WARNING: When pushing and pulling the stretcher track, it must be ensured that the
electric stretcher is fully folded to its shortest position, ensuring that the stretcher
and the track is locked with the fixing platform. If the stretcher is pushed and pulled
unlocked with the platform, and together they will be pulled out of the ambulance.
9. When the stretcher is not in the ambulance car, the track must be locked well with
the platform in ambulance during the driving process and it should be controlled by
the fixed lock on the front section of the stretcher track (Figure 12).
Note: If the stretcher is loading on the track, it must be in the unlocked position.
10. Track installation
10.1 The position corresponding to the green and blue holes on the track (Fig. 13)
is fixed with M8 bolts. Note that the bolt head cannot exceed the track surface (to
prevent the slider from moving)
The position corresponding to the red hole on the plate (Fig. 13) is fixed with M8
bolts.
10.2 When installing, try to install the platform by the position of the ambulance
door, ensure that the door can be closed and the electric stretcher can load into the
ambulance car (if there are some ambulances with pedals blocking the car, you
need to remove the pedal), as shown in Figure 14. )
10.3 Simulate the position of the platform in the ambulance before punching. After
ensuring that the boarding and closing doors are barrier-free, use a marker to
position the punching hole in the ambulance floor.
Note: Make sure that the floor of the ambulance car is flat when installing.
Warning: Always check the position of the car's fuel tank and other car parts before
punching, avoiding the position of the fuel tank to prevent accidents.

6
10.4 When fixing the platform, the position of the blue hole (pointed by the arrow
on the platform) should be fixed with bolts as much as possible. If it cannot be
fixed, it should be fixed with the nearest hole. (Figure 13) the green and red holes
except the blue holes are fixed according to the body condition.

6. Cautions
1. The operator should be experienced in using the stretcher and have first aid skills.

8
In the process of use, the operator must follow the instructions, or the company will
not be liable for any risk.
2. When the stretcher is getting off the ambulance, it should be carried out on a flat
ground. To ensure safety, the car body must wait until the legs of the wheels are
fully extended in the air before the wheels can leave the car, so as to avoid the
ambulance falling forward and injuring the patients when the stretcher lands.
3. Illegal and barbarous operation is strictly prohibited, and overload operation is
not allowed to avoid damage caused by improper use of stretcher.
4. If the screws and nuts on the stretcher are loose, they should be tightened in time
and lubricated when necessary.
5. If the battery cannot be normally used, contact the manufacturer for treatment. If
the parts are replaced, the replaced parts shall be handled according to relevant
national regulations.
7.
Maintenance
1. Always keep the stretcher clean and tidy.
2. Cleaning of the stretcher:
The cleaner used on the surface of the electric stretcher and the restraining belt is in
accordance with the neutral cleaning agent specified in 9.3 of the Hospital
Disinfection Supply Center Part 1: Management Regulations: pH 6.5-7.5, neutral
cleaner which is non-corrosive to metal.
When the hospital electric stretcher is used for the first time or after long-term
storage, it is necessary to clean the whole stretcher. You can use a neutral detergent
to clean the whole structure (remove the battery, pay attention to the circuit control
part should not touch the water during the whole cleaning process) Cleaning, the
main contact part of the product which we are using(mattress, guardrail, handle,
restraint belt) should be wiped and cleaned with a medical enzyme-containing
neutral detergent. After wiping with the cleaner, rinse with clean water and air dry.
Use 75% alcohol to wipe the main contact parts (handle, restraint band) before each
use.
After each use, the main contact part (handle, restraint belt) is wiped and cleaned
with a medical enzyme-containing neutral detergent. After the cleaner is wiped off,
rinse with clean water and air dry.
Clean the electric stretcher once a month, and wipe the cleaner every time you
clean it. After cleaning the water will evaporate.
Cleaning precautions:
a)
Always remove the battery! Do not clean the electric stretcher when the battery

9
installed.
b)
Full compliance with the detergent manufacturer's dilution recommendations.
3. Check the condition of each part of the stretcher before each use, and check
whether the fixing parts such as screws are loose, and fill the moving parts of the
stretcher every three months.
4. Check the restraint belt for wear before each use. If it is excessively worn, it
should be replaced in time.
5, battery maintenance and maintenance,
In normal use, it is not recommended to charge the battery with power dead, but
charge it at the power 10-20%. Complete discharge can have an impact on battery
life.
If the device is not used for a long time, it is recommended to take the battery off
the device, store it in a dry and cool environment, and charge the battery every 3
months to avoid too long storage time. The battery is too low due to self-discharge,
which we will cause irreversible capacity loss. The self-discharge of the battery is
affected by the ambient temperature and humidity. The high temperature and the
wet temperature will accelerate the self-discharge of the battery. It is recommended
to store the battery in a dry environment at 0 °C ~ 20 °C.
8.
Storage
1. a) Storage environment temperature range: -10 °C ~ 45 °C.
b)
Relative humidity range: ≤80%
c)
atmospheric pressure range: 50.0kPa ~ 106.0 kPa
2. Stacking and stacking according to the packing box when storing and
transporting.
9.
Transport
1. Be transferred by common transporting tools:plane、ship or road.
2 . Stretcher can be manually handling.
