1. Summary
A The Anycut is roll to roll laser cutting system that is specialized in making Short-run label.
It was designed to run the machine in the minumum space due to the compact size D1620 X W630 X
H503 mm and it solved the spacial limitation that an existing big roll to roll machine has. Also it designed
to cut and remove the waste paper, slitting job at the same time to save the time to make labels and it
can correct the printing error margine by using Vision system to get better label quality.

3. Anycut Operation
3.1 Hardware
3.1.1 Media Set up
For Anycut1, the Max media width to set is 215mm. when you set the narrow paper less than
200mm, it recommends the center alignment of the media in order to use the higher quality
according to the characteristics of the laser.
※레이저 특성
< Laser power is inversely proportional to the distance >
When the ligth goes out from the ligth source, the power of the light is gradually decreased,
Beacuse the most of the light is spread out to the outskirts while moving. However, the laser beam is
not spread by a certain wavelength of light compared to normal and it reach the destination directly.
As a result, the Laser is, the shorter the distance to reach the destination will have a strong power.
Thus, it recomments the center alignment when you set the media to cut with higher quality laser
when you use Anycut.

conventional sensors.
3.1.3 How to Set Vision Camera
Vision camera is used to correct an error caused by a number of factors such as the contraction of the
paper according to the mechanical error, the printing error of the fusing temperature during printng. Also,
Vision camera doesn't find a cutting position by itselves, it corrects the printing error based on the
information you have saved Mark vision through vision.
