key to enter the determination of the operating temperature setting, and enter the next submenu
sleep menu function setting.

iron to avoid errors in your operation.

Remarks: Under the normal operating situation of not setting password, user can set the needed temperature value without
entering the main menu.
2.1 Press “+” key or “-” key to enter the adjustment of temperature. At this time icon sun twinkles, it means to enter
the adjustment and setting of temperature.
2.2 Press “+” key once. The temperature is increased by one degree correspondingly (press twice, the temperature is
increased by two degrees). Long press “+” key and then temperature is increased to 450℃rapidly.
2.3 Press “-” key once, the temperature is reduced by one degree correspondingly( press twice, the two degrees will be
reduced.) Long press “-” key the temperature is reduced to 80℃rapidly.
2.4 After the setting and adjusting are completed, it will be saved automatically. No operation is required.
3.Setting of sleeping time :
The setting method like the working temperature setting. It can be set to sleep for 1 to 30 minutes when not in use.
The temperature will automatically drop to 80 °C. When the soldering iron is picked up again, the temperature will quickly rise
to the original set temperature.
3.1 The sleeping time is 1-30 minutes. The hundreds digit is not set to display. If it enters the sleeping status,the display screen
displays S-P.
3.2 The sleeping temperature is 80℃。
Note: If there is no operation for 30 minutes after entering sleep, it will automatically shut down. If you need to use it again,
please boot it again.
4.Setting of temperature compensation :
The setting way is the same as that of operating temperature. The temperature compensation is ±50℃.
The hundred digit is shown by using negative symbol. Positive symbol does not display. When the temperature of welding tip
has the error with the set temperature, it only needs to adjust compensation.The temperature of welding tip can be corrected.
6.Restore the setting of factory
In the power off status, press and hold the "-" button, unplug the power plug, re-plug the power plug (display ---), release the
"-" button, it will clear all user settings, restore to the factory settings. The factory settings are as follows:
5.Password function setting :
Setting method likes the setting of operating temperature. Three-digit password is 000 means no
password. If password is forgotten during the process of use. Factory setting can be restored. Refer to
the restoring of factory setting for the detailed operation.
Note: It takes effect to set and cancel password after turn off again and then restart.
If the user has set a password, it need to input the password to set the main menu and adjust the temperature setting. as
follows:
In the case of power on, press the power button to enter the password setting (display ---), press the "+" "-" button to set,
and finally press the "-" button to confirm and quit, then you can make main and sub menu settings and adjust temperature.
1: Display icon
2: Display the setting temperature as 350 degrees. Do not display icon.
3: Do not display icon. Sleep off.
4: Do not display icon. The temperature compensation is 0.
5: Do not display icon. It means not to set password function. The set value is 000.
Note: The icon is displayed when the function icon is turned on, and the icon is not displayed when the function icon is not
turned on.
Iron Tip maintenance and use
A.Welding nozzle using
Too high temperature will weaken the welding nozzle function, so choose the temperature as low as poss-ible. The welding
nozzle of restoring force is good, even under the low temperature it can also fully comp-lete the welding work. Whar is more,
It can protect temperature sensitive elements.
B.Welding nozzle cleaning
Should periodically clean the weld nozzle with the cleaning sponge or with a cleaning wet cloth). Because after welding, the
residual slag will produce oxide and carbide which can damage the welding nozzle or cause welding error or make the heat
conduction of welding nozzle weaker. Long time continuously using welding nozzle, once a week thewelding nozzle should be
taken apart to clean the residual slag on the surface, so to prevent welding nozzle damaged and reduce temperature.
C.Do not use welding nozzle
When do not use welding nozzle, do not let welding nozzle in high temperature condition for long time. Or you will make the
flux of welding nozzle on change to oxide, which will make the heat conduction of welding nozzle weaker.
D.After use welding nozzle
After the use, should wipe clean the welding nozzle and plate new tin layer on it to prevent the welding nozzle from oxidation.
E.Elding nozzle maintain: Check and clean the welding nozzle
Note: do not file the oxide on welding nozzle with rasper!
1.The setting temperature at 250℃.
2.After the temperature stability, clean the welding nozzle with cleaning sponge, and check it.
3.If welding nozzle on tin part contains black oxide, plate a new tin layer on the welding nozzle, then usec leaning sponge to
wipe welding nozzle.So repetitive operation to remove the oxide and then platie a new t in layer on the welding nozzle.
4.If welding nozzle becomes deformation or serious erosion, must replace the welding nozzle with a new one
(Suggest using the original nozzle).
F.Extend the welding nozzle life
1.After each finish the welding work, plate a new tin layer on the welding nozzle to prevent welding nozzle from oxidation and
extend the using life.
2.Under the condition of normal working please set the temperature as low as possible.Low temperature can reduce welding
nozzle oxidation, as well as can easily to weld components.
3.Only in necessary condition to use thin welding nozzle, because of the thin welding nozzle less durable than the thick one.
4.Don't use welding nozzle as detection tools, because welding nozzle bending will make coating rupture and shorten its
service life.
5.Use less active rosin flux, because the high content of active rosin will accelerate welding nozzle coating corrosion.
6.When not using welding nozzle, please turn off it’s power as far as possible to prolong its service life.
7.Don't put welding nozzle with great heavy stress, because that is not equal to faster heat.
Fault detection
1.Turn on without power and check whether the socket is plugged or not.
2.It displays H-E when the machine is power on.It means that temperature sensor has been open-circuited or when the
temperature is higher than 500 degrees, it shows H-E or it is the heating core fault.The heating core needs to be replaced.
Replace the soldering tip
Note: When replacing parts, please turn off the power self-locking switch, unplug the power cord, and do not power on!
