: Indicates calling time that how long does it take that
guest returned after they paged

System set up
Perform the following steps to prepare your A07 TCP & AL-
A07 pagers for operation:
Connect A07 TCP (Transmitter,Ch
arger,Programmer) transmitter with
power adapter.
Lock the antenna to the transmitter.
Place all AL-A07 pagers into the
charging slots. Make sure all the
pagers are pushed all the way to
the end until you hear “click”. The
solid LED red light indicates that
the pager is placed in the charger
properly.
Set up the frequency in rst using:
press 3 + power on, inputting
password 456 to enter the
frequency mode. Please enter
correct frequency, then press
SEND to store it.
Note:Please have the pagers charged at least 13 hours when
rst charging.

Manual Programming
You can program the pager numbers manually. All the pagers
will be assigned with a new number in sequence
1. Place all the pagers in the
charging slots properly.
2. Press and hold key “1” and
turn on power.
3. Enter password “456”
and press “Send” to enter
programming mode.
4. After programming is
complete, all the pagers
will be assigned with a new
number in sequence (depends
on the number of pagers
placed in the charger)

Calling Pagers
To call a pager, simply press the pager number you would like
to call, then press “SEND”
For example, to call pager No.1, press “1 + SEND”. Pager
No.1 will alert. “1” will be shown on the “last page number” and
the “last paged time” starts counting
After the guest returned the pager, just put the pager back on
the charger. The A07 TCP will detect and delete the pager’s
number from the display. It will also show how long it took the
guest to get back after paging them.

Turning Off Pagers
1. Press “Fun” to enter function menu and select “PAGER
OFF”. Press “↓” to move the cursor to “1. PAGER OFF”.
Press “SEND” to enter.

2. The user can enter password “1900 + SEND” to turn off
all the pagers.

Note: The pagers are automatically turned off when placing in
the charging slots. The pagers are also turned off when the
A07 TCP is off.

Finding Pagers
You can use the “FIND PAGER” function to locate
pagers. Enter function menu and select “2. FIND
PAGER”. Press “SEND” and all the pagers (not on
charging) will be paged. Press “AC” to exit.

Alert Type
The user can set different alert types when calling
pagers. There are 4 types of alert (A, B, C & D) can be
set. You can modify and assign different types of alert
through our programming software.
1. Press “Fun.” Key to enter function menu. Select “3.
ALERT TYPE” then press “SEND”.
2. Move the cursor to select the alert type and press
“SEND” to confirm. Press “AC” to exit function
menu. The pagers will alert according to the
selected alert type.

Wait Time
The user can dene the waiting time for each customer
based on their experiences. The A07 TCP will show the
waiting time (for reference) on the display.
For example, set the waiting time at 2min. If there are 2
customers waiting, then the waiting time will show 4min (2
x 2min).

Range Test
You can test the transmitting coverage with the “Range
Test” * function. Move the cursor to “5”: “Range Test”
then press “SEND” to enter. The A07 TCP will keep
paging every 10 sec. until the user press “AC” to exit.
Note: Range Test is only available for pager No.#1.

Optional Application
2 Staff Call Buttons
There are 2 group buttons (G1 & G2) can be set up for group
call. Follow up the capcode given, users can page certain staff
from either group via the staff pager ALA03.
To set up capcode of staff pager ALA03:
1. To check capcode, please press 7 + power on.
2. Then, pressing password 456 and SEND.
3. The first 8 capcode numbers are listed under Group
Call One, please scroll to next page to check another 8
capcodes under Group Call Two.
Operation:
* Staff group 1: G1 (8 numbers)
-- To call certain staff from group 1: Press
"G1 + Staff number <1~8> + SEND"
* Staff group 2: G2 (8 numbers)
-- To call certain staff from group 2: Press
"G2 + Staff number <1~8> + SEND"

Optional Application
To use with 3-digital numbers LED sign (LDN3)
A wireless LED sign is optional slave to show numbers in
sending
To set up the LDN3:
Whenever enable LDN3 in first using, please have it
programmed with the capcode shown on monitor:
Press 5 + power on, entering password 456 and SEND.
The LDN3 can be Enable / Disable as wished.
Operation:
* To press the pager numbers you would like to to call, then
press "SEND". Hence, the number sent to call is shown on
LDN3 simultaneously.
The command to adjust LDN3:
Function Number+SEND
Over-the-air off 930
Walk up the LDN3 any number
Turn to mute 920
Normal volume 921
Medium volume 923
Max volume 924

Connection for A07 TCP Extension
Connect A07 TCP (master) using RJ45 cable with Slave
1, Slave 1 to Slave 2 and so on. You can connect up to 3
extension slaves (total 60 pagers).

Set-up for Extension Slave Base
When connecting A07 TCP with extended slave bases, please
adjust the DIP switch as mentioned below.
