General safety instructions
•Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and
keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the
internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating
instructions.
•The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This
appliance is not fit for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors (except if it is designed to be
used outdoors). Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into
any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is
humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
•When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from
the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the
attached accessories.
•Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always
switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).
•Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if
it is damaged. Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized

Special Safety Instructions for this Machine
•Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before

Kneading Machine Function
1. In order to lift the arm, clockwise rotation the Rise knob (3). The arm will now move
upwards. (Fig 1)
2. Place the pot cover into its body. (Fig 2)
3. Place the mixing bowl into its holding device (Step 1) and turn the bowl clockwise until it
locks into place (Step 2). (Fig 3)
4. Mount the required utensil (Dough hook or Beater or Whisk) by inserting the top into the
output shaft, and turn anti-clockwise until it locks into place. (Fig 4 & Fig 5)
5. Now fill in your ingredients.
CAUTION: Do not overfill the mixing bowl!
⚫The maximum quantity of ingredients is 1.5 kg.
6. Lower the arm using the rise knob (3). (Fig 6)
7. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed 220-240 V 50/60 Hz safety power socket.
8. Switch the machine using the speed knob to a speed between 1 and 6 (corresponding to the
mixture).
9. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the “PULSE”position. The
switch has to be held in this position according to the desired interval length. When the
switch is released it returns automatically to the “0”position.
10. After kneading/stirring turn the speed knob (4) back to the “0”position as soon as the
mixture has formed a ball. Then remove the mains plug.
11. Push the rise knob (3) downwards and the arm will be raised.
12. The mixture can now be released with the help of a spatula and removed from the mixing
bowl.
13. The mixing bowl can now be removed.
14. Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning”.

Blender Function
How to use the blender
Important!
•Before use: do not put the main plug in the socket until you have attached the
blender jar and the jar lid in the correct way.
•After use: unplug the appliance before you remove the blender jar from the
housing.
•Do not fill the blender jar with ingredients that are hotter than 80°C.
•To prevent spilling, do not fill more than 1.5 liters of liquid in the blender jar.
•Never remover the jar lid while the blender is running.
•Always cover the blender lid before mounting the blender jar onto the machine or
dismounting the blender jar from the machine.
•Do not operate the blender attachment over 3 minutes.
PROCEDURE:
1) Remove the Rear cover. (FIG.1)
2) Place the jar lid into and jar top and turn clockwise to lock (FIG.2)
3) Place the lock part into the jar lid and turn clockwise to lock (FIG.3)
4) Place the blender measuring cup into the jar lid and turn clockwise to lock (FIG.4)
5) Assemble the blender jar into the main unit and turn it anticlockwise until it is firmly attached
to the machine. (FIG.5)
6) Set the speed control to position 5.
7) Turn the blender jar clockwise to remove it from device once the mixing job is finished.

8) Release the lock part in anticlockwise before open the jar lid. (FIG.7)
9) Open the jar lid by turn it anticlockwise.

NOTE
•You can add ingredients while the appliance is running by removing the measuring cup from
the jar lid.
•It is necessary to switch off the appliance from time to time to remove pieces of food slicking
inside of the blender jar.
•Switch off the appliance and unplug it.
•Remove the jar lid.
•Use a soft spatula to remove the pieces of food which slicking to the inside of the blender jar.
Keep the spatula at a safe distance from the knives.
•Turn the blender jar clockwise to take out the blender jar.
Meat Mincer Function
How to use the mincer
•WARNING! When using the mincer, make sure to place the mixing bowl in position!
Protect the rotating fitting for the mixing tool. Risk of a crushing injury!
PROCEDURE:
1. To mount the mincer parts, first place the blade (17) on the end of the helix (16) and then a
sieve (18) of your choice. Please pay attention to the sieve and the recesses on the helix
housing (15). Screw the fixing ring (19) onto the thread (FIG.1)
2. Remove 1the front cover (FIG.2) from the machine.
3. Press the fixed button then place the helix housing into the machine and turn anticlockwise to
lock (FIG.3)
4. Fit the feed tray(FIG.4)on the top end of the feed tube.

