Thirty (30) Days Repair, Labor and Shipping
Thirty-One (31) Days-One (1) Year Repair and Labor
P & C warrants this product against defect in material or workmanship, subject to any conditions set forth as follows
COVERAGE:
Warranty coverage begins the day you buy your product. For a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase , if
the product is determined to be defective, P & C or P & C’s distributor will pick up the product and return it to the
Service Center for repair or replacement, at its option, at no charge. Your only responsibility is to make sure that the
unit is boxed and packaged properly for pick up.
From thirty-one (31) days to one year from the date of your purchase, you will be responsible for shipping the product
back to Service Center for repair. P & C or P & C’s distributor will then be responsible for repair or replacement with a
new or reconditioned unit, at its option, at no charge. P & C or P & C’s distributor will pay the shipping costs when
returning a product to you.
EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Your warranty does not cover:
lShipping charges to return defective products to region Repair Center after 30 days.
lLabor charges for installation of products, adjustment of customer controls on the product, and installation or repair of
systems outside of the product.
lProduct repair and/or part replacement due to improper installation, connections to improper voltage supply, abuse,
negligence, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or other cause not within the control of P & C.
lA product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for
which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of product damaged by these
modifications.
lProduct lost in shipment and no signature verification receipt can be provided.
lProducts sold AS IS or RECONDITIONED.
REPAIRS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
If your product is not covered under warranty, the Service Center can still repair your product.
All labor, parts and shipping costs associated with the repair will be your responsibility.
Consumable parts are not counted as warranty repair.
