1Introduction
1.1 Purpose
On occasion it is necessaryto convert a fullyintegrated front dispensing (through safe door) ArcaCash 2600
to a rear dispense (through rear safe wall) configuration. This procedure defines step-by-step the process for
performing that conversion and is based on converting a 425-580-6605 Arca2600 (UL 291 Level 1 F/A) into a
425-580-6625 Arca2600 (UL 291 Level 1 R/A).
1.2 Scope
This procedure can be performed at the factorybythe manufacturer or qualified service technician on
customer site.
1.3 Tools and Materials Required
#2 Phillips Screwdriver
Small pair ofDiagonal-Cutting Pliers
Cable ties
1.4 Safety
WARNING: Toggle On/Off power switch to Off position and disconnect AC power source prior to
starting this procedure.
WARNING: A second person must be available during this procedure. The dispenser must be lifted
off the tray onto the floor and later lifted back onto the tray. The 6-high dispenser weighs
approximately 90 lbs and tall narrow shape makes handling awkward.
WARNING: Do not attempt to move the 6-high dispenser while the right side cover is removed during
the dispenser conversion procedure. The 4th and 5th additional denomination modules (ADMs) are not
mated together on the right side and damage to the dispenser is likely.
2Conversion Procedure
