WELCOME
ANSR: HALO™ is a beautifully simple answer for
reducing the signs of aging. ANSR: HALO™ light
therapy treatment uses the latest generation of
LED technology and specic wavelengths of red and
infrared light. These combined wavelengths of light
reduce the appearance of ne lines, wrinkles, and
discoloration, while helping to even out skin texture
and tone.
For best results use for ve minutes, twice a day,
for six to eight weeks for maximum benet.

precautions should always be followed.

CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
DANGER
To reduce the risk of electrical shock:
• Always attach the AC/DC power adapter to the
ANSR: HALO™ rst, then into an electrical outlet.
• Do not place or store ANSR: HALO™ where it can
fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
• Do not reach for an ANSR: HALO™ if it has fallen
into water while you are recharging the device.
Unplug immediately.
• Never operate this device if the AC/DC power
adapter or the attached cord has been damaged.

WARNING
To reduce the risk of potentially serious injury:
• Do not aim the red light at your eyes or stare directly
at the light source while it is in operation. You may
momentarily glance at the light for a second or two.
ANSR: HALO™ meets international lamp safety
standards for light-emitting diodes.
• Do not allow children to use the ANSR: HALO™
unsupervised.
• Never attempt to open or repair the device or charger.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the ANSR:
HALO™. Doing this could result in a serious eye or skin
injury or possibly fatal electric shock.
• Use this device only for its intended use as described
in this manual. Failure to use and maintain the product in
accordance with the instructions outlined in the manual
will invalidate the warranty.

MAIN FEATURES & CONTROLS
LENS surface projects red and infrared light and is
applied directly to the area to be treated.
POWER BUTTON allows you to turn the device on/
off, turn on the red and infrared light, and check the
power level of the battery.
BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR shows three LED
lights when fully-charged. Two lights = about 2/3
battery life. One light = 1/3 or less battery left.
POWER JACK PORT is where you plug in the
power adapter for charging. The ANSR: HALO will not
operate while plugged into an electrical outlet.

GETTING STARTED
• Unpack the ANSR: HALO, the instruction manual, and
AC/DC power adapter.
• Read all instructions before using your ANSR: HALO.
• Prior to initial use, charge the device. Use only the
AC/DC power adapter provided with the device. Plug
the power adapter jack into the bottom of the device and
connect to an electrical outlet. Charge ANSR: HALO fully,
until all three white indicator lights are illuminated. This
will take approximately two hours. Unplug the device once
it is fully charged. The ANSR: HALO will not operate
while plugged into an electrical outlet.
ACTIVATING THE LIGHT
• For best results, wash your face carefully with a
quality skin care product before using the light.
• Activate the light by pressing the power button once.
The red and infrared LED lights will illuminate along with
the battery level indicators. Although not visible (to the

naked eye), the infrared lights will be operating. You will
feel ANSR: HALO vibrate while the device is operating.
USING THE LIGHT
• Place the lens in direct contact with your skin
and gently move back and forth in a slow, patterned
motion over your entire face. Keep the light pressed
gently to the skin without pulling or dragging. You may
choose to focus on a specic area of concern for the
full treatment cycle and then repeat over other areas
as necessary. Each treatment cycle is 5 minutes in
duration. Complete two treatment cycles a day. The
device will automatically shut off after 5 minutes.
CLEANING THE LIGHT
• Use a damp, soft, lint-free cloth and a mild detergent
or a disposable, disinfecting wipe to clean the ANSR:
HALO lens surface.
• Do not mark, scratch or otherwise damage the lens.

CHARGING THE LIGHT
• Plug the AC/DC power adapter jack into the
bottom of the ANSR: HALO and into an electrical outlet.
Charge the device fully. Three white lights will illuminate
to indicate the device is fully charged. This will take
approximately two hours. Unplug the device once it is
fully charged.
• To recharge, plug the AC/DC power adapter into
the ANSR: HALO and then into the electrical outlet. A
single white LED illuminated denotes a charge of up to
one-third. Two LEDs indicate about a two-thirds charge.
When the device is fully charged, all three indicator lights
are lit.
STORING THE LIGHT
• Store your ANSR: HALO in a clean, dry area.

TROUBLESHOOTING
You should reset your ANSR: HALO if one of these things
is happening:
• The vibrator is operating without the red light operating
• The device is not going into or coming out of a charge
mode
• The battery level indicator lights are behaving strangely
TO RESET THE ANSR: HALO:
Press and hold the power button down until the red light
shuts off. This will take approximately 10 seconds. One
white indicator light will come on briey. This will cause
the unit to re-enter IDLE mode. Recharge the device.
NOTE: If the reset function does not x the problem,
these symptoms could indicate another hardware issue.

IF ANSR: HALO WILL NOT TURN ON:
The battery may not be charged. Charge the device
for two hours or until all three white indicator lights
are illuminated. The product will not operate while
plugged into an electrical outlet.
IF ANSR: HALO ONLY LASTS A FEW TREATMENTS:
Ensure that you are charging your ANSR: HALO correctly.
If the device is fully charged, but still lasts only a few
treatments, reset the device and recharge.
IF ANSR: HALO TURNS OFF AFTER FIVE MINUTES:
The ve minute treatments are auto-timed and turn off
automatically. Push the power button once to restart
treatment.

WARRANTY
Register your ANSR: HALO at ANSR.com/warranty.
Your ANSR: HALO is warranted to be free from defect in
material and workmanship for a period of one year under
normal use, after its original purchase date. This warranty
extends only to the original retail purchaser with original proof
of purchase and only when purchased from an authorized
ANSR: retailer.
If the product should become defective within the warranty
period, contact ANSR: at (877) 211-2677 for repair or
replacement. ANSR: reserves the right to replace a defective
product with the most comparable product currently available.
Your exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by
this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of
the defective product. ANSR:’s entire liability for any defective
product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the
defective product.
This warranty does not cover products determined by ANSR:
to be damaged by any of the following:
• Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
• Servicing by unauthorized persons
• Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as
instructed
• Connecting to incorrect current and voltage
• Any other conditions beyond our control

RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL

ABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM
THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also
have other rights that vary depending on your state, province or
other jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