5. Place a container under the exit.
6. Put the plug in the socket then set the speed control to position 3. Place the pieces of meat
onto the feed tray (21) and into the feed tube. If necessary, push the meat with the pusher (20)
down the tube.
CAUTION:
Do not use your fingers to push the meat in the feed tube!
7. After use, switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug.
ATTENTION:
Do not use the mincer for longer than 5 minutes continuously at a time then allow the
machine to cool down before operating again.
Longest continuous operation time of the machine is 15 minutes.
Sausage Function
How to use the sausage accessories
1) Assemble the mincer as in Illustration A, which in the order of 14.15.24.25.19.
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Remove bones or gristles from the meat and cut the pieces into 2cm cube chunks.
Note:Do not include any hard matter such as bones.
•Connect the mains plug then set the speed control to position 1-3.
•Feed meat into feeder tube, use pusher when necessary.
•The max. amount of ground meat at one time is 3kgs.
•It is essential to adhere to the maximum operating time. Interrupt the mincing process
after continuous operation of 5 minutes at a time. Let the device cool down before using
it again.

NOTE: To fill suitable natural or artificial sausage skin with sausage meat,
please use the sausage attachment (24) and the sausage filling tube (25).
2) To process prepared sausage meat, please proceed with the procedures as described in “How
to use the mincer”.
How to produce kabab meat
1) Assemble the mincer as in Illustration B, which in the order of 14.15.26.27.19.
NOTE: To produce kabab meat, please use the sausage nozzle (27) and the
sausage adaptor (26).
2) To proceed, please follow the procedures as described in “How to use the mincer”.

Cookie Function
How to use the mincer to produce biscuits / cookies
1. Assemble the mincer as in Illustration C, which in the order of 14.15.24.28a.19.28b.
NOTE: To produce spritz biscuits from shortbread dough, please use the cookie
adaptor with shaping attachments (28a. 28b) and the sausage attachment (24).
2. To proceed, please follow the procedures as described in “How to use the mincer”.
IMPORTANT! When the dough stripe sticks to the inner wall of the helix
housing (15), you can use meat pusher (20) to push the dough into the helix
housing.
WARNING: DO NOT USE YOUR FINGER TO PUSH THE DOUGH IN THE HELIX HOUSING!
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Either natural or artificial sausage skin can be used.
•For easier operation, you may switch the device off after reaching each sausage’s desired length.
•If natural sausage skin is used, allow it to softened in water. Make a knot on one end of the
sausage skin.
−Place the sausage skin onto the end of sausage filling tube (25).
−The sausage meat will be pushed through the sausage attachment to fill the sausage skin.
•Make sure that the sausage skin is loosely filled because the meat expands when cooked and
could burst the skin out.
−Once the desired length for the first sausage is reached, press the skin at the end of the
sausage accessory with your fingers. Then twist the sausage once or twice.

Pasta Function
How to use the mincer to produce pasta
3. Select one of the 6 pasta attachment, then assemble the mincer as in Illustration D, which in
the order of 14.15.29.19.
4. To proceed, please follow the procedures as described in “How to use the mincer”.
IMPORTANT! When the dough stripe sticks to the inner wall of the helix
housing (15), you can use meat pusher (20) to push the dough into the helix
housing.
WARNING: DO NOT USE YOUR FINGER TO PUSH THE DOUGH IN THE HELIX HOUSING!
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Before starting, prepare a tray to lay out the biscuits once made.
•you can make the prepared biscuit dough into various desired shapes with the cookie shaping
attachment (28).
•After you have mounted the helix housing with attachments on the device as illustrated above,
push the shaping attachment (28b) into the cookie adapter (28a).
•Set the desired biscuit shape by moving the shaping attachments.
•Cut the kneaded dough into stripes, then put them into the feed tube of helix housing one after
another.
•Start the machine and set the speed, the spritz cookies will be extruded from the output part.

Cleaning
•Before cleaning remove the mains plug from the socket.
•Do not use any sharp or abrasive detergents.
Motor Housing
•Never immerse the device housing with motor in water!
•Only a damp rinsing cloth should be used to clean the outside of the housing.
