FP2000 RAM EXPANSION KIT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FP2000 RAM Expansion Kit enables the memory capacity of the FP2000 series fire panels to be
increased form 1Mb to 4 Mb
INSTALLATION
•Upload panel configuration from FP2000 to PC
•Disconnect all power (mains and batteries)
•Remove battery backup by setting J5 to “off” position
•Insert 512K*8 (4 Mb) RAM IC into position IC4 on Host CPU Board - CE-FP-319-X
•Insert EPROM with software upgrade into position IC1
•Set jumpers
•Restore battery backup by setting J5 to “on” position
•Restore power
•Download panel configuration from PC to FP2000
